I've posted before regarding my 92 y/o dad. My dad gets gout and suffers with it and it pains me to watch him deal with it. He started working when he was 13, was a lifer in the AF, worked when he got out, never stopped, even when he retired he always had a project. I go to his house early every morning, around 7 am. He said he could feel his gout coming on, as time progresses gout just gets worse. I have a stash of ivermectin at his house in case the need arises. I decided why not give him one, it can't hurt. Well hell, by the next morning the gout was gone. He said that has never happened...he was smiling. He has to deal with this every couple months so I'm going to stay on top of this and hope this is the answer.

Another "Winny" for Ivermectin.
Nice read. Thanks for sharing.
Who was the first to talk about Ivermectin? Was it Trump?
Trump talked about Hydroxychloroquine for covid and HCQ was also hinted in Q drops, but can anyone trace the source of Ivermectin being used as a miracle cure?
It could have been Japan. They released the first study on Ivermectin & Covid 19 IIRC, though I could be wrong on that.
Could've been India also - don't remember which was first. India gave it to an entire state - Uttar Pradesh.
Miracle cure came from the prize, medical journals, etc.
Thats really interesting. I myself have suffered from gout for years but when I cut down on carbs/sugars, started IF and more importantly take a glass of water with lime squeezed and a pinch of baking soda reguarly, gout disappeared.
I would love to hear how it goes with your dad. Please keep us posted.
Exactly, and NO booze or shellfish
Yeah, booze is like sugar on steroids. First thing to cut off if you want to become healthy.
I am not particularly fond of shellfish, but never heard their connection to this. How exactly do they cause problem?
I believe Seafoods have purines which turn into uric acid which crystallize in the joints causing the pain
Black cherry extract works for me..
Yes...a work friend would have horrible episodes with gout and he drank beer and ate seafood
Can you define a pinch (baking soda)?
So, start with very little as in, take an actual "pinch" measuring spoon but fill it less than a quarter. After a few days, make it half and then a few more days later you can mmake it a full "pinch" (dont heap it).
My pinch measure says 0.6 ml, so it would be around 1/8 tsp if you dont have a pinch measure.
My pinch measuring spoon is about 1/8 tsp.
Granted a US tsp is about 5ml, so maybe the pinch is closer to about 1/10 of a tsp.
A level pinch (on my measuring spoon leveled) is 0.5g of baking soda.
Pinching into my scale, it took 3 pinches (only thumb & index finger tips) to get 0.5g of baking soda.
Hope this helps u/MudPuddlePie
T/u vymch!
Just doing what frens do & you are welcome :D
T/u! Never heard of a pinch measure.
If you have a living grandmother ask her. Grandmothers know all that stuff - a pinch, a dash - whatever.
Lol…yes.
So I had a cold sore the other day, which is a virus, correct me if I'm wrong. Looking at my stash of ivermectin paste I was it can't hurt. Rubbed some of it on the cold sore and I kid you not it was gone and.damn near healed.in 24 hours. Ivermectin is antiparacitic , but apparently it knocks a virus out like nothing else. BTW, covids apparently a virus too .
Cold sores are caused by herpes virus, the same virus that causes genital herpes.
And yes, COVID is a virus.
And parasites are called obligate viruses.
Have you typed virus and seen what emoji the iPhone selects?
Interesting:
https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/medicine-and-dentistry/obligate-parasite#:~:text=Viruses%20are%20obligate%20parasites%20in,and%20propagate%20such%20host%20cells.
I will need to read this whole page, though that abstract was interesting.
Basically is saying Viruses dont exist. The whole idea of virology is a sham,
This is the reaosn why covid was a lie. How can you create a vaccine for a virus that was never isolated.
They poisoned everyone with the vaccines. That's the truth
Just did. Interesting. 🦠
They always have to tell us in symbols.
Nice switcheroo. Parasites are not called obligate viruses...viruses are called obligate parasites. Those two statements are not even remotely the same thing.
And I'll definitely check out the emoji that was chosen by your iThing. I'm sure that will be more than enough hard evidence to override 30+ years of hands-on experience working in virology labs researching treatments for actual viruses such as herpes and COVID.
DMSO will fix a cold sore very quickly too and particularly if you mix in some MMS with it.
