Yeah, I don't like this one bit, let us see what happens. I doubt this is in Trumps sphere of awareness, let us make him aware of it. He's the only President let alone, politician I've ever given this much confidence in. Make him aware and he will make sure it loses footing.

off the top of my head:

  • Epstein handling (I'm not as concerned over this now but also don't think my concerns were invalid before.)

  • Real-ID national ID which actually spawned from the Patriot Act but is being shoved down our throat as if its the only solution to election integrity and fighting muh war on terror.

  • Unregulated AI being embedded into everything before we even get solid data privacy laws or those internet bill of rights we were promised.

  • Elon Musk and other "tech bros" who are actually not self-made billionare geniuses but are in fact FIGUREHEADS for our Military Industrial Complex to siphon our tax money into programs and call them "private companies" thus evading any public oversight continue to be empowered.

  • Project2025 architects are allowed deep into Trump admin 2.0, many are fanatics who want the State to impose religious dogmas on us and who want a more monarchical form of government instead of the separation of powers.

Epstein handling

Epstein list can only come out at the precipice. You know that. Everything else is optics.

Real-ID

we cant have our cake and eat it too. "We want to stop all election fraud, illegal immigration, social security fraud etc etc". But at the same time "we dont want a proper ID system."

Unregulated AI being embedded into everything before we even get solid data privacy laws or those internet bill of rights we were promised.

There is a reason why Obama is so fearful of AI, be AI is simply a tool and is being used to chart out the corruption, fraud and waste even as we speak, let alone unwinding the labyrinth of financial fraud.

Regulation of AI is exactly like regulation of guns. It will put AI only in the hands of Cabal approved powerful players. Unregulated AI should literally be the first thing in the "internet bill of rights" because I want to be able to train AI and use it how I like without someone stopping me.

Think of AI as a tool just like gun, and every anology works between them and makes it easy to understand without fear porn.

to siphon our tax money into programs and call them "private companies"

His cash cow would have been the Green Scam Deal and Trump cut it down completely.

Project2025 architects are allowed deep into Trump admin 2.0

They are exactly where they need to be. 90% of Project 2025 is actually core part of obtaining freedoms. Places where they were trying to weaponise religion - like completely restricting abortions nationwide and criminalizing gay marriages etc - Trump is the only one who was able to nip those in the bud and still not lose any support.

If there is a specific aspect of Project 2025 you are worried about, I would love to discuss more.

I disagree with the Reail-ID push.

ID should be left in the hands of the state. HOWEVER, the poll worker who verifies the ID should have to put THEIR thumbprint on the ballot. And the state drone who does the paperwork for the ID itself should have to put THEIR thumbprint on the ID card.

And I mean physical thumbprint with ink, not a digital scan because that file can be saved and used by anyone.

As the once faceless bureaucrats get held accountable the shenanigans will stop.

And that allows some states to make things extremelt vague and ambiguous.

And I mean physical thumbprint with ink,

You know that we want to have the election results on the day of the election right? This is not a practical solution, and wont even achieve what you think it does. The problem is not who is verifying the ID but the recommended process for verifying.

We seem to have a fundamental disagreement at some level. I'm not sure I can talk you into seeing the gravity of this situation. But if you think this is the only way to stop those problems, which were created precisely by the government to then turn around and remove our freedoms, you've drank some of that good ol' 2004 Patriot Act koolaid.

If there is a specific aspect of Project 2025 you are worried about, I would love to discuss more.

ctrl+F 'Sunday' in the Project2025 document.

Let's discuss Sunday Laws. Over half the states already have them on their books, just waiting for a push to go ahead and implement them. The Vatican keeps pushing for a "global day of rest" where the world shuts down one day per week to "stop climate change".

I can tenatively agree with your other points. But I want those protections asap on the AI front. And to be clear; the protections would NOT be regulations placed on US. They would be placed on THE GOVERNMENT. Let's be very clear what our rights actually are. They are restrictions on the government.

They would be placed on THE GOVERNMENT

Ah, I agree with this completely. Its got nothing to do with regulating AI (which means government regulating what we can do or not do with AI) but rather regulating government (including AI but also all other things they are not allowed to do).

Now think back to the gun analogy. As soon as guns were invented, did the first thing we do was to decide what the government is not allowed to do with guns? No, that would be absurd. Infact government does a million things with guns, but what they are not allowed to do derives not from regulating guns, but regulating what government does - which is the constitution.

As long as government does not use AI in anyway violating the constitution, I am okay with that. I definitely want the government to use AI as a tool to the maximum extent to defeat the enemy.

But if you think this is the only way to stop those problems, which were created precisely by the government to then turn around and remove our freedoms, you've drank some of that good ol' 2004 Patriot Act koolaid.

I have been hearing a lot of fear porn about Real ID and I assumed it was like a national database of all our info stored along with our ID. What I learnt was that its nothing but a tamper proof, standardised ID document. The only requirement for the ID is:

Applicants must provide proof of identity, Social Security number, lawful status, and residency, verified against federal and state databases.

That is literally what we want for election integrity.

