Here's the published protocol for getting better:
• Nattokinase: 2000 fibrin units (100 milligrams) orally twice a day without food
• Bromelain: 500 milligrams orally once a day without food
• Curcumin: 500 milligrams orally twice a day (nano, liposomal, or with piperine additive suggested)

Curcumin has a lot of benefits in general, I take it as an anti-inflammatory and it shows promise in preventing cancer. You want one with black pepper extract (also called bioperine) as it increases the absorption rate 2000% when taken together.

I just had lumbar fusion and discectomy and was asked about consent for a transfusion - I said no - blood has been shown in studies I read to have 10% with significant spike proteins in the blood. I have autoimmune and that would impact the vasculitis and arteritis I have due to the auto immune diseases I have. Maybe now they will push to keep the blood pool separated for those of us who medically can't take spike proteins.

I have done the same. I prefer to keep it as God created it for me. I suspect with what is going on those lil red pills sprouted into a tree.
I’m having a cage fusion in two weeks. I’m hoping I won’t need a transfusion. Already mentioned to the doctor I wasn’t vaxxed and didn’t really want tainted blood. But I don’t have other problems so I agreed.
I am currently on iron tabs to build up my blood. In meantime I’m praying I don’t need a transfusion. But saving all the info on detox just in case.

I'd suggest taking it beforehand if you think there is a possibility of needing one. But that's me being paranoid. I'll pray for your recovery. It's no where as painful as the fusion I had in 89, if that helps.
I fractured my L4 vertebrae in May. It has since been collapsing. It is now 90% collapsed and pushing into my spinal cord ( my spinal cord is literally bowed out).
So mine involves two surgeries. First surgery on front to extract bone marrow from my hip that will be used in the cage. The second day is the main event: a corpectomy of L4 and a cage will be placed where L4 was removed. Special mesh will be added with bone growth medium. I may need an XLIF to L2 and will also have kyphoplasty (cement) as I have osteopenia which is probably why my vertebrae collapsed in the first place. So doctor is trying to prevent it from happening again. All those screws and hardware could make the adjacent vertebrae weaken.
Mine was pressing against my spinal cord also - but from slipping due to prior surgeries. Surgeon was taking it out completely but I apparently lucked out and after shaving it down, it slid right in place so I didn't need it removed. I have a prior fusion at L5-S1 and now L4 fused and L4-L5 fused. Isnt growing older so much fun? Lol Fair warning - bone off the hip hurts like a bitch. I had that the first go round.

You'll want some glycine with that NAC, you body uses them both to make the antioxidant glutathione. Magnesium Glycinate is a good source as is the most bioavailable form and you likely could use the extra magnesium anyway.
Glycine is like automatic dream town for me. I take one dose and I have vivid memorable dreams for days afterwards even if I stop. It’s been the case 100% of the times I’ve taken it. No nightmares no bad dreams just some wild otherworldly dreams that become super vivid. I’d recommend taking glycine just for that if you enjoy dreaming and have a hard time doing it.
Do you remember which brand you took that gave you the dreaming? I used to have vivid dreams and now I don't remember them, if I do.

The journal is the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, "A Voice for Private Physicians Since 1943." It doesn't sound like it gets funding from pharmaceutical companies.
Surprised if it doesn't still have Cabal hooks in it somehow.
They do seem to be everywhere and in everything.
In addition to those three supplements, I'd take (Hell, I DO take, despite not ever having COVID or being jabbed) a large number of OTHER supplements -- mostly based on natural plant or animal extracts -- that are known and validated (via clinical trials and other data) to improve health and in many cases to extend average lifespan in animals and in some cases (as expected, given the animal data) to extend HUMAN average lifespan as well.
NONE of these have ANY long-term validation for their effects in the jabbed or in those who have had serious episodes of COVID. How could they? There hasn't BEEN a long-term since this all started, and I don't know if any long-term trials on that cohort are even in the planning stages.
But the health-promoting benefits of supplements have been well-known and well-supported for decades. For instance, research scientists Durk Pearson and Sandy Shaw published Life Extension: A Practical Scientific Approach in 1983, which became a best-seller. 858 pages.
Even well before that, Nobel-Prize winner Linus Pauling and many other doctors and scientists had published studies and other data showing remarkable benefits of supplemental vitamins and other substances (amino acids, herbs, antioxidants, etc). Obvious yet important caveat: everything, no exceptions, has its dangers -- including vitamins, herbs, etc. So does too much WATER for that matter; you can actually kill yourself by drinking too much H2O in a short period of time. Supplements are FAR safer than artificial drugs in nearly all cases, but -- don't be stupid.
I don't have 858 pages here, so I'll not start listing and describing particular supplements, but I encourage anyone concerned about their health to start researching the subject. IMO, taking just three supplements (as in McCullough's protocol) is weak sauce for dealing with the onslaught of poisons, pollution, GMOs, and other mostly-unavoidable assaults on our health, not to mention the spike protein and whatever else the Death Cult is attacking us with.

