And what is it with McDonalds burgers? I stopped eating McDonalds and other junk food because I don’t trust the food sources of those corporations. Yet, his staff were eating it, he ate it long ago with Ivanka… what does he know that I don’t?
Looks like a standard 757 cockpit to me but if it wasn't, it's likely you wouldn't be able to tell from the video because it would need to be a closer shot of the panels where you can make out each individual controller on the overhead.

It’s a standard cockpit, but due to it being a private aircraft, there is no requirement that the cockpit must be locked, etc.
This is common and normal, people who own jets with employed pilots that fly for them… they will visit those pilots often in the cockpit :)