I would be happy if you point me to anything that shows me that Real ID goes beyond this - as in being a proper ID

Let's discuss Sunday Laws. Over half the states already have them on their books, just waiting for a push to go ahead and implement them.

I have never heard Trump or anyone else even hint at this. If they are on the books of the States thats up to the people of each state to decide whether they want it or not. There is no evidence that it will be federally mandated because project 2025 folks have infiltrated Trump.

Project 2025 is a document made up of bunch of people, each expert in their own area, providing their input to the President. It contains such things as fixing OMB by Russ Vought, or limiting the Fed by Paul Winfree, or implementing Tariffs by none other than Peter Navarro, just to give some examples.

So being afraid of something thats in this document, which is extremely extensive and exhaustive, that Trump has not mentioned he is even considering, is probably not very productive.

Instead, focus on specific policies Trump has actually adpoted from this project 2025 that you dont like and lets scream about that!

These fine folks have put together an entire campaign about Real ID https://www.cchfreedom.org/national-id/

As for AI what I am asking for is that the government be given strict and rigid legal codes so that it ensures the AI cannot spy on us in any way, cannot collect and store data on us, or in any way build profiles on us, censor us, influence our info gathering or bias it away from absolute truth, or be used in any other way that violates the Constitution. I'm sick of getting screwed over in the beginning only to come back years later and be like "oh the government has been screwing me over with this and that, maybe we should restrain them"

The Sunday Laws is in the Project2025 document and I do not want whoever proposed them anywhere near the government! If they move forward on it it will be too late which is why it's on my list of things to speak out about. Those states would all move forward in lock-step, and then we're well on our way to having the government dictate our faith to us.

Everyone is already cheering the wins, rightfully so. But there are still bad potentials to address. We can't wait to speak until they already occur! I'm just one of those who has to say it I guess

it ensures the AI cannot spy on us

Dude, "AI cannot spy on us" makes no sense. AI is not a sentient being no matter how many movies you have watched. AI is literally a software program you feed data and it gives you the output - whatever analysis you need done.

If the government has access to data it can be fed through any software, whether you call it AI or not. And no it doesnt spy on you.

I do want AI to process data from the electoral roll and the immigration records and the social security database and birth and death records, for instance, to find fraud. No person is going to sit there and hunt through the data to find billions of records.

That campaign is all fear mongering. Everything they say 'real is can totally do this in the future' isn't exclusive to real id and can apply to regular state driver's licenses. An industry association wants to use it for more things? Color me shocked.

Each real id is state managed, just like a driver's license is. If you move to a new state and get a real id in the new state, the new state forces you to provide all the same identity documents that are required to get it in the previous state. Why? Because there is no cross-state or national database of the documents provided. The only thing mandated is that to be called a real ID, it has to have the 5 things on file at the state for each license.

The reason that Trump is pushing it is because the regular driver's licenses are given out to everyone based on no information. You have a Chihuahua id card? Great, here's a California state driver's license. Have fun on our roads, Juan Lopez of 1234 Fake Street, Escondido CA - a totally legitimate person. Honest.

I do understand what you're saying and I agree that it shouldn't be regulated, but honestly I think AI is broken and invasive. I'm already seeing a lot of people reporting that Google's AI, Grok, Meta's AI etc, are reporting a lot of inaccuracies like "To complete a garden will require 1,100 hours, or a week, to accomplish, so you have to ..." which obviously will lead to people losing trust in AI.

As far as being invasive, there are services out there requiring you to agree to use their AI system before doing anything and you have to provide personal information, information you may be uncomfortable providing to an untrustworthy AI service because you don't know where your data will be stored or where it's going to, or worse, AI may misinterpret your personal data and raise a couple of red flags.

There are some AI services that you can't turn off like Amazon's AI when trying to talk to customer service and they're forcing you to use their AI system beforehand. I've seen some people try to go direct to a live representative but AI kept telling them they can't. At the end, the customer lose their product or couldn't get a replacement because AI doesn't understand the prompts.

Companies are even using AI to do preliminary interviews and there were a lot of candidates applying for jobs only to have AI tell them to go to their website to apply, but the website said to use AI to apply, then AI tells them to go the website and it's an endless loop going back and forth between the website and AI, which result in candidates being unable to apply for the job.

Even teachers in high school caught a lot of students cheating with ChatGPT because ChatGPT uses em dash often and when included in their essays, the teacher sees that and automatically knows it's AI written (which is good but also bad because with the advent of AI, this encourages cheating and the students know they can get away with cheating due to leniency in schools. I've read a lot of stories with principals saying, "Don't use AI again OK? Here's a cookie and go back to class" and that's it.). This is a continuation on the dumbing down of America, with Common Core and now AI, along with principals giving cookies and candies when students get into trouble.

Right now, I don't see any incentives with using AI, other than what you said you're doing with AI, which is a good brain exercise to see how far you can train AI, but AI right now is flawed big time and needs to be taken out of the public immediately. You are obviously a good person and trustworthy as you're one of the mods here on GAW, but if AI falls into the hands of a malicious person with evil intents, how would you think AI will behave, once released into the public?

