I am seeing it daily all over.
Today I can not focus or concentrate. Not even a little. Bad sleep patterns, dreams. For a couple weeks weird stuff happening in that half second when I wake up. Once I saw this whole Q thing all come together, like the code was laid before me, it all made sense. Had a direct conversation with God the other day (I am not asking you to believe me). Today it was like I felt like every demon, every negative thought, was just gone. It no longer existed. This is some weird stuff I am feeling. I wish it lasted more than that half second. I've had this before, but sporadic. It has ramped up exponentially. Maybe I am just loosing my mind. I need to learn meditation. I think that would help.

You’re not losing your mind. It could be stress causing the restless sleep and vivid dreams. Try cutting down on caffeine if you use it, especially after 5pm.
I’m not a meditation expert but I do meditate by repeating phrases or prayers that I’ve memorized. Over and over and over and in a calm, quiet place. So try that maybe. Find a phrase that is positive and easy to memorize (I’m sure an internet search will have a lot of suggestions) and set some time aside to try it with no phone interruptions, family or pets and possibly some very calming music (I.e. y outube.) I find it clears out the negative thoughts and random stuff that I ruminate about and helps with memory. Definitely calming. Then I talk to God in a clearer state of mind.

Consciousness is energy made of complicated vibrations. Everything in this universe has the same vibrations and the universe itself is a sum total of all these vibrations.
So every object has some amount of consciousness including the Sun.
The Universe itself is the Universal Consciousness that we are all part of.
Spiritual awakening is nothing but being able to connect and perceive this Universal Consciousness.

This part I am not so sure, but I keep coming to this hint from multiple directions.
I believe the thing that the Cabal (and whoever is controlling) is stopping us from is firstly, to be able to connect to the UC (this part is fairly obvious), but also to learn how our conscious can be eternal (perhaps linked to the first part, perhaps separate, I dont know).

Any good Netflix crime documentaries you'd recommend? I'm on a binge.
I just started Dahmer last night. Very well done, not for the squeamish. The Trials of Gabriel Fernandez, The Keepers and Wormwood I also thought were very good. I’ve watched all of Leah Remini/Scientology and Going Clear but I think that was HBO and an older but very entertaining crime drama is Bloodline. It’s awesome. Keep Sweet, Pray and Obey is about the rise of Warren Jeffs in the FLDS.. I can suggest many more but these may interest you.
Also-Screwball is a documentary about the 2013 baseball doping scandal. It’s excellent though may sound kind of meh if you’re not into baseball. But it’s well worth the watch.
Also adding-dont watch Dahmer. 4 episodes in and too grisly and disturbing for me. Ugh.

While I cannot vouch for Jordan Maxwell's sources (I only started listening to him, and he seems to be legit), I do know from my own culture that the position of sun, specifically whether it is rising or falling plays a huge role in Hindu mythology. Infact they say that heaven's gate is only open when the sun is rising, and closed when it is falling. There was a famous story of a warrior who was shot by an arrow, but held on t life for 6 months to die after the sun starts rising!
