The thing that bothers me most about this is they try to say this was an insurrection, meanwhile BLM killed way more people and is a "mostly peaceful protest". Insurrection to me sounds like a coordinated plan amongst very smart meticulous people who have the intention to actually succeed in overthrowing the government. That would involve all of the people there being heavily armed and quickly dispatching anyone guarding the place and cleaning out whoever's inside. Except, that's not what happened at all. All that happened was a bunch of docile rednecks got mixed up with a few virulent glowies who broke windows and beat up cops. I dislike these docile rednecks being described as if they were all special forces operators who were there to knock everyone out like they had something planned for every scenario.

All we really wanted was for the objections to be read into the official record on the floor of the senate. But wouldn't you know, the breach occurred immediately before they got to Arizona, the first state which had objections to raise.
