Shower Thought: Society has gone into the toilet. Everyone pitted against one another. Every word is a fight to the death.
Well, that's a cheery thought!
Suits the expression "when all hell breaks loose".
And in my view, this is what's happened. hell, mostly locked down for the last few thousand years, has been loosed. Humanity is literally fighting with our demons.
The good news is, this had to be, and only by going through this process can our hell be purged.
I think we might be getting too many "Tranny Dylan" posts. I'm sick of seeing that face.
Agreed 100%. Please cancel them
People are giving him exactly what he wants - attention. Time to move on.
Bacon cheeseburger rice.
Don't judge me

That looks so good.
Only way you can improve that combo is to mix just a bit of mayo in the rice, with a fork so that its spread nicely evenly.
Yes, but Japanese mayo, or American stuff?
For 998 days in one thousand, I turn to Japanese mayonnaise.
Make your own mayo. It's easy and it's the best!
My fav is butter salt and pepper. So good.
Rice goes well with Butter, Soy Sauce, Mayo, and best of all - Ghee.
I have some Ghee, it's just the milk solids removed right? Doesn't taste as good to me as some quality butter
No ghee is clarified butter. When warmed up a little it tastes best
Interviewer: ... about this butter... Can you clarify it?
Interviewee: ghee, I don't know.
Gee, I've never used ghee, even though I g) make lots of curries.
Arepas $7... This is the correct price
My small town is not that small anymore, and we are getting really good restaurants. Sucks about the traffic, I want to move into more rural area and have land nearby. Or Sarasota, depends on my employment opportunities in the near future.
Everytime I leave my state I miss it. Colorado and Texas are still on my to do list. Even though I have friends and family living there.
I've been trying to do some research and find citations on non-covid vaccines and you realize how much the mRNA vaccines have flooded the search results of everything vaccine related. You have to know exactly what you're looking for to filter out everything else.
I take that and apply it to the left when you see these media campaigns where they take over historical terminology.
YES their version of topic sliding is to make movies or songs that replace the old valuable search terms
I have a question... I use q alerts. And I'm trying to learn how to navigate it. It doesn't seem to let me just put in a drop number I want to look up. Ex. 501, I have to type in a word. I literally am trying to learn how to use this. I made a post today, by looking up the word Alabama. I got 3 drops. On 1 drop # 579 for me it gave me a leaked email with some numbers at the bottom. A response to my post showed a different post. It does correlate with 1 of the 3.
So, now... I'm lost. I've screenshot what I get. But don't want to make a post. Cause, yea.
put the number sign first, #501 and make sure there is a space after
all this time and I had No idea^ of this, thanks! I've been scrolling through All the drops to get to certain numbers/takes awhile🤦
Oh no! Glad I could help!
Something else to remember about that site - Capitalization matters and so does punctuation. Also, if you put a space behind your search word matters. For example, if you search FED, Fed, FED , Fed , you'll get different results. Does that make sense?
Also, with the dates - single digit dates always have a zero - For example, search Apr 04 and not Apr 4
Ty ty ty. I just tried, worked perfectly! I appreciate it.
Awesome! Have a great day!
Thanks, you do the same.

Gotcha. Thank you for your help and the information.
Boy I could use your help. Lol
Ohhh thank you so much!
Hey guys been a little distant last week. Working to get back at it this week. Could use some prayer. The next prayer Garden Podcast is gonna be with a messianic Jew. She is very much awake to the evils of the world and has told me anything is far game for me to ask. We have been discussing synagogue of Satan, Jewish people in high places, everything u could imagine she has given me free reigns. She is an awesome lady and loves Jesus Christ very much. It cost her her family at one point. Please pray because I know Satan is not gonna like this one.
Nice.
I feel you on the last week, brother. Something seems to be going around. 🙏

what do you think happened to everyone who said they couldn't wait this long? are they in a blackpill hole somewhere? did they change their minds and stick it out? or were hey just shills?
If they're religious, they adopt the mentality stevethefish described. If not, they go full prepper.
I strongly disagree with patriots who justify their lack of faith (and lack of effort) with the idea that Revelations is upon us and Satan will be victorious. So many problems with that mentality, both practical and spiritual.
I know that mentality really hurts to see. I mean the book is the revelation of Jesus Christ. Yet they forget that
"The Book of Revelation of Saint John the Divine"
The second coming followed by 1,000 years of peace, right?
It's been suggested that the Catholic church twisted the meaning of Revelation into a dark and fearful thing.
I'm not as well-versed as you are Slech, but that theory rings true to me.
Yes imo many people miss inteprt revelation. It's meant to bring us to Christ so we can remain with him till whenever he comes back officially across the world. Praise the Lord! We love u so much Jesus. Let your kingdom come. Your will be done.
