I am far from perfect as many are. Over the past year or two I have been trying to find religion. However, I've noticed Ive been trying to find a religion that justifies my poor decisions or hateful/disgusting outlook on life. Telling myself, there's no way pedophiles should be able to walk among us, and into the woodchipper I should throw them. People who harm children or others violently should die at my hands or another vengeful persons hands. I always looked to tell homosexuals and trans that they are disgusting, sick, and wrong. Ive berated liberals, democrats, and Republicans, with bias to conservatives. I've noticed that I constantly feel like I have a moral high ground as I shout, don't kill babies, fags shouldn't exist and someone should tell them, fuck joe biden, fuck this fuck that. To be honest it felt great, Its almost like I was using others as a stepping stool to get up on my high horse. Our whole existence is very short lived on this floating ball ripping through space. Yet I spend it angry at the the Bill Gates and Soros's of the world. In my head demanding punishment for their actions. It's hard to not want harm on them for what they do to the world, but I don't know what should happen to them. These thoughts boil all the way down to my own trauma throughout my personal experiences in my home life. I want to change but don't even know where to begin, I don't truly know right or wrong even when it seems evident. I hope the higher power that be help me discover a path forward. For eternal suffering sounds far beyond miserable, and I would love to see my deceased relatives again.

Stay off this board for one.
Stay off the internet for another. At least take a long break. You are being manipulated with all of this, as we all are. Everything is a psyop. Exercise, meditate and do something every day for other people. It's your mind they are after. Everything else they already have.
100%. Although I come here because I don't have a lot of people to express and share ideas, or, well just to talk. But definitely understand exactly where you are coming from.
If I might make a suggestion.
Focus on clearing the junk out of your system.
Learn to observe your thoughts. Then learn to let unpleasant ones pass by without attaching to them.
In Buddhist teachings (my interpretation), there are three poisons: to like something too much; to dislike something too much; and to lie to yourself.
If you can work to let go of attachment, then the other paths will be clear.
Maybe read philosophy -- Stoicism, for example. New Testament is always good.
I'd also like to add that you show a lot of insight into your own emotions and behavior -- that's a huge advantage.
Best of luck and be well.
I came here to learn the truth and how I could fight back and though my family are all saved Christians, I believe I was light years ahead of them in my faith so I was on quite a lonely island as I am a conspiracist where my family was not at all and though they were leary if some things, they were mislead in others. and I always pray for discernment so I won’t be lead astray as they were spiritually immature in their faith.
Mighty powerful and truthful statements my friend.. especially the last sentence , damn that’s a slap in the face wake up !
This board is actually a great place for him to learn and be helped in the right direction.
And currently he needs to take a break from it, which I think is the reason he is reaching out on this post.
I’m on my way out so rushing this reply out.. for now ! First don’t look for religion, religion is usually man made laws ,, instead between you and God/ Jesus ask for His marvelous gift of salvation. Talk to God as you would to me , find a quiet place and talk to Him .. out loud ! Having a relationship with God is really simple , He wants you to know Him and His goodness ! Ask him to show himself to you.. you will be amazed at how quickly things happen that will be undeniable as far as his presence!
As fsr as your anger and hate towards the horror in this world ,, most of us struggle with this. You are not alone ! God will help with this as well, but ,we will always pray for Gods wrath to destroy these demons that walk among us !!! keep in touch Fren .. again you are not alone !!
Thanks for taking time out of your life to help. I will take these words in and give honest attempts.
I'm not particularly religious but I have found it's not worth my time or energy to hate these people (Soros, gates, etc). Live a good life, try to be a good person, and the universe will eventually sort this shit out. Being angry at these people or things won't change it. You're not even a pimple on Soro's ass. Karma will eventually catch up to everyone, don't be left with a negative balance when it comes time to settle up.
Such a powerful reply! Loving you.
You are such a blessing ,, thank you for that nice note ,, you still coming out in February?
This is the plan, but when I get an actual date, I’ll let you know. I still have your phone number. I’m shooting for the end of February beginning of March.
Perfect
Read this and then read it again. Let the words sink in.
Serenity Prayer
God, grant me the Serenity To accept the things I cannot change... Courage to change the things I can, And Wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time, Enjoying one moment at a time, Accepting hardship as the pathway to peace. Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, Not as I would have it. Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His will. That I may be reasonably happy in this life, And supremely happy with Him forever in the next. Amen.
