I read all the posts. I don’t see it as “going off”. I think he finally is shedding light on the “why”.
Many people were confused why he “all of a sudden” gave Ron a nickname. The broad strokes are that he saved Ron’s campaign in 2017. Stopped the steal of his campaign with US Marshalls and FBI. And when Ron was asked about running for president against President Trump in 2024 he said he is just focusing on the governor race for now. Trump said “wrong answer”.
To me it sounds like Ron should have said something more towards giving Trump the respect he deserves. Again, just my take. Trump knows secrets we don’t know.

Ron DeSantis remins me of VA governor Glen Youngkin. Youngkin has a deep state background being co-CEO of Carlyle Group. Where DeSantis sits with the deep state is a mystery. I believe it exists simply because all the RINOs and war-mongering dems want him to be the new presidential hopeful. In the least, DeSantis is being used as a pawn to steal the MAGA movement that DJT built.

Desantis' situation reminds me a lot of W Bush. I know W Bush is DS by DNA, but the media was going nuts over him after his reelection win for TX Gov back in 1998 at a time when the right really wanted a conservative more along the lines of Reagan. I don't think many people were even aware he was governor of TX until he announced (kinda strange for a POTUS son though Bush' behavior wasn't exactly POTUS material in the early 1990s).

Trump has THEIR playbook.
He knows what narratives they will push and gets ahead of them, forcing them to adapt.
Their lack of skill at adapting is showing their corruption.