MMS kicks my gout out with 2drops A&B solution. Take before bed and wake up nearly gone (90%) and 2 more drops in morning and by afternoon all the inflammation and pain is gone.
Trying to help a friend with gout and this is great info, thanks all. What is MMS?
While researching DMSO I read of people getting rid of genital herpes permanently using oil of oregano and DMSO along the spinal column. Apparently the virus lays dormant in the spinal fluid.
Lysine tablets also work wonders when you first get the tingle of an emerging cold sore. Take them for 2-3 days and your cold sore wont appear.
More great news!
I know 6 men with gout. All of them are/were taking statin drugs, Lipitor or Crestor. None of them drink alcohol or have rich diets. A couple of them stopped taking it and gout went away.
Nobody should EVER take a statin drug. Statins will eventually destroy your liver. It's not a question of if, but when. That's why they require constant blood tests when you take statins, they're looking for signs of the liver damage they 100% know is coming. When they start to see signs of liver damage, they'll switch you to a different statin until that damages your liver too. All to lower your cholesterol, which doesn't cause heart disease like they lie and tell us it does.
Yea the doctor, years ago tried to get me to start taking Statin drugs for cholesterol. I told him that I am engineered for high cholesterol as my entire family has it. My moms level was off the charts and she lived till 93.
I have told other doctors this same line, and most of them agree with me, that some people are wired to have higher cholesterol than other.
Same here.
A statin basically stops or slows your liver functions all in the name of decreasing something your body naturally produces...and needs! No thank you.
I've been told by two different doctors that they are required to ask if you will take a statin when you come in for an appointment.
The people the control the government, finance, big pharma, and the food industry are all the same evil group.
There is a trinity of conditions they diagnose everyone with at a certain age..."borderline hypertension", pre-diabetes, and high cholesterol. It's practically a script they follow from their overlords to get people on these drugs and damage their bodies to...wait for it..require even more drugs to manage.
Yes, and the foods they push on the people is designed to get you to that point.
The food, drug, and medical industries are partners in fleecing the people out of every penny before they die, and if that doesn't work then the inheritance taxes get what is left. They can't have the people boosting up the next generations.
Not to mention the loss of mental faculties.
And a destroyed liver can’t clear parasites and candida.
Nattokinase and red yeast rice, cleans out the pipes like Drain’o. For the liver take dandelion root extract to keep it in tip top shape, clears fatty liver too.
Just as an aside, statins also causes ED, so for men that is another big reason to avoid it.
Wow, that is awesome. I haven’t seen anyone mention it being effective for gout so please keep us posted. Hopefully you have discovered a new cure. Tell your Dad we appreciate his service to our Country. I sure hope he is somewhat distant to what is going on with us right now. It’s gut wrenching for those that served for so long and so many years ago.
My dad has said numerous times if TX asks for volunteers he's there. We have thick conversations regarding current events, it's fun.
Your Dad is one heck of a man…God bless him.
Well they ought to put us old guys up on the line, we don't have a ton more years to live anyway, and if nothing else we can take a bullet in front of the young men. And we know how to pull a trigger too.
Don’t have to worry about retreating, I can’t run for shit anymore.
Same here lol, but my trigger finger still works quite well.
A better end than sitting in our own filth in a nursing home.
Henry the VIII suffered from Gout. He is in good company. How about a movie where they go back in time and give old Henry some Ivermectin. This could change History for the better.
So did Ben Franklin. He wrote a short story called "Dialogue Between Franklin and the Gout" that is quite amusing. He talks to his gout and is chided for his lack of exercise, and other bad habits.
Especially for old Henry's wives...
They portray these guys eating Turkey legs and other meats and claim that caused the gout.
Sheesh. We’ve been duped!
Here is a link that me be of help.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6914931/
This is. I’ve also heard of the DMSO roll on that might help for that as well.
Check this post. I made yesterday if you want more info.

Wow what a wonder drug! Tart cherry juice for gout.
Sleep aid as well
Great post. Great information.
I'm not surprised, and glad it's working for your Dad.
