Prosecuting Trump for this hush money case will lead to exposing the people behind the $17 million in taxpayer funds used to cover up sexual assault allegations in Congress. If they didn't claim it as a campaign contribution, that is illegal.

I think it was Micheal Cohen's attorney that said Trump had nothing to do with the money Daniels received. This case was fabricated by a corrupt judge.
Plus, Trump has Presidential immunity.

If ever a case defined malicious prosecution this is it. No fine, no jail time, no community service, no nothing except guilty on all charges. All done not to find justice but rather to get a talking point the judge's political party can use to define a person he and his fellow leftists hate. Now, will Trump appeal to the NY state supreme court? I hope so and I hope his accountants are keeping tabs on what this is costing him. If he can appeal and ultimately win, he should sue the state for damages and he should file a petition to have Merchan disbarred. Kash Patel should also investigate Merchan's daughter and everyone who paid her for services rendered during the 2024 presidential campaign. If evidence exists that she was paid handsomely during this time he should further look into the entire family's financial records to see who exactly benefited.
