I called the Napa County Sheriff's dept. this morning. Spoke with a Henry Wofford. (707-253-4509) Very helpful guy. He emailed me the official press release. Court date is set for August 3, 2022 @ 8:30 am. at Napa County Superior Court.
They are trying their hardest to keep this info away from us. Muckery is afoot, fren. The one thing I learned was that Napa County is the only county in Commiefornia where the sheriff does not have control over the jail. WTH? The jail is controlled by a Select Board of Supervisors. CHP made the arrest, did the booking, mugshot, etc. They will not release this info to the public. Even after you fill out a PRA. This is bs. I quote "Therefore, the booking photos you have requested are exempt from disclosure under the California Public Records Act.(86Ops.Cal.Atty.Gen132;Govt code sec 6254(k)Penal Code Section 13300."
