I don't watch any MSM directly here (don't have cable at all). Only what I manage to see through Youtubers that cover poli here.
My wife pointed out a couple years ago that I only seem to watch USA Youtubers, so I found a couple I liked after the trucker protest :P
That said, my work is filled with brain dead idiots. I hear them chattering all day about "Trump did this, Elon did this". I know of one person that I can safely talk to (remember, we have DEI here so there's risk of being fired).
My wife and my dad know what's going on, but the rest of our families all watch MSM so they are infected as well. They literally say to us "I don't know how you can support Trump. He's a fascist" -- but no response when I ask what fascist thing he's done.
We don't have any free media.
There is no escaping God but it would be sweet to experience some justice right about now.

Canadians who are cool with him getting away with it are like Americans who are angry at the waste and fraud being exposed by Elon Musk that they have become domestic terrorists.
I don't think he'll get away with it in the long term. He is in the Diddy tapes and it is probably doing stuff that will get him some serious jail time. Also his treasonous acts while he was PM are well documented by Space Force and Trump will likely pull the plug on an avalanche of evidence against Truedope when the time is right.

But because Canada has a messed up British system still - the PM has huge power. Picks Senators. Judges does what they want. RCMP are PM lapdogs and refuse to investigate any of his crimes. Media is 99% captured. 'Hate speech' laws introduced, censorship increasing. And Canada has a useless 'Bill of Rights' that has an escape clause so the govt can just go an ignore it anytime it feels like it is 'an emergency' - like covid and the Trucker Convoy. (Which a judge /investigation finally ruled was not legal use of Emergency Powers Act - but doesnt matter nothing happens when Liberals break the law) A lot of people did support the Trucker Convoy - but even more were rabidly against it.
70% of the country voted against him last time - but because of the 5 parties, and heavy Liberal slant in major areas - areas that also seem to get tons of immigrants legal and illegal - he still got to keep power (and the commie NDP supported him even with a minority govt so Jagoff could get his pension as long as he stays and MP until last month - otherwise the govt would have been toppled at least a year ago). Any time anyone tries to change the constitution - which requires agreement from a majority of provinces and population essentially - the entire country gets blackmailed by Quebec the french only freaks that want to break the country up so they hold everyone else hostage essentially unless they get way more than anyone else.
Some people speak up - may do not because you could lose your job and be blackballed very easy in commie led Liberal land - meanwhile illegals get govt welfare.
Canada is not what it used to be.
