Gotta be going on about 6-7 years now without cable TV in our home. As long as Iβve got my Castle reruns on Prime for bedtime Iβm cool with the collapse.
Great series. The first 5-6 years are great, last two get a little far fetched with the overarching story. But from a character and acting standpoint A+ series. Definitely recommend itβs a cop/murder mystery with comedy in every episode. Doesnβt hurt that Stana Katic is super hot too.
Every generation since Hollywood began (and indeed, from before that), gets a new level of indoctrination, training from Hollywood and the media (and more specifically, from the Cabal via the CIA). Each step in the planned social engineering cycle leads closer and closer to the desired ideology, or rather, sets of ideologies. This multi step approach, following a pre-determined (non-organic) Hegelian dialectic creates a separation of social ideals, which, in addition to being progressive, also creates division and political and sociological turmoil.
If movies "used to be better," I suggest that may be because they were more in alignment with the particular ideology intended for your age group that was being presented at the time.
I wonder if they're funding from the CIA ran out? Dumb-fucks "elites" can only do shit when the game is rigged in their favor. If they're forced to play by actual rules, they're too stupid and too wasteful to be able to manage fucking shit.
How many "stars" are being paid to spout their crap on Twitter? I'm sure many of them get their money that way. Let's hope they go broke under Biden like the rest of us.
But even those have propaganda, just more subtle. Example: βRandom Harvestβ (1942, Ronald Coleman, Greer Garson) in which the movieβs hero is invited to be a member of British Parliament if he agrees to βstand for the liberal cause.β In the book, written by James Hilton, he is asked to stand for the conservatives. But this subconsciously promotes liberals as honorable, heroic people. And because watching a movie puts your brain in a different, less critically-thinking mode, you are more likely to unwittingly accept and acquiesce with the underlying propaganda concept.
Yes, there were definitely agitprop movies in the 20th century. The movies I like to rewatch are usually action, adventure, sci fi, fantasy and have less room for contemporary subjective politicking.
The fact that there was a new Indiana Jones movie and I was part of the majority who couldn't be bothered to go see it spoke volumes. I really was excited for it. Huh? I guess I really just don't care anymore... after knowing what Hollywood truly represents. I'd love to watch the movie / documentary about the collapse of Hollywood. Hopefully it gets a major theatrical release!
Interesting too to think... where will AI be in 10 years? Will the average consumer have access to tools so powerful that would produce results that would previously require crews of effects and production specialists? Will they be able to write, produce, "direct", and release blockbuster quality films simply with point-and-click software? I truly believe so! I believe that Hollywood will become more and more AI driven and that eventually it will become AI replaced and irrelevant!
In the coming years actors will get paid to use their likeness in film, without actually doing anything. Eventually we will see AI actors who were never real to begin with... pure CGI but so real you can't tell the difference. Many will become "celebrities".
Hollywood itself will be fine. The big guys always have the money and/or know where to get it. It's the actors/camera men/behind the scenes people that get fucked, so really nothing changed at all.
I find your terms acceptable.
Furthermore, anything that gives the tribe members fits over losing their cash cow and propaganda machine is just fine with me.
While they get jittery and start telling you about all this "great" entertainment you will be missing, and "our way of life is at stake!" remind them that, yes, Hollywood has many problems right now, however TSOF did not have those problems.
You kinda have to think if this did happen places like california would get even more destroyed. Like they were already operating at a massive net loss, but with hollywood gone they'd lose much of the income they did make.
I just hope gaming is next. I miss how it used to be, when you could play a game for an hour, have a good time, and then leave without having to do a bunch of daily crap just to keep up.
Most Hollywood films are big-budget and toxic crap anyway.
We would do well to get used to films from other sources.
Absolutely π―...I don't/can't watch movies anymore...short interesting clips and documentaries only...π

Castle ? I will have to look for it.

Anything made before 2000 is much better than the recent crap.

Hollywood is a literal cartel.

I say, Praise the LORD! Goodbye and good riddance degenerates!
Would not morne them at all. Let that door hit them on the ass on the way out

Hollywood betrayed every last bit of respect, I had for it. Could not care less .
Miss you already.... not
Iβm content rewatching the same favorites from the previous century

I canβt imagine a world in which I would care.
If somehow through God's Grace John Wayne and Maureen O'Hara would still be alive today, I'd be sad for them, but yeah, nowadays, whatever.

Interesting times ahead!
Bruce Willis sold the rights to his digital image and name not long ago. He will live forever, in a computer.
Good...Good! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LAf0QnLFS7Q
Holywood is going to use this as an excuse for the failure of their movies for the next few years.
Oh no!
...
Anyway....
Where do we donate to speed up the collapse?
Hollywood itself will be fine. The big guys always have the money and/or know where to get it. It's the actors/camera men/behind the scenes people that get fucked, so really nothing changed at all.
I'm OK with that...
Last one out of Hollywood please turn off the lights.
Let's hope so.
I find your terms acceptable. Furthermore, anything that gives the tribe members fits over losing their cash cow and propaganda machine is just fine with me.
Sounds like a good thing to me, we can (and already do) make film and TV shows elsewhere
Most film/TV people in Hollywood come from other parts of the world anyway and are forced to move there for work.
Shut it down!
While they get jittery and start telling you about all this "great" entertainment you will be missing, and "our way of life is at stake!" remind them that, yes, Hollywood has many problems right now, however TSOF did not have those problems.
I find it hard to believe that the Deep State's Ministry of Propaganda doesn't have a backup plan to deal with the situation.

This is the best covfefe meme! Kek!
Too Bad, So Sad, Me Happy, Not Mad!
I think it's our strike against them that's destroying them.
They are trying to break up with us after we broke up with them.
They're on strike?
No industry more deserving than these self serving demons
Oh no, who's going to rewrite a classic so a diversity hire can play the same role as a White person but much worse?
and they finally started making decent star trek again π
Where are all the Hollywood types putting out one of their videos on how horrible child trafficking is?
You hear crickets.
What can I do to help speed things along?
