It's to protect investors from heavy losses when Twitter's value is obliterated by the heavy CIA/DoD fingerprints all over it. Elon Musk bought Twitter to shield the public from the financial fallout. Elon's goal is to expose Twitter and place a spotlight on the SEC.
Memes will need to be ready, frens. Twitter's algo defense has been neutered upon Elon's arrival. You're beginning to witness the free-flow of information (at an alarming rate).
There is no coincidence that this happened right before midterms. Now the world gets to see the Truth.
"We have to bypass the media in order to get straight to the people."
"We've gone AROUND THEM like no one in history has gone AROUND THEM."
-POTUS
Truth Social was created for this reason....
This cannot be stopped.
Not a bad costume idea for Halloween.
Lazy Susan’s. Doesn’t sound as good when your Seal team leader says it though.
And Elon hates the sec.
So you’re saying Musk spent billions of dollars to protect people’s investment?
I’m sure he’s got a (Government) REBATE COUPON!
Kek!
This is a thing of beauty to watch unfold...
Yah, I'm guessing he knew 44 bil was an overvalue but saw the GA trend and not get locked out of future SAP.
Born naked and penny-less, die naked and penny-less. Romans 8:28, fren.
It's all gonna workout.
Money is trash, Knowledge of the King is king.
Stated perfectly.
Assuming this is the case - and I don’t believe it - better to have taxpayer money go to disclose corruption than to be laundered and used to pay for Antifa violence, fake ballots, and campaigns of DAs who won’t prosecute criminals.
Have you seen anything lately, that we haven’t been funding? Besides, as things turn (in the other direction), I’d be more than happy to chip in for any legitimate and successful part of the White-Hat operation.
I suspect it was his penance for switching allegiance to the white hats. Remember that he got Space-X accepted for government contracts under the Obama administration for helping to move missile technology to North Korea. If it was a choice between paying some ridiculous valuation for a company or losing everything by sticking with the NWO, it would be an easy choice. And he is probably not paying the whole bill. But I doubt this is taxpayer funded. More likely others who transitioned from the dark side were also tasked with picking up part of the tab.
That's what I'm wondering too.
Where's the ROI
The ROI is he’s a white hat.
The real reason he's living in a $50,000 tiny home, perhaps?
Interestingly Gisele Bundchen has downsized to a modest 1900 sf home, apparently. They own all of these mansions but she picks a small cottage?
Something is about to come out about the big money in sports and entertainment also…
Everything Musk has accomplished has been taxpayer funded. This includes Twitter… now the reasons will be known over the next few months/years.
Take Tesla: if Government funding did not launch his company than Tesla wouldn’t be as successful as it is… Electric vehicles cost more to produce and maintain than they can be sold for (subsidies)
Take SpaceX: Government is heavily subsidizing and using for satellite delivery capability. No government subsidies then SpaceX closes.
Now Twitter: I believe a government body (military or a 3 letter agency) needs a way to monitor the pulse of the slaves and has back-doored funding for Musk to purchase. The gamemanship used in the purchase was for optics only. Heck look how many people who had their accounts canceled are giddy with excitement that their accounts may be reactivated. Mind control?
Then it's owned by we the people not the stock holders.
Totally false. More fake news from a troll with zero sources as usual.
Think about it this way. Twitter was already funded by tax payers through dark money because it was a DS control tool. Musk buying Twitter cut the dark money flowing so IF tax payers bail it out, it'd just be being sent transparently instead of through dark money.
How else.donyou make a controversy people pay attention too. The leftist are losing their minds.
It’s all optics.
We funded his ass through Tesla tax subsidies and weird eco credits that they somehow sold for a fucking shit load of money.
It’s a secret that at one point the only think keeping the lights on at Tesla was their involvement in the carbon credit scheme. I’m not sure how it worked but whatever they were doing was brining in hundreds of millions of dollars.
That doesn’t mention whatever contracts the Pentagon has with him through space x and starlink. Apparently space force is somehow involved with it, which means we probably paid billions in order to have DOD some secret access or personal use. Whatever starlink is advertised as to the general public, there is some other shit going on with it and the military, which is the only reason they would have given him money. More of our money.
Our money is worthless at this point anyway. At least giving it to him is generating something positive for us. Better than flushing it down the toilet in Ukraine

At least the sink is finally getting fixed too. Fuckin soy boys…
Justice Boner. (Metaphorically, don't be gross.)
