People have been so brainwashed that they don't even READ this document and realize that most of the U.S. government is ILLEGAL and can be shut down by Congress by simply not funding the illegal agencies.

"To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;
"To provide and maintain a Navy;
"To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;
"To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;
"To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;
"To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings;—And
"To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof. "
This later is followed up by the 10th amendment:
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
The federal government, by law, can ONLY carry out those functions listed in Section 8. Any other functions are clearly illegal. In other words, most of the federal government is illegal and needs to be shut down. This can be done quickly and easily by simply not funding them. No law needs to be passed. It already IS the law.
Let's look at the functions that require funding by the taxpayers:

"To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;" Providing a currency should not be a high dollar item in the budget. Of course, we have a serious fucked up currency, but that is a separate issue.

"To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court;" I am not sure what this means. Anyone?

The rest of the functions have to do with national defense, but ONLY national defense. After all, the first part says "provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States." NOT South Korea. NOT Germany. The military is ONLY for the defense of the country of the United States. That means stopping invasions at all borders and keeping anything from flying in out of the air. That's it. ALL ELSE IS ILLEGAL. In fact, the protection from invasion is explicit. Article IV, Section 4 says the federal government "shall protect each of them [states] against Invasion." So, lack of protection is also illegal.
These functions on the list should be paid for by fees:
Regulate commerce with foreign nations and between states
Someone becoming a citizen
Bankruptcy
Post offices
Patents
And where is that cool-sounding militia, anyhow?
Think about this, Patriots. This all means that the following federal agencies are illegal and should not be funded:
CIA
USAID
Most of the Department of Defense
Department of Agriculture
Department of Commerce, except for patents and international trade
Department of Education
Department of Energy
Department of Health and Human Services (Goodbye Fauci and CDC!)
Department of Homeland Security (law enforcement needs to happen on a state level)
Department of Housing and Urban Development
Department of the Interior (the land needs to be turned over to the states)
Department of Justice (This needs to be turned over to the states. No loss. They are just crooked glowies anyway.)
Department of Labor
Much of the Department of State (Some international relations stuff, but minor)
Department of Transportation (needs to be handled by the states)
Much of Department of the Treasury (a much more limited role, with a dinky little tax to collect and dealing with currency)
Arts & cultural agencies (down the toilet)
Museum agencies
Commerce & technology agencies
Human service & community development agencies
Law & justice agencies
And you think we will ONLY save the money from not having those federal employees and buildings? No, boys and girls, you don't see the big picture.

Government contracting is the great scam of the century. You might say that COVID is the great scam of the century, but COVID is PART of government contracting. Also those biolabs and everything else. Most of it is for the agencies and functions that are illegal to begin with. With the contracts that are for legal purposes, the money is grossly mismanaged. There are layers of contractors and subcontractors and projects drawn out for years that should take two weeks. This is NORMAL. Ask anyone who has worked on a government contract.
And the globos, including members of Congress, OWN STOCK in these government contractors.
The globos are scared of a Red Tsunami for two reasons: Many know they will probably go to prison. Even those who have not technically broken a law (beyond the Constitution) know that their gravy train is about to be cut off.
So, who makes sure that Republicans in Congress follow this plan to Defund the Feds?

We are MILLIONS. If we can win this election, we can put constant heat on the members of Congress to make the United States legal.
A big win will have the RINOs shaking in their boots. They have no supporters. I am around grassroots Republicans on a regular basis, and they are all MAGA.
Oh, and also term limits, maybe one term for senators and two for reps. No benefits, no retirement. It's a TEMP job. Slash the staff budgets. With a limited government there's far less work to do.

These agency shut downs will likely happen in response to the fallout from the implosion of the Cabal economy. The cart must come after the horse. If the new MAGA Congress starts shuttering these agencies too soon, they will be blamed for the economic meltdown that is coming.

Patents are currently funded by fairly high fees, and is a Constitutionally supported government agency:
United States patent law is codified in Title 35 of the United States Code, and authorized by the U.S. Constitution, in Article One, section 8, clause 8, which states:
The Congress shall have power ... To promote the progress of science and useful arts, by securing for limited times to authors and inventors the exclusive right to their respective writings and discoveries;
The amount of patent and trademark fees compared to the cost of running the patent office is something that should be looked into.

