All of this depends entirely upon how much credence you attach to "remote viewing."
Personally, I have my doubts. And no, I wouldn't take the CIA's word for it.
It is real. I was trained in remote viewing during the summers of 1971 and 1972 (clearly this was the very infancy of this training as I have later come to learn).