Yes I have heard that theory as well. I think it's best if we just say Satan twisted it and got man to follow along. Someone definitely worked hard to take our focus from Jesus and onto the doom and gloom. Christ is Lord though and soon the whole world will bow before his feet. Hallelujah Come Jesus Come. We are yours
Slech, you hit on such a critical point here.
That revelation, indeed the whole gospel + NT, is meant to have us focus on Jesus.
In my rather unorthodox view, the purpose - as seen from God's viewpoint - of the new Testament, including the book of Revelations, is to have humanity prepare for the Second Coming of Christ. Why?
Because the Second Coming is when the conclusion of the providence takes place.
Which raises a curious theological point: When Jesus declared on the cross "it is finished", what exactly was he talking about? Because very clearly, the providence is NOT finished: Believers still carry the original sin connection and pass that on to our children (no children are yet born pure without a connection to sin, thus requiring acceptance of Christ during their life); believers still need to repent and pray during our lives, in order to keep the devil at bay; our bodies are still subject to satanic influences, and the conflict between the spirit and flesh remains (re: Paul's declarations).
So what was finished? In my view, the work of spiritual salvation was what was completed on the cross. Jesus paid the full price to accomplish spiritual salvation for humanity, so that our spirits could be completely liberated from Satan's dominion.
But because Jesus had to accomplish this by sacrificing his body, likewise, our bodies are also still subject to Satanic dominion. So why the Second Coming? The purpose of the Second Coming is to accomplish physical salvation, when the claim that Satan has on the flesh of all humanity will be liquidated, and the Kingdom can truly begin BOTH on Earth as in Heaven.
If this is the case, what are the implications? This is why we need to practice our faith, constantly reach for Jesus and always work and act to come closer to him, so that when he returns, the pathway is made clear (Just as John the Baptist had the mission of making the way clear for Jesus at the first coming).
This view may tweak some of the traditional views on providential scripture, but the conclusion is the same; focus on Jesus, and prepare your heart for the second coming. That's the real purpose of the Gospel; not simply to live well, but to live well in order to prepare for the bridegroom. In my (unorthodox) opinion, of course.
Praise God. His salvation is good, and his people will never be forgotten.
To each their own. Some end up blackpilled. Some can discern the reality behind the illusions and stick it out. And ofc, some were just shils.
My Q friend in PA is now convinced that Trump is the Antichrist. I've seen some people on the Trump Train jump off and only focus on the Bible now. They tell me that they cannot see where I get my optimism from. I see where they are coming from. I'll just wait and see.
That's why it's so important to have a deep intimate relationship with our savior, King and best fren Jesus Christ. He will guide us to all truth
F fully R rely O on G God
Well, that's a contradiction in terms if ever I saw one. Or perhaps not.
The way I see it, it's not how much focus on the Bible a person has. It's how deeply they understand the Bible that is the issue.
The more one understands the Bible, the greater one's sorrow but also the greater one's optimism and hope. imo.
Well, like I will say that I believe that the evil ones will be routed and a new era will begin. They just say no, Satan will prevail and things will only get worse until Jesus comes.
I think you are right, Fish.
But at the risk of being blunt, I think a LOT of believers use the excuse of "When Jesus comes back" to avoid dealing with the reality of life as God gives us challenge to face.
And there is no guarantee that when Jesus returns, they'll recognize him. The Jews who lead their institutions at Jesus time were also completely sure they would recognize and know the Messiah when he came, and look what they did.
I was thinking about cattle.
Let’s offer teen-agers the following theoretical choice:
you live your life the hard (unassisted) way. What you earn/accomplish is yours, you go when it’s over for you and nobody else decides.
you get the glamour life of a rich socialite, influencer, heir. You won’t achieve anything of value and you will be painlessly and unexpectedly taken away sometime around your 40th birthday (also depending on your social karma, should you inadvertently do some good).
How many will choose the second (Matrix and/or communism) choice and among those, how many shall face their incoming disparition and begin acting virtuously to delay it?
I don't understand; where are the cattle?
I mean, if I was convinced Q was a larp and cabal always wins, option 2 is the best. One reason so many people are asleep is because they assume there is no way to win. Life is a stacked, corrupt casino and even just walking in without playing makes you a loser
I don't know...either you need some sleep..or I need some sleep...this is over my head at this hour...so it is probably me that is done for the day...you were thinking of cattle??? Such an unusual thought...go have a glass of wine and listen to some nice music...much more fun...methinks....
Hello LQdy🤗💐
In Burgundy, there always is cattle around my house. Happy Charolais cows.
I was thinking little do they know they are taken such care of because one day they will hop in the truck and fall alseep a few hours later. That’s the price of their happiness.
What if this were done to humans?
What if the rich Western World is a human (or demonic) experiment as it constrains us in some tedious administrative frameset whilst offering us a depressing minimum to live (food, stupid games, and decreasing freedoms)?
