Agreed... I like his show. HOWEVER, all the people that are spouting nonsense about the 25th amendment quite obviously DO NOT know how the 25th amendment works. It has a lot of steps, and was designed to be very, very difficult to implement.
The final step requires a 2/3 majority vote in BOTH houses of Congress. Does anyone think that a 2/3 majority vote in both houses is possible? Think how many R's would have to vote along with the D's in both the House and the Senate. No guarantee that all the D's would vote for Biden to be removed either. Good luck with that # 1.
If they managed to pull off those votes, another thing that people don't seem to understand are the laws and regulations IN EACH STATE regarding deadlines for candidates, ballots, etc. Most of those deadlines have already passed. There is no fix for that... and if there was a fix, each State would have to be "fixed" one at a time. Good luck with that # 2.
Plus, one more thing that people don't understand is that all the money that has been donated to Biden CANNOT be transferred to any other candidate. They would have to start fundraising from zero. Good luck with that # 3.
Adding up all of these reasons explains why the D's are now moving toward Kumala to be on top of their ticket. Everyone hates Kumala, but she is their only possible alternative to Buydin at this point in time.
