I'm going to be that guy and say that I don't believe we will see President Trump back before 2024.
My belief on this matter is that President Trump must remain outside the political system while the states come together and force a change in our Republic. Now maybe this can happen before 2024, but first we need to see an impeachment of Biden, and a 25th removal of both him and Kamala. Once this happens, the Republican speaker of the house will take over, and at that time we may see a Constitutional Convention of the States.
I believe this will take more than a year to accomplish in totality. The soonest I could see President Trump return would be either late 2023, or sometime during 2024, at which point perhaps waiting until the 2024 elections would be the wisest move.
We must remember that there are still a number of critical and unpopular chess moves left on the board, one of which is the complete collapse of the Private Western Central Banking System. This collapse absolutely must occur under on the Democrats watch. If President Trump comes back too early, and then the economic collapse occurs, the Deep Staters and Cabalists will have their narrative handed to them on a silver platter. "Look! The insurrectionist Trump crashed the economy!" It won't matter if it is true or not, the Liberal media will run with it, and may muster enough sleeping normies to cause serious havoc on the streets of America.
As always, it is vital that we maintain a mindset of Events over Dates. Use Game Theory as you craft the approaching set of moves and countermoves on your theory board. Regardless of what happens, I believe we can all agree that the Patriots and in Control.

Maybe there are treatments that have been kept hidden that those behind the curtain use to keep themselves relatively "healthy" for maybe another 10-20 years or so. If you start that with relatively good health when you reach 70, you can probably get to 80 in much the same situation.

The part about "no person shall be elected to the office of the president more than twice". He was elected in 2016. Then again in 2020 though that was stolen. If later it is acknowledged he did indeed legitimately win in 2020, is that not having been elected twice? Therefore 2024 would be off the table.
