Good point! I wonder if this age group will be the last to wake up if ever (4-6%). I can only imagine that a lifetime of brainwashing, bad food, fluoridated water, chem trail air, and medicine has taken a lot of hostages in this group.
These are the people born from 1945 through 1960 with a silver spoon in their mouth. They are the old hippies and yippies and yuppies. They are the ones taking reverse mortgages and spending all their money so their heirs have nothing. They are the selfish generation. The Me Generation. I remember a Mad Magazine from the 70s skewering the Me Generation. These people are the exact opposite of their parents who died to save the world. Their children are Gen X who with the zoomers are saving the world again. Maybe this stupidity just skips generations.

I am unfortunately part of their group. The youngest among them. I hate it. They have been freaks all their lives. I have several cousins in this group and watched their effect on the sixties. To this day they are so brainwashed they can’t see straight. They believe they have the answers to everything. I do have one that is one MAGA. But she still lives like a hippie. I am thankful she is one of the good ones.
I fall into the "boomer" category myself, as do most of my friends. The one factor that differentiates brainwashed from awake is ownership of a TV. Neither I, nor any of my "awake" friends, owns a TV.
Nothing wrong with owning a tv. The problem is what is on that tv. We try to teach others to stream.
I have a tech background and exclusively stream. Nothing worth watching on TV. I literally get angry just trying to watch.

This can't be said often enough. The MSM were united in their obsessive coverage of the "Hippie Culture." Yet in actual fact, unless you lived in a major city (San Francisco, anyoe?), 99% of the population never even saw a hippie in person. They were overwhelmingly a media creation, designed to convince the rest of the country that their numbers were far, far greater than they actually were. And from the uninformed comments I see here, that stereotype is still holding strong.
The American left cunningly used the widespread disapproval of LBJ's war to drive their party line that "antiwar" and "hippie" were synonymous. They were not. And the number of Americans who wore their hair down to their ass, painted their faces and smoked weed till they passed out was always minuscule.

I was there too and most young people at the time were too busy finishing school, working for a living and raising a family not to mention not attracted to the thinly veiled Marxism of hippy liberals to bother with it. If you saw someone who looked like a hippy most likely they were some dumb kid thinking it was fashionable. Keep in mind, the left and particularly their propaganda/"news" machine NEVER give up on a tried and true manipulation ploy.

It was more than a media construct, and these people were not the tame "peace and love" images from the media. My personal interactions with them were a frightening, dangerous abet superficially harmless group it was a lie.
I don't know where you are from; but this was not a construct on the west coast. There were plenty of hippies to set your eyes on, hear, and in some cases smell.
East coast here - I remember there being hippies but they were no where near the majority of young people. I will admit that their influence reached farther than it was due in fashion and music though.
And I have friends who were from California who told me the opposite. Guess it depends on where you were and whether what you were seeing were actual hippies or hippy wannabees.

Some of my 60 year old liberal white women friends are proudly posting photos this morning of their participation in this event, in San Diego, specifically. Other liberal white women friends are cheering them on online. Signs in the background are ridiculous. I can't imagine rooting for continued corruption and waste, but that's what these people are doing.
Where did we lose all the white women? I didn't get lost. If anything I've become almost off the table I'm so conservative. Why can't we save these people from their own stupidity? I know "4 to 6%, blah blah blah" but it sure seems like the overall numbers are much higher.

I was born early 50's, and all of my friends both college educated and HS grads only are all MAGA. Even old friends I reconnect with are MAGA. So there are many MAGA in my generation.

I work with one. She is part-time after retiring and scared out of her mind about losing her 401k. I’m just trying to reassure her to hold on, but man the indoctrination is STRONG.
If she's at the age of retirement she shouldn't have a a lot of stocks in her 401k, should majority be bonds and fixed-income Investments.

My 93-yr-old mother called me a couple days ago to ask if I was in the stock market. I told her I had several mutual funds, which are all in the market, but all that is going on right now is nothing to be worried about if you plan to hold for several years (probably even several months will do it), which I plan to do (or leave to my family :) )

I live near Lancaster Pa and I can tell you this is a fraction of the people who are not Trumper's most of the people in this area are 80% Trump.
