As a social worker, I would certainly sign up for that last one. I could connect them with all kinds of other free stuff. I could offer emotional support for their victimhood. I could even apologize for my white supremacy as being the cause of their problems.
That’s money misdirected, how about more cops and stiffer penalties. Major stores have closed in California and other areas due to theft. I don’t blame the stores either.

I live in NYC. The only reason I’m still here is because I have 1 and a half years to complete my contract here. It’s worse than what they are reporting. Far worse. I have friends who are law enforcement for the city, they won’t bother locking them up because they are literally out of the system and in the streets within hours. This all filters down from the very top. It’s a living nightmare just running daily errands here.