The third world has less rules and less richess but somehow more opportunities, even though these are much harder to achieve. Maybe it’s the opposite experiment: cattle life or game life? What are we expected to achieve?
"What if..."
I've been thinking about cattle a lot too lately. It's, frankly, getting to me. The good thing about living past 40 is I know, from experience, that this too shall pass, so I can hang with it and move on. Jesus saves.
To answer your OP, I already chose option A back when I was a secular young man. Watched a lot of my peers choose a lesser version of option B. If I could go back with the knowledge I have now and choose again, I'd double down on option A.
🙏😁 WWG1WGA
The western idea of riches and luxury are a trap. I suppose if someone from extreme wealth saw my homestead and my 14 year old car , my home, etc, I would be considered "3rd world", and yet I feel like my life is full of riches. I often think of these things, and who puts that envy and lust into a man's heart that makes him a slave to "more". People do not value what they have not earned, it's a fact that it does not buy them happiness, not for long, anyway. Everything I have I worked for, and I have to remind my son sometimes through his life, that what we have will someday be priceless, 5 acres, living in a beautiful and sometimes harsh climate, but warm and a home full of food enough to share, the bills are paid every month because I do not buy on credit, clean and pure artesian well water, healthy animals. A youth who would be given a life of luxury and wealth and glamor, never having to work for it, would probably by age 40 have already turned to alcohol and drugs, or sex, or another addiction, willing to throw away their life because it is meaningless without livlihood and struggle. The cattle that live a good life only to be shipped off never knew anything else, so it really isn't so bad for them in the long run, but they are not conscious. Humans have a seed inside them that can grow consciousness, so, take a man born into wealth, some of them have chosen to challenge themselves because life has given them no challenge, think of the millionaires who pay to climb all the mountains, or go to extreme areas of the earth to experience challenge, because they missed all of that with their poofy lifestyles. I think the ultimate achievement is consciousness of God, to see each blade of grass and each tree and each other human being as a creation of God, and to see Christ in the poorest child or the suffering cripple. If you can achieve that degree of sight, and respond to God with love in all of his creation, and remain humble knowing that, a peace of mind and contentment can be reached, and that is what it is all about. It has worked for me, Praise God, is all I can say.
Well context makes all the difference...now in my mind I see you as a brilliant deep thinker...
I would probably agree that there is a certain bondage or entrapment to riches and often a price to pay...perhaps that is why Jesus said it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than a rich man to enter heaven...
I do believe your thoughts have merit...there is much to be said for simplicity...it has always been the love of money that is the curse so money does have the ability to change us.
I think when you take excess money away you have to survive by your own wits and that is when the true essence of a man kicks in...to provide for self and family....and therein lies our satisfaction in life...that we can achieve this most basic goal...utilizing our own self-determination...
Of course, God promises to supply all our NEEDS according to His riches in glory...in the west the distinction between wants and needs has become very blurred...
well you certainly did challenge my thinking with that one...it was just funny to see you...out of the blue thinking about cows...haha...God bless you and yours and have a great day...
We should make a list, how many more on air personalities will lose their jobs and how many news organizations will die or wind up on life support?
Almost everyone.
So over the weekend, I was watching Blade Runner with my wife. My favorite movie. At the end of the movie, she asked me why Batty saves Deckard. I told her that despite Batty being a murderer, when faced with his own death he realized how precious life truly is, and he loved life more than anything else. Even his enemy's life. Life is precious.
It got me started thinking about the life we lost, our baby who died after only 4 weeks of pregnancy. I used to express myself through poetry a lot in high school and a bit in college, and even won 3rd place in a poetry contest at my community college. So that night I was inspired to write the first poem I'd written in 27 years, a lament to the loss of the second daughter we had wanted to have. I have my own little corner of the internet where I write stuff on my mind. I've shared it with a couple of frens on here already. This is for anyone who has lost a child or any loved one, really. If anyone here enjoys it, I'd be happy to hear. God bless.
https://stevethefish.net/life/life137.htm
Incredibly powerful and well written. The imagery, the balance and symmetry of the writing, and the palpable grief resonates. Beautifully done.
Thank you so much!
Bro...
That is a powerful, HONEST poem.
I'm not normally fond of such straightforward, clear and verbose poetry - I'm more a haiku guy, than a Whitman guy, but by the end of it, your words were striking me like lightning.
So a couple things. One, I'm an emotional patron of the arts. I love nothing more than supporting people expressing themselves creatively. I think it's one of the most beautiful gifts God gives a person. So WELCOME BACK. Two, Violet is blessed in the beyond with as wonderful a tribute a father can give their child. That is also truly beautiful.
I have a dear friend, also a father, who has tried to articulate his same feelings to me over the premature loss of an unborn son. I know, even though he and his wife have since had another son, it still hurts them. I'm going to share this with him.
