There is a small grocer near my parents house just outside of Boston. The guys been there for decades and enjoyed the communities support especially considering there are Costco's, Wal Marts and other shit holes like that all around.
During the plandemic I went in there mask less and he gave me shit every time. It's like he completely forgot who I am, how long my family has been supporting him and just how much money I've poured into his business.
Eventually I just stopped going cause he pretty much without banning me directly, banned me.
My parents told me he's struggling as costs have soared and most people are shopping at wal-mart etc.
I ran into this just a few minutes ago leaving my parents house and he's all friendly and asking me shit like "where you been? we missed you!" yada yada...
I cut him off before he could go on with the fake pleasantries and trying to get me to come back. Told him without mincing words that he's never getting a dime from me again and that him and every other business like him deserve exactly what they are getting because when I tried to support him, he gave me shit in order to win the favor of a bunch of virtue signalling cowards in the store he assumed would remain loyal. And that now they are nowhere to be found as Costco has what he has but cheaper which is exactly where they all are.
He looked defeated and I walked away.
Not trying to sound hard or anything but I genuinely don't give a fuck about any of them facing hardship. If you're too stupid to take my money as I argue for to you have it, you don't deserve success.
It's identical to what my BIL up in Canada told me about the area the convoy was in. All the businesses that remained open against the suggestions of police made a killing and the virtue signalling faggots complained to the government later that they lost all sorts of revenue.
Fuck every single one of them. I have zero patience for these people. None.
This also doesn't take into account how terrified MA retail is because crime has rocketed and over Christmas, people were legit scared to shop in person so that caused massive hits to walk in shops.
You did EXACTLY the right thing. Telling him WHY and observing his reaction was icing on the cake.
Bullies really hate it when the "victim" hits back.
That's why they shut up, and run away - he knew he was in the wrong, when he behaved like an ass. He behaved that way, because he believed he had power, the authority to dictate to you, how you would live your life.
You have the money, you decide how you will spend it. It's as simple as that; all he had to do, was NOT be a dick.
Joke him if he can’t take a fuck.
I do a lot of home repair/improvement. Have a local hardware store that fits the same mom and pop billing. I stopped going there cause they kept telling customers how great the country would be if Trump wasnt a Russian stooge.
They have lost a lot of business.
Yea I have zero patience for anti Trump, pro leftist shit. The ones who fly that dumb Ukrainian flag is an immediate no go zone for me lol
They actually consider themselves Conservative and pro America. But they only watch MSM. Completely brainwashed.
There's no evidence anyone is watching corporate media garbage. The people who are funding them and the bots/shills on big tech sites are the same so the message across all areas ends up matching to give that impression. Because it's so amplified on social media everyone assumes it's more popular than it is so the sheep just go along trying to be part of the in group. Only to then get punished by the actual majority.
I get the feeling this 5-10 years of exploiting people's psychological weaknesses is going to completely rewire how society works. This is forcing society to evolve or implode. Fucking people are monsters for doing this, especially in such aggressive ways.
Ya I saw a faggot at a flea market with that ukrainian flag flying at there stand with zero customers. They deserve to go broke.
Pretty stupid for a hardware store to be anti-Trump.
Enter: Home Depot lmao.
True dat.
Vote with your wallet. This is the way.
Making me proud Pede!
Helps to let them know why, give them cause for introspection and growth.
One of the first things that happened to me during the plandemic was saving money while supporting only patriots and patriot movements.
I spent a bunch more shopping at my corner store rather than diaper up for the grocery store. Lol it's sad how I know which beer is closest to grocery store pricing and which ones are putting my local Indian dudes kid through college.
Looking at it another way, this small business going under is exactly according to the plan cooked up by the Klaus Schwab types. The owner was caught and didn't have any way to avoid pissing off somebody. Either you were going to be pissed off, or the Boston mask-loving liberals were going to be pissed off.
There is no doubt that the lockdowns were designed to kill off small businesses like his. The mask rules of course didn't help.
They hate small businesses because they can't control them directly, like they already control Costco, Walmart, Target etc. They want to take control of everything we buy, so that they can deny it to frens as soon as they can get their social credit system up and running.
That's very true. However, there are tons of "small business groups" here who were clapping like seals at the opportunity to mask and mandate QR codes. Once that happened and they still didn't see any revenue growth, they began complaining for handouts. They didn't think to come together in the same fashion to protest mandates to open things up especially after several other states did, won and enjoyed economic booms.
There is a point where you have to look in the mirror and take a stand. They are paying the price for not taking a stand while simultaneously championing stupidity. It's not like these people are against the mandates. They wanted them and are now getting what they deserve.