Just a thought: Before you find religion, I would find God. Read your scriptures. Study the Bible or other scriptures. Build up your testimony/faith in our Savior. That may help with those dark foreboding feelings.
For me, I have faith, knowing that we are in end times, we are experiencing prophecy in real time.
My favorite scriptures that “Every knee shall bow,.. every tongue confess …that Jesus is Lord!” (paraphrasing…Lol)
I derive comfort from knowing that even those who are evil, with evil agendas/intent, will eventually bow and acknowledge Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.
It’s not that I want revenge on them. They will have enough contempt for themselves on this day.
It will be one of those —Lord, have mercy on their souls moments.
This is good, thank you for your input. I am trying to read KJV it's daunting and hard for me to understand. One of those things I tend to push away, after rereading numerous passages. I will keep trying.
We are studying the New Testament this year. This manual is for 2023 and it’s a good assistant plus daily scripture study ideas.
It is from the church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints. But if that doesn’t offend you, 😊it’s a great study guide.

I recommend starting with Genesis-Chuck Missler on You Tube. I've done the entire Bible with him twice and he helps make it accessible to me. Enjoy!
No need to read KJV. Just pick one that’s easier to read. You’re not going to have such a dramatically different experience or interpretation until you actually get into exegesis (pulling deeper meaning out of the scriptures).
I was similar, I quit drinking with some help. Our sessions consisted of reading through a book called "The four agreements". It was pretty enlightening.

It's an hour of you life, might be worth the listen.
GREAT BOOK and VIDEO! THANKS
Agreement 1: Be Impeccable With Your Word
Agreement 2: Don't Take Anything Personally
Agreement 3: Don't Make Assumptions
Agreement 4: Always Do Your Best

If we all live this way, the left has no chance as they can't make it past the first rule.
The ends do not justify the means.
I will definitely check this out, I'm glad you got away from your vice!
Vengeance is a burden God doesn't want you to have, and you don't have to.
What helps me is to recognize:
I'm not perfect either, and God does not grade on a curve. You either meet the standard of keeping the Law perfectly, or not. (Which includes loving your enemies - according to Jesus)
God is not about religion, He's about relationship - And so is Jesus
Jesus came and paid the penalty for all my sins, and anyone else's who will accept it. -But He did it because He wanted to- Nobody could take His Life away, He died of His own choice, and rose from the dead as well.
Jesus lived both a sinless life and died the death I deserved.
Jesus rose from the dead to prove that He had the power to both take His own life up again, and raise me from the dead when the time is right. (or take me to heaven without dying if He so chooses.)
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God
Think positive thoughts and speak positive words. Try to be service to others and not service to self. Don't let yourself be affected by fear porn. Saratoga ocean is good to listen to. Elizabeth Kelly. Ishmael Perez.
Seek Jesus, can't go wrong there. Don't be deceived by niegh sayers. If you truly seek him he will find you. Get a KJV Bible and start reading at the new testament. And you can read the old testament too after you understand the new covenant that Jesus made with us. I am a literal Christian. I don't put too much into what preachers say.
To be honest, religion is a well abused and misused structure. Since you are here, you can read and codify thoughts into words. That is an outstanding start. The next step is to read the great works of Buddhism, The Holy Bible and the Koran. I think you will be surprised to find that many of the basic tenets are identical. For the Bible and the Koran, it is not too difficult, since one was the inspiration of the other, however the teachings of Buddha are surprisingly similar to the teachings of Jesus. The similarities pretty much end when speaking about behavior and "Righteous" living, as well as how to treat your fellow man (and animals). At the end of the day, I believe your relationship with God is your own and is a party of two. The vast majority of humanity has the knowledge of good and evil within each of us. Whichever side you dedicate yourself to will be the type of person you will be. We are all fallible, the difference comes in when you fight the urge to do wrong and instead plant your feet firmly on the path to Righteousness. When it comes to violence, there will be a multitude of differing opinions. I have resolved myself into a purely defensive nature of violent action. I extend this to those that would harm the weak without cause or mete out violence against those that cannot defend themselves. I am contented with this course and my decision. It is not for everyone and I am sure there will be counter opinions. At the end of the day, I can only do what my conscience will allow me to. Anything else is a sin that I must atone for.
