Well yeah. Anyone paying attention knows there was just as good a chance he was removed as he was suicided. Too many good guys wanted him alive, while the bad guys wanted him dead.

I believe the video is AI, hair and eye movements aren't quite right. That said, Q showed us Epstein was alive by showing the body being carried on a stretcher with the face uncovered, which deliberately showed us the face and nose was not that of Epstein.

I believe she's referring to old video of Epstein incriminating his associates, either in recorded depositions or videos seized from the island by the FBI. Remember, they seized a boatload of video media from that place.
