They are trying—with absolutely stunning and spectacular success—to establish the notion that children as young as two have TOTAL agency (parents bedamned) over their sex, sexuality, sex organs, gender, gender preference, and sex. Did I mention sex?
That paves the way for all laws to be struck down that restrict their "freedom of choice" to have sex with rapist perverts.

I knew a 5 year old who would dress up in her mother's hat and shoes and tell people she was "the lady from Argentina". Her parents did not take her down to Argentina to let her live out her life in her proper home.

depending on the age/year I could see this being because of Carmen Miranda. She died in 1955 so it has been a while, but I even remember seeing video of her on TV and I wasn't born until '70. She had a famous song "Down Argentine Way". I only remember because of her hats with the fruit and/or flowers.
This was in the early 90s, so long after Carmen Miranda. I don't think her parents watched much TV but maybe there was something in a movie or cartoon that they watched?
