I have a auto loan with BOA, I wonder if that "disappeared" as well.

My home loan is at BOA - I bet they didn’t lose that.

Count me as one of them. I have a business Merrill Lynch account and my "agent" took thousands out for no apparent reason and invested it in Blackrock. It's my operating account, not an investment account. Still no answers.

Well, if you hate it then you are in the right place to make a difference. I code medical records for a living. It's been incredibly difficult to work the last 3 years knowing what I do. I have decided to fight back in my own way while still employed in the system. Hopefully, in the future, it will make a difference. Take it as a challenge.👍

I have. Reported one corrupt judge to the state whistleblower judicial ethics thing, which I thought would be a crock. She "retired" before her hearing, which I have since learned happens when they think they are going down. Ethics committee loses jurisdiction unless it is a sitting judge. Four months before she vested and six months after she was appointed chief judge of a particular division. Still, I know she wasn't in it alone. She just had to take one for the team. It is a slog to be sure.

glad to hear.. hopefully that "agent" is fired.. no clue how that could happen, maybe he thought he was going to make commission on gains? Thought stocks only go up? now probably fired + charged with fraud

Interesting.

If the stock market is about to collapse, they would need as much "digital cash" on hand as possible to mitigate their short positions / losses.

From Twatter comments:

"It's important to know that the missing money was isolated to Zelle transactions ONLY. Wells Fargo was having the same problem months ago. BOJ did put out an alert saying that transactions from last Saturday through this past Tuesday were delayed but that they'd be updated ASAP."

I use Zelle amongst family only. I wouldn't accept Zelle from a stranger, because I've heard that it's possible to do it just like writing a check with insufficient funds in the account, where the seller gets the shaft.

Interesting that it involves Zelle. I didnt even know what it was until last week when I had a scammer contact me via text trying to say they were from my bank and were asking if I made a $1000 Zelle purchase and to click link to verify charge (I did not click link; phone number and name on caller idea DID show my bank.

When I ignored the message, they called my phone within 10mins and were trying to get me to tell them my bank info so they could verify the charge. Knowing it was a scam, I told them that I would have to call them back in few mins and I would call at the number showing on my caller id. The person on line got pissy and asked, "Do you want my damn office number, too?!" then hung up.

I then reached out to my bank's fraud department to make them aware of attempt to scam me and to check the REAL recent charges on my account. This claimed Zelle charge was NOT one that was on there and was all good. However, 24 hours later and there were some very random charges ($. 76, $. 69, and some up to almost $300) that were NOT made by me.

If you are a big, national bank customer they do not care one iota about you unless you are huge account. I have been with a small community bank for 25 years and they are wonderful: top service, friendly and totally responsive to all my banking needs. CUT THE BIG BANK TIES!

I have been with a credit union since '09 after BoA, SunTrust, and Well Fargo all screwed me around the same time. Not one issue since switching. I don't understand why people have accounts with big banks.

I say if you have any funds in a bank you'd better think long and hard about getting them out. Have a small account for paying bill with a debit card or check, but a savings account will be hard to access if the system goes down or a run on the bank ensues. Think about how much interest you earn on a $100K per year. Is that enough for you to gamble with not being able to withdraw that $100K?

I've withdrawn all of my savings, such that it was, over the last 6 months. I left $250 in there. I will NOT be fucked by a bank bail-in. My children's accounts still need to be withdrawn but I'm not sure I can do that.

China's banks have been failing for months now. There are reports of people not being able to access their own savings and companies don't seem to have the money to pay their employees. I think that a lot of their wailing about "Covid" right now is just a cover for the bank system collapsing. Distraction.

I wonder just how much of the West's money is/was tied into China and its "booming economy"? How deeply were the Western banks involved? I guess we're going to find out.

I don't trust banks. Thing is I don't want to be just sitting on cash. I use to stack silver, but cashed out about 2 years ago. Cashed out sports cards 2 years ago also. Timed that at peak retardation. Made a killing. Any ideas what else to put money in besides silver, gold and ammo?

AMC is no good. Fundamental financials, future sources of revenue, amount shorted, % insider and institutional ownership, size of float, and quality of CEO/staff among other things means that GME is a once in a lifetime event, and AMC will be along for the ride and get some crumbs.

If the government has a long enough shutdown, that means no Social Security checks and government employee paychecks.

If they are running on such a razor thin margin, it would collapse them and many others.