However, it is not a very big agency, with five locations, including the headquarters in Alexandria, VA, and could probably be brought under control easier than many other agencies.
I had one of those teleworking patent examiners, who was a GS-14!, shoot down a utility patent application I submitted by saying it was infringing on a DESIGN patent! This guy didn't think I knew enough about the whole process to call him out on it. I wanted to write him up and send a report to the main patent office, but I just didn't feel like putting in the effort. They have what is called a "micro-entity" application, intended for regular joes with pretty minimal application fee. However, because they know these applications are from people who aren't represented by patent attorneys (usually), they routinely reject the first application. I now know to expect the first application to be rejected, and then have the follow-up about ready to respond. The whole patent process is so screwed because a big company can just slightly tweak a little guys patent, and then patent the slightly tweaked version. There only needs to be a new use of an existing patent to be able to get a new patent! And adding some small feature that is not included in the list of "claims" allows a new patent. It is almost impossible to imagine all the possible variations that could be made to an invention. The big corporations get their patent attorneys to pump out multiple patents for a single invention because of that. So unless you can rapidly get some invention to market, or sell it to some manufacturer before going to market, it's really not worth the effort to go through the patent process, unless you just want to be able to put on a resume that you have some patent.

There are issues at USPTO between those wanting to help the individual inventors and those wanting to deal only with patent attorneys and big companies. The agency does need a deep look.
Very good post. I've recently gotten involved with a local chapter of the John Birch Society and have been learning a lot about this. They have a lecture series going over our constitution in detail and they do a fantastic job of explaining the proper size, scope, and role of government as it was designed by our founding fathers. Highly recommend!
Most people don't realize just what the John Birch Society was about. This should be something taught in schools, along with the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Also the Federalist papers are a good read for you history buffs.
I 100% agree stuff like that should be taught in schools. The group would be considered a far right, white supremacist, hate group by most of today's school boards unfortunately. Would be a great addition to a private or home school curriculum though!

I agree on everything but term limits. Instead make a nationwide, all states, transparent, secure, lightning fast process to recall and apply judicial oversight upon initiation by the constituents (for reps) and jurisdictional inhabitants (for districts).

Problem with term limits is that it's a double edged sword. We lose a public servant that is fuckin great at their job. The lack of quick removal options is why term limits look good. Makes people wait 2+ years to remove a fucker, giving them time to memory hole the fucking, give him more time and no reason not to fuck the people again, and they have time to groom a new fucker to fuck the people next term. The introduction of term limits is probably something the elites laugh at because it's our lack of power in this system on display whether it happens or not, they could care less. Lightning fast fucker removal would make them howl.
I was reading up on gesara and the part I’m interested in knowing about is how assets will be doled out. “Zeroing out of credit card balances and bank debt relief worldwide.” Debt on non-asset is understandable but how does that affect debt on homes and cars? Do we get to simply keep the homes that we owe millions on and the poor guy that never got into a mortgage yet rents gets nothing ?

For the United States is the original while "of" is the change made in the late 1800's making it a corporation. Under the "of" version they can do whatever they damn well please.
I just don't think the Congress will "kill" themselves, Rinos or not, they won't pull the plug on their power. We have no idea if we, the people, elected statesmen or people in it to make themselves enriched--until they come out and show us. We have many angles with this, and haven't even fought the main form of control, which is economic.
There are thousands of volunteers right now working at the polls as election workers, poll watchers, and poll greeters. There are citizen journalists everywhere watching for cheaters. And many voter rolls had been cleaned up, many laws changed, many procedures changed. I don't know any Patriots who are sitting around right now.
The IRS should be at the top of the list. I do not see it.

If you want qualified serious candidates. You have to pay them properly. I read somewhere that if they paid each person $500k per year and made it illegal to take any money during and after you're done your term(s). The net benefit would be for the tax payers. Because the focus would be on the people. Not the special interests.
I've heard that argument before and I'm not sure I agree. We should not have to bribe government servants with exorbitant salaries to ensure they execute their oath of office faithfully. I think the salary of our elected representatives should match the average income of Amercan households and and any unscrupulous activity should be met with very harsh penalties. Most of what our government does today is out of scope and unconstitutional. If we scale back to a constitutionally sized government, our representatives would not have nearly the power and influence they have today and there would be less reason for people, corporations, and foreign influences to lobby them.

In theory your logic is sound. In reality, you'd find more value in your Candidates if you paid them more. You can even crowd source their additional salaries. Since they represent States, the locals can add to the kitty so a Wiser and more capable Candidate steps up.

I understand where you're coming from and I only partially disagree with you. Yes, if you increase the salary you will attract more, higher quality "talent", but you will also attract more greedy people and schucksters too. People should not be entering into politics to get rich, it should be treated as a temporary service to the people to ensure our government's adherence to the constitution and accountability to the people.
Of course you would want wise and cool heads to be our representatives and to make major decisions on our behalf when events call upon them to have to act. I'm not opposed to some form of state or district funded bonus or incentive program for representatives who do their job well, but the bigger issue is what the scope and role of their job is. When our government restricts its activity to what is outlined in the constitution, there really shouldn't be much work for them to do.
I certainly don't want to pay any Canadian Politicians a penny more. So I fully understand people thinking my idea is shit. The idea for the future is we get better candidates because they know the system is no longer rigged. Essentially every Member of the Canadian Parliament is a yes man for the Prime Minister. All the down votes I got were a fair statement to people's contempt for all the rot in DC.