Holding back my excitement till I see actual changes and 0 censorship
I can't buy that 12 days before the midterms is the timeline you'd be operating under if you wanted the free flow of information to awaken enough voters to matter. That should have happened much earlier in the cycle and at least by the time you started seeing the political ads everywhere.
Ever hear the term "October surprise"?
Sure, but October is nearly over and I can only think of two that dropped in November. Hussein's trial verdict and Bush's drunk driving incident reveal.
Hussein’s trial verdict?
The verdict in Saddam Hussein's crimes against humanity trial was announced November 5, 2006, two days before the US elections.
Thanks. I was thinking Obama and was totally puzzled !
Except the problem is, is by buying the company out and returning it to private, it no longer has 'investors.' Nobody has any money in Twitter atm but Elon.
That wouldn't be a problem if you were trying to protect the investors, that would be the point of buying those investors out, because now they have their money out and no further risk of fallout from what happens to Twitter. However, that OP's theory makes no sense to me because Vanguard and Blackrock were some of the biggest shareholders, so why would Musk want to also protect them?
Because Black rock and Vanguard are not using THEIR money to invest, they're using money from pension funds and individuals that invest in their funds.
0% interest when they biy houses too. It's not a free market.
The way I see it, it is simply because Elon wants to provide a true, neutral digital town square, exactly like he says. He seems to be the kind of guy who wears his heart on his sleeve. Could I be wrong? Absolutely. But I don't think I am.
Some of his favorite twitter accounts get banned, for dubious reasons, or really no reason at all. He notices that if accounts have a certain ideological bent, they are under much more scrutiny than those that parrot "THE MESSAGE." He sees people of said ideological bent leave Twitter and go to Parler, and once that was shown to be a honeypot for the CIA, to Truth. He saw Truth as a necessary thing, but also a dangerous thing because he is right: by dividing us into our own echo chambers, they have weakened our ability to have the necessary discussions for our country to survive. Like, Trump, Elon loves the USA. It gave him his fortune, after all.
Maybe he's team white-hat, as it certainly seems like he is making the right moves at the right times to really put the Democrats into a wringer. The left's squealing about Twitter comes at a time when Biden is presiding over a VERY bad inflation crisis, potential nuclear proxy war, and groomers practically crawling out of the woodwork. All of these problems, and what is the left worried about? A billionaire buying something. It is critical timing, the midterms are less than two weeks away, and their opportunity to shift the narrative has passed. Their desperation is clear to see. Their faction is in chaos all because Elon finalized the twitter purchase at the exact right time.
You can tell he was ready to get shit sorted out on day one, as he was barely owner for 30 seconds before he fired the big three assholes at the top of Twitter's problem heap. People on the Right are going to get to see, at a PERFECT TIME, there are far more of us than there are of the psycho trans activists, climate alarmists, and 'defund the police' idiots. Nothing will goose our desire to vote out the garbage more.
We are watching history unfold. Truly an entertaining time!
That was my first thought too, then I realized the OP is saying Elon is protecting investors from those losses and absorbing it himself.
Exactly one week before Election Day. 😏
If 12 days is a week then yes 🧐
Lol
12 is the new 7.
Close enough. Shit, 33.3% the population don't know a man from a woman.
You expect me to believe that 66.66% of the population are biologists? C'mon Man!
This may all be true. But dollars to donuts he comes out of this with a profit.
The DM's are key if they haven't been scrubbed. Just sayin'
How does he recoup his $44B investment?
I’m sure Trump will take good care of him when he’s reinstated. Elon knows this.
It just might be elons pennance
Its a great chess play that gives Trump and Q 2 options to get the message out. Truth social is backup if they decide to go after twitter. And then lastly EBS
I was wondering if and how Elon can sue the previous management group personally, or he would have to attack the corporation?
Very good theory, fren.
I'm pretty sure Saudi Arabia owns Alaweed AL Talals shares of Twitter. Seized due to his Mandalay Bay and deep state pedo actions.
Interesting some else sees it the way I saw it. I was just telling a friend a few days ago that this TWTR deal does a few things, in the order of importance:
Free speech was a collateral damage that the black hats decided they could live with.
“To be super clear, we have not yet made any changes to Twitter’s content moderation policies” Elon, last night.
My body is ready.
No offence, but f-the people holding twitter shares. This is stupid reason.
Yes, fuck all the people who have money in 401ks because corporations have gotten rid of real pensions...
The majority of Twitter holders are everyday people who have no control over the company because their 401k controls their votes.
When they lose the "its a private company" arguement, they lose it all
I hope my long term early investments pay off.
And not just monetarily.
