If you want visual proof do a deep dive on news anchors transforming on live tv (they become heavily distorted / disfigured) while the rest of the background / feed is fine.

What I've noticed is when people refer to others as "lizards", they're talking more about the way they behave, not their actual biology.

I think we need to associate the masks with sexual guilt by pushing the idea that the need to mask the face in public is a newfound symptom of porn addiction and this sudden need to do so correlates with the increased access to hardcore Internet pornography.