I've posted links to that journal a few times over the years and people immediately shoot it down as bogus. A lot of their work is a bit suspect.

And eat the core of the pineapple too. I make 100% fruit smoothies and I always include whatever core/seeds are inside said fruit. Obviously not a pit of a peach or mango but appleseeds and the tougher pineapple core grind up great in my Ninja!

Nothing like fresh from the tree or garden. Even the squirrels are smart they climb to the top of my apple tree where the better apples are. They ignore the bottom ones that would be easier to pick and leave.

Agreed. I was taking daily NAC 600mg for months straight. A couple weeks ago I decided to start intermittent fasting and stopped all supplements, and almost immediately felt better. Too many supplements can be detrimental.

No, no. You have it backwards! Bromelain (especially if taken by eating fresh pineapple) actually reduces blood pressure, relaxing the walls of the arteries.

The pure juice is actually being recommended as a colon prep liquid before having a colonoscopy, as it works as well as the previous gut cleanser most docs give you, but tastes much better!
How does the Bromelain in pineapple work?
It acts as a solvent in the digestive tract, assisting the body in breaking down undigested food, allowing for quicker and greater absorption. It also softens and flushes out old and dried debris and feces.
After a consistent regimen of eating fresh pineapple, or drinking fresh pineapple juice and or taking bromelain supplements, (I prefer the fresh fruit) you should find yourself with a better performing gut and a cleaner gut, allowing for greater absorption of food nutrients, medications and even alcohol (be aware!).

Do my own research? You mean dig up source links that OP was too lazy to include? Are you saying we shouldn't expect a post about a journal-published article to actually include a link to the journal and the article? I think it's at pretty fucking reasonable to expect posts here to include sources, not just images or links to some random tweets that also doesn't include sources.
The other problem is that this source would not be convincing for anyone who isn't already a fan of AAPS. Their journal has been rejected for indexing and republication by every other major medical journal in the world. The Wikipedia article on them and the journal is scathing, calling them a purveyor of misinformation and bad medical science with numerous examples. It's nearly impossible to find non-AAPS sources that will corroborate anything they publish.
In order to bring this information to normies it would need to be published and accepted by at least one of the mainstream medical journals, and peer reviewed by physicians not associated with AAPS. And to be honest, we need to be skeptical of both sides and integrate information from all sources. AAPS being our single source of information throws every one of these claims into doubt.
In this particular case, it would be trivial to bring up dozens of papers showing that the spike protein breaks down and dissipates very quickly after vaccination. The papers cited here as evidence of ongoing spike proteins are all within hours or a few days after the initial vaccination shot, during which time you would expect to see spike proteins in the body because that's what the vaccine does. I want to see papers showing long-term spike protein contamination of the human body.
I'm not trying to throw a doubt your way just to be a jerk, but we need to do better bringing information to the masses.
I guess you didn't see the name of the publication in the video like I did. That's how I found the article by watching the video and typing in the title exactly as shown in the video in my search engine. Then the publication was easily found.
Additionally, I must spend more time researching, than you, because I have not seen anyone prove or state definitively that the spike protein are dissipated days or hours later. Where are you reading this?
I have read exactly the reverse of that. That is, that the vaxxed person is now stuck with a spike protein factory that continuously produces more spike proteins unless you take measures to stop it - or it kills you after taking over your body like a fungus.
Numerous doctors who have performed autopsies of these young people who 'died suddenly' find that the spike protein has invaded all of the organs. The nano lipid sheath that the mRNA was enclosed in allows the poison to slip through all of the body's natural barricades including the blood brain barrier, which is outrageous!
These docs are showing photos of microscopic slides of tissues taken from various organs in the body of these young victims. The tissues look like they are covered in polka dots, like a bad case of the measles, but those 'dots' are living spike proteins taking over the area. There are so many, in every tissue in every area of the body that it confirms that the spike proteins are replicating and spreading throughout the body.
He even found that a young mans testicles were devoid of sperm, but full of the spike proteins, which he'd never seen before. This 28-year old died 140 days after injection.