I developed Osgood-Schlatter, in the form of a splintered tibea, when I was in 7th grade. Then, a year later my best friend was goofing around, tripped me, and I fell striking the lower mantle of their fireplace, chipping 3 pieces of bone off that area of the tibea. Later in high school (Sr), I had to have surgery to remove the bone fragments and plane down the tibea (looked like I had 2 kneecaps). I've struggled with intense knee pain every day since 7th grade, almost 48 years. 18 yrs ago, after eating copious amounts of shellfish for months on end (business dinners), I developed Gout, compounding my intense knee pain. I curtailed my diet to avoid flare-ups instead of going on meds. I began my Ivermectin regimen in 2020, and my knee pain has steadilly decreased. Today, I rarely have any knee pain, no aches, and I can easily kneel on it, without any ill effect.
I'd say it helped. Without a doubt!!!
May I ask, what is your regimen? I too have knee pain. Hadn’t thought of taking ivermectin for it but I have a bunch. Worth a try!
When I first started in 2020, I was taking a dose every few weeks, while everyone was Coviding around (had the Flu). After 4 months, I started taking a dose every 3 months in the warmer months and every 2 months in the Winter months. That's where I'm at now. Have never had a single ill effect. In fact, I get a boost of evergy and clearer thinking a couple days after taking a dose.
I haven't been sick at all, since Dec 2019.
Ive heard this
Thanks for the info, fren! While we are talking about ivermectin, I am wondering... I noticed, that besides horse paste they also sell stuff for cows. I guess they give it to cows topically so it's a higher dosage & if you figure out the ratio of actual ivermectin it's a LOT cheaper that way. Does anyone know if it's just as good & just as safe?
The cow liquid is actually lower concentration at 0.5-1% vs 1.87% for horse paste. It's cheaper because you're buying dozens of doses at once.
This guy says he drinks it https://patriots.win/p/16ZqKsW2iX/ivermectin-kills-microscopic-par/c/4ToiWTjuTLv
and he's still alive. https://patriots.win/p/17r9Rj8cNU/places-to-buy-ivermectin--hcq-an/c/4TxilUmJyvB
I decided it was safe to apply topically, but I don't drink it. Is it effective? I don't know. When I had c19 I took so much horse paste and I'm not sure it did anything.
I got gout in my knee now for a week, I think taking oral DMSO will help too, but my wife told be if I keep taking it, I will have to move out to shed, because it smells up the house, according to her.
I might try some horse paste and see how it works.
Let us know how that goes. And how much you took, for how long. Spouse has gout.
Por favor.
Love ivermectin
I love my horse paste too!
That’s impressive! Truly a miracle drug.
Wonderful news, I'm so glad for you and your father.
Awesome news! Makes you wonder how many health issues that ivermectin helps, that big pharma has suppressed.
Was this taken in pill form or paste used topically?
pill form
You are a good son. Glad your dad got better quickly.
Allopurenol is an effective preventative.
When i get a flare up my entire ankle swells up and is the most painful thing. Can't walk on it or put pressure. The only thing that relieves it instantly ive found is prednisone.
That's great! congrats- more success. I will mention that to my brother.
Diet and colchicine.
No beef, no alcohol, no shellfish, no organ meats and nothing that contains high fructose corn syrup (almost all non-diet soft drinks). Some seafoods are OK, but not tuna. Some medications can trigger a gout flare.
Lots of chicken and veggies and some pork. The jury is still out on turkey.
Colchicine has been used for centuries and was pennies per dose until some big pharma did a clinical study and patented their preparation and dosage; now the cost has risen a hundredfold. It’s still effective though.
Sauce: I suffer from gout and this is how I control it in my life.
Excellent to know yet another possible benefit of ivermectin!
FYI...personal experience treating gout - Tart cherry juice and Citric Acid Flush tablets in your local natural foods store or in some grocery stores & pharmacies. We eat lots of shrimp, brats, bacon, lunch meats (all nitrate free) and it can bring gout on when you’ve overindulged. These two items can be incorporated into your diet when you do over do it, as a prophylactic, or at that first twinge of the toe. Works fanstatic every time.
How much? One dose or more? Horse paste or pills, dosage?
When I take it for inflammation, I only need to take it once a month and my ganglion cysts don’t form. Dosage can be any amount, like a single notch
T/u!
I gave him 12 mg in pill form the morning he said it was flaring up an another the next morning. I'm hoping this will be the magic pill for him.
T/u!
Thank you for sharing JustMe... please give your Dad a hug and a salute from us! 😘🫡
My dad also has gout pop up from time to time. I'm gonna have to mention this to him. Thanks for posting this!
Plants cause gout. Stop eating them.
