Whenever it happens now, it starts...one trail, then another, then another, criss-crossing the sky. Then all the trails spread out in a layer until my beautiful blue sky is a hazy overcast. When I have eyes-on contact, I do some planefagging to ID the culprit. Here in the Pacific NW, alot of them are Canadian. Apart from wearing a moon suit, I know of no way to escape whatever they're cropdusting us with. It has to be stopped.

My understanding from what others have said is that weather manipulation is tied to DARPA. If I understood that correctly, then Q didn't point for us to follow DARPA in that way, but rather the DARPA LifeLog/Facebook connection.
