Do you mean reimbursement from insurance or the government? Although at this point, there’s really no difference. I think the first step in all “walks of life”, “professions”, “entities”, “corporations”, whatever you want to call them, is to completely take away government funding for ANYTHING that isn’t directly related to the military and even that needs to be revamped and taken on at the state level. The federal government is so beyond bloated and goes against EVERYTHING our founding fathers wanted. They knew that a huge federal government would lead to the exact corruption and tyranny we are witnessing today. I for one, as I’m sure the majority of Americans would agree, did not consent to have my hard earned money stolen from me to fund every Tom, Dick, and Harry’s whim, including Medicare, Medicaid, and all the other corrupt parts of the medical system which includes Big pharma and the Insurance companies for sure. And let’s be real, the majority of our taxes are really just laundered back to the thieves in office under the guise of “funding”. Insurance is just one more way the government has completely turned the medical field to crap, as it does to everything else it touches. I’m so over it and wish a massive amount of us could get together and just agree to take the plunge and stop paying taxes all at once. Ok, whew, rant over. Im not sure about the extra pay in Canada but after November 20, 2020 Health Canada reviewed the WHO considerations and recommendations but also decided against making any immediate changes to the status of Remdesivir.
I'm actually shocked that the WHO put out any kind of warning. Aren't they controlled by the CCP?
CMS gave 20% on top of the DRG rate if a COVID 19 diagnosis and remdesivir were both on the claim. So if a patient was in ICU and the total bill was $200,000 the hospital would get an additional $40,000 by administering remdesivir. It’s completely unethical to mandate care through use of bonuses for a particular medication. Incentives are usually based on outcomes or results. There is an entire ethical standard to appropriately measuring quality and it is not appropriate to mandate a particular medication.

Went in for covid they gave him Remdesiver and his kidneys shut down, couldn't breathe so ventilator and dialysis. It took them 11 days.

Before this is over, many of our hospitals are going to be placed in involuntary bankruptcy through civil lawsuits. I don't know whether criminal charges will be brought against those responsible, especially with out corrupt Justice Department There is some hope however, as many of the crimes are under jurisdiction of the States. Since many doctors and nurses went along with the administrators under duress, there should be many willing witness seeking to mitigate their liability.
