It’s seriously time to start discussing kick California out of the union. Immediately invade them until every politician from every level of government has been arrested. California should then begin a 10 year process of proving they can/should be readmitted into the union, but only after they’ve kept their bullshit cleaned up for at least 10 years.

Both Federal and California State laws require that all government employees have bonds. California stopped issuing bonds when Reagan was president. This means the entire state government is illegitimate and we the people have the legal right to just step in and take it over: https://gwsandiego.net/blog/?p=2219

Likewise, a large percentage of our government officials have not taken proper oaths, including San Francisco's State Senator Scott Wiener (Wiener's oath is nearly at the bottom, so lots of scrolling down to find him): https://gwsandiego.net/blog/?p=1608.

Anyone without an oath has no right to be in office. For elected officials, someone can just swoop in and take over: "The obligation imposed by the Public Officers Law statute is personal to plaintiff, it is an act he is required to do and the office became vacant by the mere failure to file the oath, whether or not the defendants knew or were chargeable with notice that plaintiff had failed to file his oath, and they are not required to make any declaration or give any notice. On his default in' filing his official oath "the appointment was vitiated and the office * * * became vacant" [citing Ginsberg v. City of Long Beach, 286 N.Y. 400, 36 N.E.2d 637; and also People ex reI. Walton v. Hicks, infra].

I am trying to talk to people in the Bay Area now and try to encourage them to find a replacement for Wiener and just swoop in and take over his job since the legal right is there to do so.

No way, we take it from them and fix it including hanging these traitorous bastards. An Asian country just gave tje death penaltynto a corrupt real estate agent. Least we can do is permanently remove corrupt traitorous politicians.

I'm so glad I got to visit SF and CA throughout the 90s, it's how I prefer to remember it. With respect to frens who are currently there...that formerly beautiful city and many others in CA are complete shitholes now.

The 90's were the peak. Denver CO was also awesome in the 90's... but is a complete shithole now (they copied SF as best they could).

Just bailed out of CO, finally. Libtards infest every nice place that is created by normal, hard-working people, and then ruin those places with their stupidity.

And in spite of all that it is still illegal to shoot them... so what can you do? The trick is to move to very low key, relatively unknown nice places where libtards will never follow...

So with a 6 month notice, they will not be able to get good employees or even employees that are honest. All of them will have short timers syndrome. Customers will expect they can get something for free, and treat the business as well as the employees like crap. Crime will increase because the "store is closing anyhow", and the losses will be really huge for every business. Sounds like a great plan.

Employees not needed. "Customers" will help themselves. You just keep loading thosee shelves.

Do they really NEED to restock the shelves with items that the Joggers Steal???

Nope, no they don't, they can just leave the unstolen items on the shelves....

Put Two Employees per shift, let the Joggers feel stupid when they run in to steal shit and there's nothing to steal but Work Boots and Birthday cards for Fathers....

Every shelf that would have something to steal, put up pictures of people stealing that stuff, with ""You already Stole it"", and ""we can't pay to put it back""....

Make them FEEL as stupid as they actually are....

Skeptical that this bill could pass constitutional vetting, but If it actually passes the real story is not what it will do to existing businesses.

The story (imho) is that no company, big or small would want to open a business in that shithole if you aren't allowed to shut down for half a year if things go sideways. This bill is a major barrier to NEW business.

This is why everybody needs to understand the basic rights guaranteed by the Constitution. IF this law passed, which in nutty California it certainly could - then it would be an illegal law and easily defeated on Constitutional grounds. Anybody who goes along with it and thinks they have to comply is literally a chump. KNOW your Constitutionally guaranteed (not given!) rights.

permalink save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼

– gobby 1 point 2 years ago +1 / -0

Um .. seriously?

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– HOSEQ 1 point 2 years ago +1 / -0

Yes, seriously....

Businesses are NOT People....

A Business Hires People, has People Working at a Location, but is NOT a Valid Natural Person....

For purposes of LAW SUITS, a Business is seen as an Artificial Person, but that's pretty much as far as that goes....

So tell me what ""RIGHTS"" do you think a Business has, and under which Constitution....

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼

Oh brother. I think you "have the right" to get informed. I'm not going to do it for you.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– HOSEQ 1 point 2 years ago +1 / -0

No, of course you won't even attempt to point in any direction where you believe a BUSINESS may or might have something resembling a ""Right"", because there isn't one....

The ONLY part of so called ""law"", where a ""right"" might be found that actually protects a BUSINESS, is under the 14th Amendment, and that is the whole of it, because it was Devised and written by a Lawyer that worked for an Insurance Company, and originally rejected by Congress upon its first presentation....

But back to the Question:: Where, if there IS a point, WHERE in any Constitution, are businesses protected under Law, beyond being Robbed???

The correct answer is nowhere....

You do understand that talking to this Crowd of Blood Thirsty War Mongers, about LAW and the Application thereof, is a bit futile, right???

I'll listen, might even try to pass t along to others, but they won't, they're too stuck on Stupid and Angry....

Soo much so that they openly advocate for Attacking and murdering other Americans, on a public forum, as we can witness here in this entire thread....

Not trying to discourage you, just pointing out that a Full Grown Man that won't FIX his own Ride, and keeps using a Friends car, probably isn't going to DO anything for himself, until he feels the HUNGER PANGS....

And that's how we need to treat Cali, let them isolate themselves and be as stupid as possible until they're hurting enough to rise up and Free Themselves.....

This please. I know a lot of what Trump says relies on the states doing their own governing. But if California is allowed to exist with it’s current officials from the top down... D.C. will never be drained. California is one of the states that the commies perfected the steal in and one of the reasons that D.C. is the swamp that it is today.

The political corruption that is a cancer in California won’t be eradicated by “We the People” there needs to be a hardcore military intervention. And until that happens the D.C. swamp will always be fed with new commies.

I trust the plan but I’m curious how the White Hats and Trump are going to go about eradicating the entrenched commies like Newsom and Pelosi and Gascon and the thousands of other government officials that plague this great state.

The law doesn't say anything specific about what products or services they are required to provide during those six months. Or that they need to continue employing anyone. Looks to me as if they can just remain "open" with empty shelves or just a couple bags of dry beans and a security guard and call it good.

Challenge accepted.

  1. Empty the store.
  2. Lock the inner doors.
  3. Install a gas station window in entry area between inner and outer doors. (concrete front, 4" bulletproof glass, stainless steel sliding tray under)
  4. Cover all windows with ads for cigarettes and gum only.
  5. Pay someone to sit behind glass window, sliding cigarettes and gum through the tray, until six months is up.
  6. Close store.

I think there is more to this than meets the eye. The city is absolutely hemorrhaging revenue.

Payroll tax is determined by "butts in the seat". Although there are more people going back into the office to work, there is now the equivalent of more than 21 Salesforce towers of vacant office space.
