It is long past time for the federal government to step up and perform its duties to protect citizens of the disenfranchised states where the people's VOTES do NOT COUNT. But even if you accept the official voting records as accurate there's still over 10 million conservative voters in that state. Wasn't that long ago that the state voted in favor of denying public benefits to illegals and outlawing gay marriage. I don't think people are down on the folks that don't live in the cities which control all of the votes in your state.

There are a few nuts outside of the major metropolitan areas, but 99% of them are city dwellers. The whole concept of this liberalism and progressivism is founded on the fact that these people are completely dependent on someone else to do everything for them. Rural folks are used to taking care of most of their own needs. There are only a few things that they get together and share skills or trade favors to get things done that they can't do themselves or on their own, that is the nature of community. Not the sad crap that happens in cities where you live next to someone for years and don't even know their name.
How much better would the country be if all you guys become part of idaho. You'd have a super state and not be under the control of idiots like Newsome.
When this over, The West is going to be renewed. It will become highly desirable again. The people will be renewed, the governments will be made right, and the beautiful weather and environments will be flocked to again.
