So Trump is suing the county officials for vote rigging. And this ruling means the trials will not be heard by any judges in that county, but will have to be held under a judge in a different county.
I think Trump filed civil suits against Fani and the judge who allowed the charges, claiming they didn't have the right to do so. This judge said no Fulton County judges could hear those suits and must recuse.
Seems like it was filed in a state court, so federal courts wouldn't be involved. (But the guy doesn't specifically say that in so many words, just that the cases this ruling applies to were filed in response to state-brought cases in state court.)
Almost as of its on purpose,so that when you type keywords into search engines like Trump and Court all your inundated with is Cases against him not for him. Then you also get all the media noise.
Thursday, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Ural Glanville ruled that all active judges of the Fulton County Superior Court bench should be recused from the civil lawsuit Trump's lawyers filed District Attorney Fani Willis and Judge Robert McBurney.
The case will now be heard by a judge in Georgia's Seventh Judicial Administrative District, which covers an area including Bartow, Gordon, Cobb, Murray, Whitfield, Douglas, Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, Walker, Paulding, Floyd, Haralson, and Polk counties. The district's administrative judge is D. Scott Smith of the Cherokee Judicial Circuit. While one of the district's judges may hear the case, they could have the hearing at the Fulton County Superior Court.
Thanks fren. Lots of news lately that's being pushed as new or at least no date provided. I was thinking I had heard this before. Nothing against reposts, but wish people would include a date in their title or post. (edit: not just here, Twitter, etc also.)
No from the clip it says The superior court judge ordered that no Fulton county judges will ALLOWED to oversee Trumps case against big Fanny Willis.
I assume because they're all corrupt, and hopefully a decent judge will be brought in.
It was hard to sum up the video in the thread title, lol. Just watch it for the explanation.
Might also explain why Fani Willis is now saying the case is delayed and would only be heard in 2025 (after the election).
Will she be able to watch it live on TV from GITMO?
I've heard that they recently put in cable.
And a wheelchair ramp.
I’m the fren you’re asking for 🐸
Exactly, it won't be a question about cameras in the courtooms any longer but TV screens in GITMO jail cells.

Fani and Letitia will face military tribunals 👏🏼
Ultimately, it should be a firing squad.
💯
This is yuge.
What does it mean?
Those judges can't rule on or preside over the case if I'm not mistaken.

No standing!!
It’s more likely a conflict of interest.
It means NCSWIC
This sounds big but alas, I’m not getting it.
Means that the trials will take place in a county that's not the county being accused of election rigging. Which is actually a very logical thing.
Or bumped up to SCOTUS? Justice Clarence Thomas presides over GA in 11th circuit.
Seems like it was filed in a state court, so federal courts wouldn't be involved. (But the guy doesn't specifically say that in so many words, just that the cases this ruling applies to were filed in response to state-brought cases in state court.)
So logical I never dreamed it would happen in clown world!
IS there a county without election rigging? Asking for a fren.
Good question! But we'll pretend for a while longer. And maybe the judges elected under one rigger can be objective about a different rigger.
There's a boatload of cases going on fren, I don't blame you. I don't have them all straight either.
On the surface I suppose it's to his benefit, but only if the judges he gets elsewhere are more even-handed.
Almost as of its on purpose,so that when you type keywords into search engines like Trump and Court all your inundated with is Cases against him not for him. Then you also get all the media noise.
FYI.... This is really old news. Check link below for the decision that came out in July. This has been spoken about before.

Thanks for the info. I hate when people pass things off as new that are actually old news.
Does this mean they can't show the proof of the Fulton county ballot fuckery til 2025? That's kind of a shame.

Love Jay Sekolow!
The legalese game just got really interesting.
Well there goes the: " If not me than who?" Argument.
This is like switching out the corrupted jury in the Al Capone trial.
This is a superior court agreeing with you. I, for one, am amazed.