Looking at it YET another way, the owner didn't have to be so gung-ho and self-righteous about it.
THAT's what destroyed his business.
Yes, the game was rigged. But the owner was quick to kowtow to authority.
Had his attitude been more subdued, perhaps he'd still have a business.
This exactly. One small local chain of stores had one of their employees step in front of me and block the way cause I wasn’t wearing a rag. Walked right out and haven’t ever come back.
The businesses that, in the middle of the shutdown, said, "sorry, but I am forced to have you wear a mask" kept my business. Although I avoided like nuts ALL transactions requiring masks. It was just a few medical offices.
And poison you. Don't forget they love doing that.
He as the owner had options. I'm a small business owner myself as well as others in my community. Our approach was you do you. Want to mask, feel free, don't want to mask, that's cool too. We stayed open during lockdowns and paid the fines. It was well worth it. There's always a way around control. Let the people police themselves, if anyone becomes unruly, they are asked to leave. Everyone should love freedom. Lefties just love control over others.
Small business owner myself as CPA. Not once since all this started did I require or even ask my employees or clients to wear a mask. In fact I encouraged and asked others to not wear masks. All of my staff but one agree with me that this is nonsense. I respect the one that does not agree but still think he’s going to be in for quite a surprise. No one came to shut me down and not one complaint. I refused to give in to the DS. As for my clientele- have both left and right and many of each....but none gave me a problem. My business has never been more prosperous.
I also took the opportunity to educate as many as possible over the last couple of years and point people on the direction of truth and hopefully allow them to discover what the great awakening means. Many have been directed to this site and are followers now. Thank you to all that are providing information and uplifting quotes, comments and levity.
Same here. I had ONE client complain about our lack of enforcement. Told the couple that we're happy to wear a mask while meeting with them, they are welcome to wear one at all times, but WE aren't telling ANYBODY to do ANYTHING. Never heard another word about it, they came back this year--masked up--but quiet about it.
Peer pressure works both ways and nobody needs to be told off.
Well done. You're the type of business I would support regardless. I just cannot give money to these heathens out here.
Yea there is a convenience store down the road, there is another one almost next door to them. Both had signs up about the covid scam and masks. One store never said a word when I shopped there except once they asked if I had a mask and dropped it when I said I dont do that. The other store freaked out and told me to never come back again without a mask, I told them I would never shop there again. Guess which store gets all my business.
lmao exactly this. I've never seen such retardation. Imagine running a business and not taking someones money when you could easily play the "they're exempt" card and look away while taking their cash.
oh the time she freaked out at me at that store, the skinny kid on the cash asked me to put on a mask and as always I said I dont do that bullshit. Over waddles the huffalump freaking out about 'the law' and how I am endangering their lives. I start telling her that masks do nothing and the rona is a big old scam anyway. She starts yelling for me to get out and never come back. The skinny kid had be rung up, she was heading to the cash to cancel the purchase. I wanted those chips that the wife sent me out for so I tapped my card and picked up the chips. She started yelling not to come back.....i never have.
Your story gave me a much needed laugh - thank you! ….and your username is apropos to it.
Licensing and insurance act as strongarmed behavior enforcement as well.
Lori Lightfoot said something similar.
They install, hire and promote people who are pledged to the new world order.
And they use audits and such to keep people in line.
Are there any based small businesses that get your support? I share your frustration and support your honesty in dealing with the owner. But when these shops disappear what are we left with? The big box stores that are actually colluding with the government.
I'm in MA, there are no based small businesses and if there are, I don't know of any. People here are fucking lunatics. There are two gas stations who never gave me shit and they are owned by one East Indian family so I generally went there. But MA is unbearably liberal shit heads.
My wife and I lived in Florida near my brother and his wife for a year or so a few years prior to plandemic. I didn't appreciate it as much as I should have lol.
But you're right. We need to leave this place. It's insane. People are still voluntarily wearing masks in hoards lol
Florida is a little unusual, imo. I wouldn't care to live there, myself. But there are wonderful conservative - heads on straight - states out there. I can't imagine the misery of living in MA. I hope you're able to either effect change there or find a better place to live. (there truly are so many.)
Florida Man is just a byproduct of laws regarding protecting criminal's identities or something like that if that's what skews your opinion of the state. Every state has crazy weirdos that fill slow news days.
No, it's not that. It's the extreme humidity and the weird mildew on everything, lol. Plus, I think there are some weird creatures / bugs there. I'm sure it's a great place in many ways, but the humidity would be a deal breaker for me (as long as I've got other choices.)