Damn,Welcome to the club! Glad to meet another like minded person.
The plan of salvation is this:
1.) Confess your sins, repent (turn from them), ask for forgiveness. 2.) Believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ was crucified for your sins and God raised Him from the dead. 3.) Ask Jesus to come into your heart and be your Lord and Savior.
Get in the Word and ask God you let it change you. It will. Every pastor I know has recommended beginning in the book of John. I love Romans. Baptism is next. It is your public profession of faith.
As far as vengeance goes, the scripture says that the Lord says, "It is mine to avenge, I will repay."
If you pray and ask God into your heart, it's good to find other believers. They will be imperfect. You will be too. We are all walking out and learning to have faith, and will be until the day God takes us all home.
I've been a Christian now for over 40 years. Nothing else in my life can compare to who God is and how he has loved and been merciful to me.
Also, be advised, Satan hates when he loses a soul so he'll try and hit you with calamity. You'll be fine.
I would look inward to what your soul is trying to express to you, rather than looking for a specific religion. Religion can be a comfort to many, but also divides. Truth is, your soul is an aspect of Source (God) animating a human avatar form (you) to learn, experience, help, and grow and return back. Look up Law of One which is more complicated than just that, but that is the part I believe in strongly.
As far as the evil-doers. They are just doing what they are going to do. Most of them are literal sub-human entities. Your neighbor that goes to the drag show?? The jury is out on that one for me. Lots and lots of real people are quite confused and battling alot of energies right now. But the main bad guys that we hear about are actual non-human entities. Some are reptilian/demonic in nature and must exist on the negative energies and traumas they cause the human populace (its called Loosh). Many, many others are just soulless vessels being controlled. In my opinion, these types are literally running off an A.I.
So, they are just doing what they are going to do. No real sense in getting angry at a monkey for throwing its feces at you. I get more upset at the smart, rational people of this Earth who can't see this. Or, more accurately, refuse to even consider that ANYTHING we say might be right.
Best of luck
I used to feel similarly - wanting to right all the wrongs of the world, and thinking of myself as above/better than the heathens. Then one day, I heard someone say that very often when we behave this way, it’s our minds distracting us from our own wrongs. In other words, we can feel that we are right because “they” are wrong. “Vengeance is mine sayeth the Lord”…..but so is judgement. Making judgments is stressful; let them go. It’s that simple.
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction (Proverbs 1:7)
For the Lord gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding (Proverbs 2:6).
It is interesting that when Solomon could ask to receive anything at all from God, he chose wisdom. It is through wisdom that we find the Lord through knowledge and understanding. One of the first things that you have to understand is that the punishment you want to give to others is the punishment you deserve also, in the eyes of God...for ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God." When you understand that, you realize that your sins (which condemn you) are like filthy rags, and you are in need of a Savior...just like the worst of the worst...
Fortunately, the answer for Soros or Gates is the same answer for you, because the fear of the Lord (and His judgement) is the beginning of knowledge and this knowledge brings you to Jesus Christ, the Son of God who has given you the only way to stand before God...forgiven. You should start reading the book of John and work your way through the Gospels and the New Testament. Pay special attention to John chapter 3 and what Jesus taught Nicodemus.
The key to salvation is knowing Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and as you spend time in the Bible you will understand who Jesus is and why he said that he is "the way, the truth and the Life; no one comes to the Father except through him." God will give you the necessary wisdom and understanding to read through the scripture and understand his truth, all you have to do is ask. I pray that God blesses you on your journey...one of the most important things you can do in your life is to have an understanding of who God is and to know Jesus as your personal Savior.

This site is a great place to start asking questions and getting answers. Highly recommend it.
Like another fren said, there are many man made religions, what you are describing isn’t a need for yet another religion, you are looking for a relationship with God.
