Additionally, every authored bill should have an affidavit signed by the sponsoring Representatives/Senators that attest that "The undersigned do declare that they believe that every dollar of taxpayer funding for the referenced legislation is better spent in the implementation of the attached legislation than if those same tax Dollars were to be retained by the hardworking Americans who earned it. "
Since men cannot have children, there needs to be language in this bill concerning when Lindsey Graham wants YOUR children to HIT IRAN HARD, RIGHT NOW, he has to participate in the strike on his own, being that he has no children to send.
I had a similar idea, but for debt reduction. I propose 5% of all national debt reduction that occurs gets paid in cash, split evenly among the first 218 House members and 51 Senators (or 50 Senators and the VP) who vote for the bill that pays down the debt. And the same for the President if they sign said bill.
If our officials are for sale, lets bribe them with the biggest pile of money there is to do the right thing. $100 billion in debt reduction gets everyone paid around $18 million.
Also, all pay and benefits for congress and the senate should be suspended during time of war.
Also, they must be shot from a cannon before any live rounds can be spent.
... and they must be 45 days sober from adrenochrome.
