These videos are showing “Fighter Aircraft” attacking residential areas, markets, and more - thing is the aircraft and quite obviously moving in ways only possibly in movies or in video games. These videos - I suspect - may possibly be Deep Fake Gaslighting like we saw at the beginning of the Plandemic when countless videos of people dying while walking etc circulated.

In some parts of the world, "surgeon" simply means a "physician" of any kind - not necessarily one who specializes in actual surgery.
It's common in the UK and places using British English to refer to a "doctor" as a "surgeon" regardless of specialty.
In this document, they may actually be requesting "pediatricians".
