People who live way out in the rural areas often have propane tanks that get filled by truck. Would that force them to just use electricity, which can be cut off?
I said yesterday that restaurants use mainly gas to cook with. How many restaurants are going to buy new electric stoves? How will that effect food preparation? I see way too many downsides with this one. Mainly because it would effect too many wealthy people who like their gas stoves.
It makes sense in a way, everyone has a breaking point. Mine was July of 2020. You hit a point where you would rather navigate the consequences than comply. Its not isolated, it builds up, and it's about context. It's about awakening to the fact that not only is the thing they demand invasive but also harmful. Masks were required in public, lock downs were in public, and vaccine mandates, well, lots of people fought back, but there is a complex morale question there for people who thought initially the vaccine might be a net good. Many are awake now to the vaccine scam but it's been a slow road from passive compliance to active defiance. Normies have also seen the results of the measures taken over the last 3 years. They have seen how they were sold, what the results were, and have slowly been conditioned to say no. Someone could write a massive volume over all of the bait and switches that have come to light over the last 3 years. And it's not just politics and health, it's entertainment and story telling, it's finances and economics, it's education, child custody, and the reinvention of how our society approaches children, it's conspiracy theory after conspiracy theory proving true and pouring out into the mainstream discourse. Most people prefer truth to comfortable lies, but it's hard to acknowledge a lie when the reality it creates is comfortable.
Now we have an invasive measure that not only invades the privacy of your home but in the middle of economic freefall demands that you spend resources to switch to a more expensive utility that many regard as inferior. Unlike a vaccine that promises to to save lives, the best argument they can make is patently absurd to most people and delivered by their least impressive pawns in childish unsubstantiated arguments.
It's easy to laugh at people and be annoyed that this is the hill everyone starts fighting on but it makes sense. Most people alive were not raised to be brave, they don't live in cultures that value bravery or individuality. It's not natural for them to do what we do. And again it is hard to see through a lie you have come to rely on. But they have been seeing what's happening, learning to question the prescribed narrative, slowly getting angry, and slowly starting to see the pattern.
Now, the normies get a softball. Embrace gas stoves, this is a turning point. It's big, it's messy, it's invasive, it's obvious, and it's mostly benign. Gas stoves are a gateway drug to civil disobedience. It's a thing that's easy to fight against and it will become an experiment for ou fellow countrymen, can we actually make a change if we stand up? Have things gotten so bad that the government would do harm to us to justify tyranny? Fight by their side, make this moment a success.
Saving gas stoves will help save the soul of every normie that chooses to fight for thier individual sovereignty. Those normies will take gas stoves with them in their hearts to the next fight, and the next. Gas stoves will save the republic.
Also maybe from a base caveman brain standpoint, it is seen as a threat of someone taking your fire away which could mean death in winter, etc. Man has tamed fire for a long time so it is a primal thing.
And base-level caveman brain goes “the fuck you are” even in sub-conscious level. And the trigger wakes more people up to the threat.
I’m not psychologist but it makes sense to me from that viewpoint.
Just another example of too much government control. Then, they will tell you what food you will cook when you will be able to cook, if you are allowed to eat and it won't stop there. As you are aware, they are telling us what kind of car you can drive and when you are allowed to recharge it. Next, they will tell you to wear a mask and you have to drink the Kool-Aid, wait they are trying that already.
It is rather sad. But food is an opiate for the sheeple so perhaps it's a good thing that this tyrannical administration is doing something this stupid. It might actually get some sheep to start bleating something sensible.
Now that being said, I do most of the cooking in my household and they can take my gas stove from my cold, dead hands. The idea of cooking on an electric stove makes my stomach churn.
The county held a public meeting for our development regarding a proposes gas line. Was all for it until they announced a major tax increase to pay for it. Never heard anything again about it after the initial meeting. Wonder if this stupidity is the reason.
How many children killed injured by Fauci over the years and relatively little outrage…..Kill some beagles with fleas…….GAME ON. Good for the pushback sad what it took.
The pushback is actually over the bigger issue of government restricting energy and forcing you to use what they want to assume a great control over the populace.
Thinking it's over gas appliances is NPC programming.
"I sell propane and propane accessories."
"Hwhat in the hell!?"
"Taste the meat, not the heat."

That'd be the idea.
Came here to say it !
Propane = Pro Pain
Pro Pain Coming
Pressure-canning food isn't safe with anything but gas. I have no plans to give mine up. Just saying..
True.
Try telling a Chef that they can't cook with gas (just not while they have a knife in their hand).
There is always a COMMERCIAL exemption, just like in California in regards to the ban of gasoline small equipment like lawn mowers and snow blowers.
Like how gun bans have carve outs for LEOs.
Of course.
Pressure canners of the world, unite!!
I'm with you. I'm not giving up mine either! 😄

Now we're cooking with gas!
Haha yes.
It's a distraction, so people will focus on that rather than Biden's documents.
I’m guessing this is the straw that broke the camel’s back for a lot of people.
Caveman gets mad when you try to take his fire away.
Who woulda thunk it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't propane and "natural gas" different things that require different storage and such?
You can’t boil, frogs without a gas stove
How many children killed injured by Fauci over the years and relatively little outrage…..Kill some beagles with fleas…….GAME ON. Good for the pushback sad what it took.
If we aren’t Hanks then we 1000% are Dales…. I mean, Rusty’s.
I'm not giving up my gas stove. Nor the backup stove in storage. I can always cook, even when the power is out.
"Scare event"? 😆
I often wonder why someone has not marketed a natural gas generator for home use. Plumb it in and generate all your electric needs on demand.
Some people just decide that a shorter hill is the one they will die on.
Is there any hope for humanity???? Ugh!
