Take note that many of the bridges now closed or compromised are either on or close to the New Madrid Fault, which runs approximately up the Mississippi River. The Baltimore bridge collapse was not in this area and something else was going on for it.
The New Madrid Fault has been acting up lately and it may be building up to one of its cyclical major adjustments. If the same level adjustment occurred today as it did in 1811-12, the cities of Memphis, St. Louis, and Chicago would experience major earthquakes. And all of the bridges crossing the Mississippi River would simply collapse.
Not to mention the 15 nuclear reactors in the New Madrid fault zone....

Well, the New Madrid Fault has a periodicity of around ~200 years, and the Yellowstone Caldera has a periodicity of around 600,000 years. So it's probably more likely we will see the New Madrid Fault go active fairly soon, maybe this or next year, while Yellowstone could be anytime this century or next century.
These things are difficult to predict, but they do have histories of cycles such that we can estimate the periodicity of them.

Just my gut, but I’ve been sensing that something is going to happen during the eclipse or in (close proximity). I live practically on that fault line and I’m also very close to the convergence of the two eclipses. Reading a lot of scriptures and information regarding the eclipse. when the plates slipped in 1811 the Mississippi River ran backward for 3 days. The “area” around where Reelfoot lake is now dropped by an estimated 20 feet. There was no Reelfoot lake … before that event. Amazing bass fishing, so not a complete disaster.

There was another bridge. Last year, had a huge fire under it and had to be shut down. I forget where; I want to say LA area.
That one was Philly. 3/30/17 bridge collapse Atlanta fire started on state owned equip set by three people all charges dropped because it was the states fault. Taxpayers pay.

You struck my memory by posting this. I didn't hear about the fire you shared and I was like there's no way this happened that short time ago. I was having a Mandela Effect moment with my memories, lol. Because I lived out there for a time and I remember a huge fire around I-10 years ago and I did not live there in 2023, I was getting myself confused. I had to go searching. There has to be something more to that area of downtown Los Angeles than we realize. There have been a number of huge fires.

This current post is based in reality, you're post, while very interesting (and I will watch the video) is not based in such reality. I'm amazed at people who get the butt itch from not getting stickies and the people who define themselves by 'points' or whatever they are here. Every time I read those comments/complaints I think of the morons on fakebook who think they are demeaning people by pointing out they don't have many followers, or the folks here that think if you are a newly registered person then you don't know squat about anything. A major artery between Providence and Cape Cod has been partially closed since December.
What's weird is, they said a new-to-the-job young engineer discovered the deterioration and damage. Sooo you mean to tell me none of the experienced guys bothered to look at this stuff over the past 5-10 years? Or were they told to ignore it hoping something like this would happen.
More likely they were told it was "okay for now." "Now" tends to go on for decades as Department of Transportation (state & federal) have budget priorities fixed on de-automotivating society. NASA did that for a long time with the space shuttle external tank foam shedding, until the Columbia disaster, whereupon they went "Oops." Boeing released the MCAS software on the 737 MAX without testing it in a critical failure scenario. "It's only a minor code rewrite." All these people knew better, but had no integrity in the face of kicking the can down the road. Simple human lapses of judgment and character, not a conspiracy.

As usual, no one thinks about bridges until something happens---and then they are amazed that things can happen, and object to a world in which things are happening...and that anything happening is ipso facto evidence of evil-doing.
I've lived in a region that has plenty of bridges. Ships running into them and putting them out of commission until replacement or repair. Or natural events (storms) causing significant damage to be repaired. Or major improvements implemented to accommodate traffic growth. The Tacoma Narrows Bridge was dramatically destroyed by winds in its first incarnation ("Galloping Gertie"), before it was even completed. So, for us, who pay attention to bridges, concern and caution are the order of the day.
Elevated highway causeways are another concern, and earthquakes have caused a lot of damage thereby. We fix and repair...and forget.