There are places in Florida that are to a North Eastern city guy like me, unlivable. Lots of straight up trailer trash swamp folks who I have nothing in common with. Although, most of them are pretty nice it's just that their lifestyle is very different and my wife is Canadian and MA is extremely comfortable for her cause she says people here are like Canadians but with attitude. And she's right lol.
I'd preferably like to live in a place with a strong economy and conservative values but to be honest I don't know much about the South other than going down to vacation. I also don't consider Florida to be "southern" at least not where we were near Orlando lol
I'll DM you.
Anything north of Orlando might as well be Kentucky. Orlando is nothing but tourists. You want to live around like minded people and embrace the freedom and beauty of Florida? Move to SWFL. The demand is so great theres a shortage of property and homes. My house went from 450 to 720. It's absolutely nuts, how many people are relocating. I'm from Chicago. I moved 4 years ago. All my IL friends are literally following me and moving down.
There are also a shit ton of Canadians here that snowbird in the 200k RVs every winter.
Can confirm. Could not red pill a friend who moved from Boston to SF to Austin. Said all his faggot friends were more important than the fact the guy he voted for is a literal pedo. Keep in mind his faggot friends lack nothing in terms of rights. I tried every logic based trick in my book and when I finally gave up and showed him the clips I knew the friendship was over. The worst part was seeing just how quick his buddy in the discord server went from nice guy to HOLY SHIT A NAZI IS TRYING TO NAZIFY US....by simply asking him to defend his position on orange man. The most enlightening thing to come from that was him asking how can I say he wasn't racist when he retweeted a video with some guy going hardcore racist within 4 seconds. It was part of the news cycle for a very short period of time and disappeared. I had no answer for it....then I asked him why they would say he's a racist for stopping travel from China over a virus which is asinine and NEVER bring up that weirdly racist retweet. Those weak strawmen are easy to knock down but that retweet? Just strange.
I'm curious about this retweeted racist video. Do you know what the video is called?
Surprising. I know NY and NJ have really based regions, most parts are, outside of the urban sprawl.
NY really does have some amazing spots. MA does as well but not near me. Once wife's job is permanent we're outta here. Heading to Florida where brothers family lives.
That's the place to be.
Only place near me with natural alternate meds was a local natural food store. They had a mask enforcer at the door spraying you down.
Yeah it is bad here.
I could NOT get over the amount of holistic/natural stores that inforced the covid tyranny. They lost all credibility with me. They OBVIOUSLY have no idea what they stand for or sell. 🙄
It's incredibly strange that the natural foods people were so into itlol
I k n ow right but before being redpilled I used to think those stores were for the cooky anti science liberal commie types. Now they are still there but besides the products being sold they are totally establishment now. So weird.
The only thing I could conclude is that they still let fear control them. I guess they aren’t spiritually awake even though you’d think they would be. That was my biggest thing with the masks. The breath is sacred. I was not allowing that to be taken from me.
The one I frequent, which is a small business in a suburban town, had signs on the door that you must wear a mask and the store owner always had a mask on. I walked in there, head held high, 1000 watt smile and got what I needed. She never told me to put a mask on but stared me down the entire time, every time.
Little did she know, I was doing some major energy work on her while I shopped. I smiled and sent good vibes, energy and prayers her way the entire time I was in there. 🤓
Did it work?
It's the only store I know of near me that has colloidal silver and the alternate herbal in the z protocol. And baby teething herbals and iodine.
I believe it did! She didn’t tell me to put a mask on and I could tell she recognized there was something “different” about me. When you radiate at a higher vibrational level people recognize there’s something different about you and feel happier themselves. I don’t get by in life with my good looks alone. 😉
Everything you go to your natural store for is the bomb digity! Most of them are on my list too. Except, natural fluoride free toothpaste. If you haven’t switched yet, you need to!
There’s based coffee shop in my town, owned by an older guy that retired from some career to pursue his dream. From day one of the mask tyranny he had signs on his doors and inside the business stating that your health choices are yours; we won’t ask you about your mask choice and please don’t ask us. Never saw a mask in the place and he was always busy.
There is a precious metals store actually that is like this. But unfortunately he left a year ago. He was pretty based and hooked up great deals.
The PM crowd is pretty based to the bone for the most part, aside from some of the numismatic/artsy types.
Bang on.
There’s a great health store near me like this, their policy was that lots of people with disabilities and kids with autism couldn’t wear masks, so they did NOT enforce a mask policy, it was the customer’s choice. They still had crazy customers throwing fits and trashing them on google for not enforcing masks.
They’ve been around for over 40 years and I will always shop there now.
