Likely. One of the biggest blows to the future of America during Biden's tenure was this appointment, because it kept Trump from furthering the conservative supermajority on the Supreme Court. A reversal would be huge

Alot of you were writing off ACB. All these 6-3 rulings look pretty good to me.
I can't say as I blame Justice Barrett for the comments. She had to be twice as qualified as Justice Brown because she is white. BUT they did KJB wrong too. Every single day she must know deep down that she is nothing more than a poser and doesn't deserve the post. Well qualified law clerks (attorneys) do her job for her. So she will write her book, collect her 2 million and retire early .. we hope.

But in essence, they kicked it back to the lower courts and it will likely take another 3 - 4 years to make it back up to the SC. By then, it might be moot depending on who follows
