1 Kings 18:41 And Elijah said to Ahab, “Go up, eat and drink, for there is a sound of the rushing of rain.”

Chapter 18 is a good read.

So...for those NOT familiar with Burning Man and it's affiliated regional burns like Transforms, Apogaea, etc, there are usually two, sometimes three burns held over th course of the weekend festivities.

The first burn is usually the Temple Burn. There can be multiple temples burned on successive nights. The last burn of the weekend is ALWAYS "The Man."

As I'm sure you've already imagined, they're symbolic of deep occult significance. Everyone gathers around these structures and watches performances by various groups, usually involving fire poi, fire staffs, etc. Fireworks are then launched, and last is the Burn itself. Everyone watches these structures burn down, then gathers in a circle and dances around the structure in a circular pattern.

After that, the debauchery really begins.

Yes, I've been to a few regional burns myself. And I can say with 100% certainty, the debauchery runs deep. Definitely NOT a place to take children, however, children can be seen at most, if not all of these events. There are family oriented regional burns where full on nudity and debasement/debauchery is not allowed, but these burns are rare and only happen in areas where public nudity is illegal. States like Tennessee.

I started going to them before I figured out the true significance and meaning behind the celebrations. So don't hold it against me.

Most of these are actually held by good natured humans, unaware of the deeper, darker occult significance behind Burning Man's creation. And most people that attend these events are just looking for a deeper spiritual connection to their fellow humans. It's a place designed to make everyone feel at home, regardless of religion, gender, ethnicity, or any other grouping. HOWEVER, drug/alcohol abuse runs rampant, among other things, notably sex themed camps. Those camps don't show up to th regional burns where public nudity isn't allowed.

This year's Burning Man has 3 burn events.

I'll leave it up to you to discern their meanings. Suffice it to say, one at l ast will jump off the he page at you. Just do a typical interwebs search and you'll be able to dig deeper. The link I've provided is just to get you started and familiar with the main event.

Zozobra - the original "Burning Man", put on by the Santa Fe Kiwanis club, has 60-years on the other burning man. They promote it as a "Family Friendly" event. It's held in the middle of town so probably not too much debauchery going on out in the open but I'm sure there's a whole bunch going on at the after parties. I've never been there myself but have a couple friends that went - both said it was kind of creepy - I was not awakened then so i just figured it was creepy because EVERYTHING about Santa Fe is kind of creepy, IMO. Zorro Ranch is only about 30 miles from there, BTW.

Didn't know the story about Burning Man, but always felt it was evil and I wanted no part of it. There is only one and only one GOD, and he is always with me.

Thanks for the links, but I don't need to look any further.

OMG, I had no idea what it was about, never heard of it until several years ago and thought it was just a music event like Woodstock.

Thank goodness you figured it out! Thanks for explaining!

I know. I guess it is strange given the way God provided his judgement and it came after a sacrifice to Ukraine.

They had a "Chapel of Babel" at Burning Man this year. God's reaction, " I hate this." Everybody should be lucky that lightening didn't strike and a fire killed everybody.

I thought it got it's idea from the Druids and the wicker man sacrifices for midsummer or whenever.

▲ 2 ▼
– gwgh83 2 points 2 years ago +2 / -0

This was my thought. From my research, the druids constructed a wicker man and filled it with sacrifices of slaves/criminals. The sacrifice was devoted to some deity, and the druids would try to tell the future from how the sacrifices thrashed about as they died.

Yeah.. Burning Man is "counterculture"

Based on the name alone nobody would think it's a wholesome Christian festival. Unless a celebration of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego.

Black Rock City flooded out. https://media.greatawakening.win/post/jiN0kVzO7bfW.jpeg Burning Man floods sounds like comms.

Agreed. I think the message is that God will not tolerate the celebration of evil. In this case, it is in regards to Ukraine and all the child sex trafficking that is going on over there.

Then there is the situation with Oprah and the missing kids in Maui. Finally I read recently that Chirs Rock recently escaped Burning Man on the back of a truck. It is quite possible that Burning Man is more than just a festival, it is gathering of Hollywood elites for the purposes of having sex with kids.

Moloch worship for the useful idiot crowd.

I'd say 99.5% of participants have absolutely no idea what it's all about.

A great excuse for people to get drunk, whore around, display your vane permutations and burn people in effigy.

Bohemian Grove franchise for morons.

I wonder how much & what kind of recruiting is done at these events...

The weather had already been bad, well before they started, and it's not hard to find years where it's been even worse. I see no divine judgment, there. The whole thing is just ironic, now, as the festival attracts mostly people that love, suck at the teets of, or gladly lick the boots of, "the man," that they symbolically burn, every year.

I always thought that Burning Man was a poor man’s Bohemian Grove. That is a get together for the who’s who, millionaires, billionaires and one world types. You and I are not allowed. The grove features the following gathering places: Grove Stage – an amphitheater with seating for 2,000, used primarily for the Grove Play production, on the last weekend of the midsummer encampment. The stage extends up the hillside. Field Circle – a bowl-shaped amphitheater used for the mid-encampment "Low Jinks" musical comedy, for "Spring Jinks" in early June and for a variety of other performances. Campfire Circle – has a campfire pit in the center of the circle, surrounded by carved redwood log benches. Used for smaller performances in a more intimate setting. Museum Stage – a semi-outdoor venue with a covered stage. Lectures and small ensemble performances. Dining Circle – seating approximately 1,500 diners simultaneously. Clubhouse – designed by Bernard Maybeck in 1903, completed in 1904 on a bluff overlooking the Russian River;[19] a multi-purpose dining, drinking and entertainment building; the site of the Manhattan Project planning meeting held in 1942. The Owl Shrine and the Lake – an artificial lake in the interior of the grove, used for the noon-time concerts and also the venue of the Cremation of Care, which takes place on the first Saturday of the encampment. It is also the location of the 12:30 p.m. daily "Lakeside Talks." These significant informal talks (many on public policy issues) have been given over the years by entertainers, professors, astronauts, business leaders, cabinet officers, Central Intelligence Agency directors, future presidents and former presidents. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N5vMtLOUvpY https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bohemian_Grove https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aJYF6_x18ag

I had a fleeting thought that maybe B_ill G_ates-of-Hell would release some Malaria-injected mosquitos over the crowd on the first day, or, have drones drop some sort of aerosolized spores on them to jumpstart the 'new COVID variant scare' and as most are narcissists and feel they are 'influencers' and do constant daily selfies to promote themselves, he'd have a captive audience to spread the COVID fear porn propaganda to millions within hours.

Alas, all they got was muddy feet, a new case of chlamydia and stuck tires.
