Yes was thinking the same and they will definitely settle out of court ,, I knew some dude that worked with an attorney that used to go around to bars on ladies night demanding the half off or first drink free , when they wouldn’t give it the attorney would send a letter and all the companies would settle out of court . He did it at malls for ladies shopping sprees when they offered bags of feee stuff , high end stores ,, this guy was a total scammer , he didn’t act or claim tranny this was like 20 years ago , he just claimed discrimination against men , he made a ton , the letter would say 8 k or 12 grand or go to Court , all the companies paid as it would cost more to pay attorneys fees etc . He would go up and down Cali from San Diego to San Fran it was his full time job , crazy !

I thought it was great actually , but it was known as scamming the law so I used the term . I saw the whole set up and the checks , I was actually friends with the attorney ! It was a huge set up , Two guys did the traveling around to the businesses , I actually couldn’t believe the amount of money they made . The more high end the store the more the attorney asked for , bars were usually hit for 8 to 12 k but high end stores in the mall got hit anywhere from 16 to 40 grand .. I saw the checks coming in the law office couldn’t believe it . These guys searched for the ads ,, half off drinks, half off appetizers etc .

I know a few sales reps and drivers who are getting crushed by this and will most likely be leaving soon to pursue something else. These guys didn’t do anything wrong and are pissed.

I am not a drinker but my husband always ordered BudLight. I truly don't think anything could make him drink it or the other woke beers. I am on a no makeup buying boycott. I think I have enough makeup for at least a year and I might try Mary Kay which seems to be real makeup for real women.
