Fortunately they were able to do the surgery and sew a patch on the weak area. It was a congenital defect. He never smoked or drank but he was overweight and had high blood pressure. Although my first question is "was he/she vaxxed", not all problems are caused by the toxic shot.

You have a couple hours to get to the ER, and if treated you may fully recover.
Beyond a few hours, part of the brain dies; and the damage is permanent. It’s serious, deadly serious.
