It seems to me like Paneras charged lemonade is like a Bogeyman.
I mean, with more than half the country having taken the bioweapon, how do we know that isn’t what killed them , Vs some caffeinated lemonade they drank?
When you get to zero thiamin and no carotenoid elimination (due to things like RoundUp) with a high carotenoid diet, and God knows what else is going on, we start looking for ways to scrape ourselves off the floor.
Beef liver capsules are probably helping with some B vitamins but will actually supercharge the carotenoids and spend down your B vitamins dealing with that mess. It will feel reasonably good because it feels horrible when excess carotenoids get detoxed but it’s not healthy.
It’s definitely much, much healthier than beef liver. Like, I am working on packaging the sauce that indicates that the liver is actually harmful. From what I have learned about this the last few weeks (I was eating a very heavy carotenoid diet before then) my guess would be that you’ll add years to your life by switching to yeast rather than liver. Really crazy stuff that is extremely deeply embedded in the whole nutrition nomenclature etc. despite classic and reproducible research pointing the other direction.
Im not sure most ppl actually read the label so to speak. If they do and still feel they need tjat much caffine then its an addiction. The bigger question is why does panera bread feel they need to throw that much caffine into a drink?
A coworker was found between the building wall and an overhead crane support beam having a seizure. Paramedics found that he had drank 3 monsters while on ptsd meds.