As you explore, you will see many people push man made things, like, some dude happens to be in New York and has a revelation that the entire Bible needs updating so follow this new teaching and oh by the way, it constantly changes and morphs and yadda yadda. No, the Bible is not changing, the goal isn’t moving, it was written once and you shouldn’t accept anything else. Or you will see things like, you need to work hard to earn your way, God won’t do it for you. Stay far away from anything like that. Jesus saves by grace, not by your works. Or other folks say you can only use one translation of the Bible. Guess what, the Bible app and many others let you compare version so you can see them side by side. And then you can judge for yourself what the verse means. It’s beautiful and I often find myself reading Hawaiian pigeon translation because it breaks it down in a way that I can comprehend better. And it sounds cool too! Kek.
You should watch this and it’ll help excite you about the truth as this atheist talks though his journey that he took: https://youtu.be/hzespY6MyFA
Hi fren
Cut yourself some slack, especially if you are working through your own trauma.
Of course you are going to have some uncharitable thoughts sometimes.
Don’t worry about the length of your post. My reply was much longer.
Also, righteousness comes only through Christ Jesus.
Religion isn’t what you need. A personal relationship with Jesus is what you need.
Jesus is the only Son of the one true living God and he came and preached love, truth, righteousness, he healed the sick and raised the dead (literally), cast out demons and came to save the most lost, broken, sinful, evil and hated. Jesus died in a cross to take away our sins and rose again three days later that whoever would deny himself, repent of their sins and ask him into their heart to be their Lord and Saviour would have eternal life.
John 3:16. for God so love the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.
Isaiah 53:5 But He was pierced for our offenses, He was crushed for our wrongdoings; The punishment for our well-being was laid upon Him, And by His wounds we are healed.
Might I suggest you download the Angel channel on tv or phone and watch The Chosen series. It is about Jesus choosing His first disciples, what He preached and the kind of people He chose (the least and the lowest, the lost, broken and the hurting). It also covers the miracles He performed and casting out of demons. Those same miracles and powers, He granted to His disciples upon His death and resurrection. God now grants to those same powers to many of His living Saints and Disciples today.
Acts 2:16-17 But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams.
Mark 16:18 they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”
Luke 10:19 Behold, I give you the authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and upon all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you.
I forewarn you though. A life forgive and redeemed in Jesus though is a life of freedom in Christ with eternal life and a Saviour who will never leave nor foresake you does not mean a life of ease. Satan will attack you with his demons and it’s up to you to learn to fight but as a righteous (no not self righteous) saint in Jesus, you will have the needed weapons supplied here to fight. Ephesians 6:10-18 The Armor of God
10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
I encourage you to build yourself a chart from this and carry notecards until you memorize them.
Also; Matthew 17:20 He told them, “It was because of your lack of faith. I promise you, if you have faith inside of you no bigger than the size of a small mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move away from here and go over there,’ and you will see it move! There is nothing you couldn’t do!
And; James 2:14-26 Faith Without Works Is Dead
14 What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, 16 and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? 17 Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.
18 But someone will say, “You have faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without [a]your works, and I will show you my faith by [b]my works. 19 You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble! 20 But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is [c]dead? 21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar? 22 Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made [d]perfect? 23 And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed God, and it was [e]accounted to him for righteousness.” And he was called the friend of God. 24 You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only.
25 Likewise, was not Rahab the harlot also justified by works when she received the messengers and sent them out another way?
26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
You seem to have found a lot of sympathetic ears on the board, but you know as well as I do this post was a FUCK YOU to everyone on the board.
I am exactly as some of what you described, but I don't feel one ounce of regret for feeling the demons of this world deserve what is coming for them.
No this was not an intentional fuck you to the board. It was me over the last few weeks wondering why I or we feel the way we do. In fact Im describing you in a sense because we obviously share these thoughts. I still feel no sympathy for pedophiles and tons of my other points. My statement was wondering or asking for opinions on, what this all means. The bible often says (in my interpretation so far) we are not the judge. But it kills me to think that we should do nothing to these demons, it bothers me that I should be expected to be nice or at least passive to those who wish death or wish suffering on us. This post was selfishly in a sense venting on things I truly know nothing about as I look for input to help turn my life around. I didn't post this here to slight anyone, Im looking for opinions, I'm looking for advice.
If your choice in religion is the one that will encourage and reward you for self-pride and wishing violence on others (because I don't think it will stop with sexual deviants, you already want to attack others over politics), you might try a specific congregation like the Westborough Baptists. Otherwise these "spiritual rewards" don't fit with any religion.