In my neck of the woods, one small business owner told me that the city health inspectors had visited him 3 times weekly for the last few months, and the fine for having unmasked customers (i.e., not refusing them entry) was $5K. He had already been fined. So he was being an asshole about masks.
On the other hand, some other businesses seemed not to care. I discovered that for me the difference is whether I think we are united under oppression, or if I think they are willing oppressors.
You do what you have to do. But I like small businesses better anyway. But the equation has definitely changed. There are still businesses around that after local mandates lifted, have extra signs requiring masks anyway. I won't shop there.
For me it's the way they behaved prior to the QR codes. I remember vividly how they were begging for the government to implement them so that they could "provide safe spaces" for people while also being able to open.
Their little groups came together and pushed hard and publicly for it. Masks and QR codes.
Once that didn't help, they began the old crying game trying to act like victims.
Yeah, it's a mixed bag. But when they're both tyrannical idiots, I have trouble believing that small neighborhood grocery stores are worse than Costco. But I'm certainly remembering the ones that stood against the madness.
In MA, my fren you wouldn't last lol. This place is truly imo one of the worse areas in the US hardcore covidiots. Not even NY CITY was as hard.
Good on you. I refuse give the places that supported tyranny my business.
I will never forget
I agree 100%
That's what I need to do. God bless, fren.
Those who felt the need to go ALL IN with the lie were able to make that choice. It was only going to cost them everything. It is a lesson they must all learn.
It's important for people to know why.
It's that woke/broke thing.
Here here good chap! I'll drink to that!
Just the opposite happen3d to me. Went to a restaurant at the height of covid, it was full but every other table empty. The owner saw us, doesn't even k ow me and said hey, it's gonna be, then he nope, fuck it and led us to a table right next to some other peeps who had no mask. Tookbgood care of us and I went back 2 more times while I was visiting. Those guys have to flip tables a couple times a day in order to make it.
"If you're too stupid to take my money as I argue for to you have it, you don't deserve success." This just hits home so hard
Teach a man to fish...maybe the guy learned something and can hang in there.
Nah he's still playing the nonsense. He's got a virtue signaling mask suggestion on his door. I can't stand that shit and those types will never learn
I think you might have been too nice.
Man I just love these feel good stories. Thanks for posting.
You got a random down vote lmoa. You must be like me and have downvote followers.
Yep. Certain dipshits on here hate the Truth bearers.
Rule #1 for Businesses: NEVER mix business and politics, for when you do, you automatically lose the set of customers that don't agree with YOUR politics. Can you really afford to do this?
Honestly normies need to have stuff like this happen to them to wake them the fuck up. So many people are dissatisfied with their life and society yet they feel they must go along to get along. It's quite the rude awakening for some people to discover going along to get along is the entire reason their life is so miserable, but honestly some people are so far gone that the only way to awaken them is rudely.
People have become so caught up with the world of words, thought, abstractions and symbols, that they forget the real world is none of these things. They have confused life as it is with life as they think about it. They stress out constantly about the past, and worry endlessly about the future, all the while forgetting the past and future are abstractions, symbols, words, they don't actually exist. They have stopped being curious about life and this thing we call reality or existence, schooling and modern religion or lack thereof has beaten curiousoty out of them. People literally prostrate themselves before the written word, mere symbols and abstractions rather than bask in the magnificent glow of God, reality, nature, existence, etc. Pick your word as they all fall flat before the truth of what is all around, and is a part of, us.
It is tough not to get frustrated with the way things are going right now but if this dystopian clown world can teach us anything, it's to stop taking life so seriously, to stop getting so caught up in all these abstractions. That isn't to say to completely cut yourself off from everyone and everything, but rather to not get so attached to desiring a certain outcome, and remember the relative nature of all things. The more we chase after pleasure or a positive outcome, the more we ensure that we will face negative outcomes as something can only be felt to be pleasurable or positive in relation to that which is felt to be negative or not pleasurable. Much like how the two faces of a coin are not truly seperate things, positive and negative are the same, they go together.
My local Costco was always heavy on enforcing the mask bullshit. They were the absolute Nazis about it. I reduced shopping there but still did some because their prices are so low to compared to anywhere else.
But yeah, I hear ya. I stopped going to my local ACE Hardware, Safeway, O'Reillys, AutoZone for the same shit. Fuck them.
Man the local hardware stores were such faggots. What the hell was that about...
I’ve wondered if small business owners have been under more scrutiny and if they have been policed and threatened by fines and closure if they did not comply. We have a sandwich shop in town run by very old ladies who flipped out if you tried to enter w/o mask. I think their reaction was due to fear of getting sick themselves. They, too, lost customers.
I look forward to a KimJung-Un post 👍🏻 Never disappointed