Thank you so much for sharing. 🙏
God bless.
Please do! This was 7 years ago for us, so it's mostly just a thing of the past. But between watching Blade Runner and its message really hitting home coupled with me being a bit intoxicated that night, I was inspired to reach back and tap into that emotion I feel every time I think of the child we could have had.
My wife was always infertile and I think maybe it's because of the "tetanus booster" she had to get in order to immigrate to America when we were in our mid-20s. After that, her periods seemed to be a bit troublesome. I saw a video of a woman who crusades against childhood vaccines and she said that the tetanus booster basically diminishes a girl's fertility.
As for haiku, I've written plenty of those too. Take a look at my site and you'll see I recently posted the poem I won 3rd place for.
From one anon to another, I am going to strongly suggest you (if you haven't already) play Xenogears. It is an original Playstation game and to many people, it is rough around the edges, but perfect. I had my wife play it for the first time after the darkest, most trying time of her life, and it changed her forever. It might just do the same for you. Your favorite movie being Blade Runner gives me the feeling that the brand of scifi in Xenogears will be right up your alley, especially with your Japanese family
American copies are pretty expensive so outside of emulation, the besy way to play it is on a Playstation 3 or Playstation Vita/PSTV where the game can be purchased digitally for $6. It is a nice long one so put aside a few weekends. Having a Japanese wife, I have no doubt you have good tea and rice always there to get you through it.
Uh, okay? Xenogears? I mean, Kos-Mos has some nice-looking tits, but... I've never played those games before. Could I have you spoil the game for me a bit? What would playing a video game do for me? Anyhow, my wife hates video games. It's always been a point of contention in my marriage.
I was better off looking for the cows.
Honestly, xenogears really is more of a novel than a game (with a simple but thoroughly enjoyable combat system).
Its honestly one of if not the most emotionally impactful pieces of media i have ever experienced, myself. I, too, was going through a hard time when i played it (i had a pregnancy related experience as well as very deep depression) and... honestly, it really helped. It really isnt the kind of story someone can cliffnotes for you, its very philosophy heavy. If it were in book form, it would be hailed as a masterpiece of literature.
My deepest condolences to you and your wife, i wish healing and happiness on you both, fren. I cannot fathom how you both feel. I hope the light can shine on you both soon ♥
Thanks. Actually, I don't even think my wife shed a single tear over this. Not that I ever saw, anyway. I'm far more likely to cry while watching a movie and she never does. It's weird. I had a friend when I lived in Arizona who was a total sperg for Xenogears. I'll ask him about the story. I did cry when Aeris died in Final Fantasy 7 at least, even though my dumb friend spoiled it for me.
Kosmos is from Xenosaga. Also great, it is a prequel to Xenogears, and yeah Kosmos is real cute.
Xenogears is a very text heavy role playing game filled with elenents of philosophy, spirituality, science fiction, etc. Tons of references to other fiction and lots of very heavy concepts. Ultimately though, it is a love story and a journey of truly facing yourself. Written by a husband and wife team with a deep love of literature and religion, no video game has come close to its narrative scope. Not to mention the art direction and soundtrack is second to none.
Since your wife hates games, I would say your best bet is going through it on your phone if it is android. Epsxe or Duckstation from play store, find somewhere to download the iso, and that is all you need. Spoiling it would not really convey the impact it can have if you really analyze and comtemplate it.
That was a beautiful tribute to Violet...I feel your loss...I lost my first child early in the pregnancy and even though I later had five other children there is always the thought that there was someone else that should have been part of your life...as your heartfelt poem so beautifully expresses. The blessing is that we will know our unborn children for all eternity, which is so much longer than the breath of life we experience here on earth. It is heartwarming that our children are waiting to meet their mom and dad and any siblings while resting in the loving arms of the one who gave them life. God is good and even though we don't always understand...we trust in the one that loves us more than life itself...God bless you and yours...
Thank you! You are blessed to have so many children. We'd always wanted to have two children, but we were unable to have more than one, especially after my wife's back injury in 2019. Our girl has no cousins either. So with our daughter, the future of the family rests on both the Japanese and American sides. Although perhaps Christ will be returning before too long, I pray.
Well you do have two...just one you haven't met yet...I have a niece named Violet...such a pretty name...
I agree...I hope the Lord doesn't tarry too long...eager anticipation...
Your Japanese/American blend sounds delightful...AND I hope your wife has recovered from her injury...back injuries are not fun...
Yes, she is getting better. A lot more mobile. She's a nursery school teacher with too many years picking children up at the waist and not her knees as she should! Her disc was deteriorated badly, but she has improved. I thought the name Violet was pretty and being a Peanuts fan, it's a shame that the character Violet disappeared from the comic by the '80s.
Love the Peanuts gang...grew up on the sweet innocence of Charles Schultz's wonderful creation...those were the days my friend...
