Someone on here thought it was a certain movie that was playing. They said the date on the 7th showed only one movie listed '355' , and no other movies.
But I checked with my local movie theater and they're showing the movie 355 on the 6th, but there's nothing else for the remainder of the week. I don't think the movie 355 has any importance. But I do think there's something else going on. After Trump's speech on the 6th and the 5G being released, what's really going to happen on the 7th, that all the movie theaters seem to know about?
Someone should really call a movie theater and ask them and see what they say. Have different people do that and then share what each cinema says that may be different or the same.

We can't contact our theatre here. We can get the movies on their website but if we want to buy a ticket in advance it goes through fandango. But the same here in Walla Walla - NO movies from the 6th-14th, just 355 movie. This will be interesting
The movie may have importance. The title is a reference to agent 355 which was the code name of an unidentified female spy who fought for the Patriots during the American Revolution. also, my local theaters are the same, just 355 starting the 7th.

A couple of major cinema's near me in the UK show nothing between the 6th and the 14th, really weird.

The post said "NO movie showtimes after the 6th are available to view internationally." That sure sounds like it's saying that no theater in the entire world has any movies scheduled after the 6th, which I just demonstrated to be false. It only takes one negative example.
It's too bad your one individual theater isn't scheduling way in advance to please you. I remember back years ago, theaters never advertised showings more than three or four days ahead. They wanted people to come see the current movie and the next one, without confusing them about a dozen movies so they might sit home and wait for one of the later movies.
People either fail to do a real search, or they don't know how for some reason. We've had the internet since the mid 90s, so most people should know how to search.
I called my Cinemark Theatre and they said the updated times and movies are done every Tuesday. He advised to check back sometime tomorrow evening and the schedule should be updated.

I've got three movies... as per usual. 6:45pm and a 9 or 9:30pm. This is for Friday night the 7th. Normal. Small town, about 40K in the great plains.

I've checked several around me (North Texas). Most show nothing after the 6th except The 355. When I search further out, Scream pops up, but not much else.
I got Scream in IL, but you can not buy tickets. Site states “ RESERVED-No passes”
That means the seating is reserved, not sit anywhere you want, and the theater is not accepting the free movie passes they hand out. It is very common for theaters to not accept passes on new releases. That being said, no theater in my area has movie listings beyond the 6th except for the indian reservation theater.

I checked kerasotes in Chicago and NJ and only the 355 shows. It may update during the week, though.
Same here in multiple theaters (Raleigh, Cary, Morrisville) NC...355 is the only thing playing on 1/6 and after. Some start with 355 on 1/6 and others on 1/7.
Albemarle in Elizabeth City, NC has listings through Jan. 19. That proves that there is no conspiracy. Maybe this huge multiplex with their reclining chairs is special. :)

Ok so I live near Seattle wa I just looked up lowes theater in allderwood which is Lynn wood wa and only movie 355 after the 6th !!!

Hey guys' just checked my local theater. Ours has 8 different movies playing at once. It is NOT a problem to buy tickets after the 6th here. We can buy tickets all the way up to the 13th. We can see The 355 but also, Matrix, American underdog, Kings men, Sing 2 and Spider Man. Whatever is happening at other theaters is NOT happening here in WV.
I can see many movies available as well. I believe they will all start showing on the schedule tomorrow.

This is true in the UK - nothing on 7th, nothing for a week after, then just occasional days showing a Scream reboot. I would like to think disclosure of some sort... vindication day on friday, suicide weekend, followed by documentaries showing in free cinemas (no recording allowed). The choice to know will be yours? Go to the cinema if you want to know why everyone has been arrested.... hopium hit heesy now.

If I search for my closest theatre on Google it only lists 355. Directly on their website and on fandango it lists all the movies. I bet this is some marketing ploy by 355 to draw attention to itself.

Its not BS for my area. Only movie playing starting Jan 7th through at least 16th is The355. When new movies release, they just dont stop every other movie so its really odd. Even the theater that only shows movies no longer playing in the bigger theaters (so movies 6mths & older) is ONLY playing The355...