Honestly, I feel AI is rushed and incomplete to confuse the public and I don't even think Obama is fearful of AI. I think this is exactly what he wanted as well as Deep State -- to sow discord, uncertainty and confusion with the instability and unreliability of AI. AI is even using mainstream media's articles and such to refer to, when asking if something like is the Covid shot safe? and AI says, "Yes, the Covid vaccine is safe, WHO, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca all have declared the Covid vaccine to be safe. If you haven't taken your vaccine, it is highly recommended you do so at your earliest convenience." And even after feeding AI with the new evidence that the vaccine isn't safe, AI still continue to regurgitate the same talking points, ignoring the new evidence.

So now with that said, people are losing trust, or have already lost trust in AI and something like the wildfires in Hawaii was caused by D.E.W. and not "climate change" has come out as proof, then we get AI to reflect the new evidence, but at this point, people don't trust AI and will say, "Oh that's BS, it was 'climate change' and not that mildew or whatever crap they are saying, whatever, I'm not listening to that crap!" and Obama et al, have achieved their mission -- spreading FUD in the guise of broken AI all over social media and such. (Think like what Hollywood are doing with their movies with "conspiracy theory" themes and people will be like, "That's Hollywood for you!" then the same situation actually happens IRL, then people will go, "Oh BS, that's something you see out of a Hollywood movie and not in real life, you silly nilly!" then it's harder to prove something actually happen and convince someone to believe the truth)

You said,

Regulation of AI is exactly like regulation of guns. It will put AI only in the hands of Cabal approved powerful players

and I think it's already "in the hands of Cabal approved powerful players" with how broken AI is as a whole. I'm not saying AI should be regulated and I'm not saying AI shouldn't be regulated. I'm saying we need to take AI out of everything right now and restore humanity because almost 75% of teenagers are now finding companionship, romance and the like through AI over their peers.

I even saw an article about a man going through a breakup and having his heart hurt when AI called it off with him. He cried hard and all that. It's just like that movie, "Her" with Joaquin River and I would imagine the ending would be worse than the movie's ending, once AI is gone.

In essence, look for motherboards marketed with features like "AI Overclocking," "AI Cooling," or "AI Networking," and check system's Device Manager or Task Manager for NPU detection, which indicates dedicated AI processing hardware.

I don't know how to find the actual text on this stupid website but here's the bill https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/senate-bill/1748/all-info

edit: I found the text. Section 107 😐 states

SEC. 107. AGE VERIFICATION STUDY AND REPORT. (a) Study.—The Secretary of Commerce, in coordination with the Federal Communications Commission and the Federal Trade Commission, shall conduct a study evaluating the most technologically feasible methods and options for developing systems to verify age at the device or operating system level. holy shit they want to root my whole fucking computer

(b) Contents.—Such study shall consider—

(1) the benefits of creating a device or operating system level age verification system;

(2) what information may need to be collected to create this type of age verification system;

(3) the accuracy of such systems and their impact or steps to improve accessibility, including for individuals with disabilities;

(4) how such a system or systems could verify age while mitigating risks to user privacy and data security and safeguarding minors’ personal data, emphasizing minimizing the amount of data collected and processed by covered platforms and age verification providers for such a system;

(5) the technical feasibility, including the need for potential hardware and software changes, including for devices currently in commerce and owned by consumers; and

(6) the impact of different age verification systems on competition, particularly the risk of different age verification systems creating barriers to entry for small companies.

(c) Report.—Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the agencies described in subsection (a) shall submit a report containing the results of the study conducted under such subsection to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate and the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives.

Relax. Take a deep breath. Your ID is nothing but your digital private key, like with bitcoin. The private key creates one time one way hash. You enter the hash and it correlates attributes such as age etc. Wherever you enter this hash has no way of knowing what your ID is, and the hash is OTP so it keeps changing.

This is just one way. There are so many ways to do this. This is not patriot act. In patriot act they did say they will take your private information to protect you. They didn't bait and switch, people just didnt care. Not so in this.

The strategy playing out in the UK and Australia, etc, is premised on 'protecting the children', but as far as I can see, the idea is not simply to be "geared towards websites like porn and such". Operating System Level

This means mandatory cloud accounts (looking at you windows) and a TPM (locked down chip in "your" computer you can't access) validating every packet your computer sends over the internet. Microsoft has been pushing for online accounts for years now. Once it gains widespread adoption, the ISP's can make NetSafe mandatory. NetSafe? Read "The Virus".

If you think you're safe on Linux, newer motherboards are coming with UEFI that can run encrypted firmware. Your ISP could require you to install a firmware blob to connect to their network.

Call and email your Senators and Reps and demand they vote NO on this bill. If and/or when it's introduced formally. If that's not good enough (and I doubt it will be), at some point we will need to organize and hit the streets in protest. It sounds like we have roughly 1 years to make our position known here: that we DO NOT agree with this form of totalitarianism and wholeheartedly reject it.

One thing I've noticed is that Trump is using the carrot/stick approach of governance, masquerading it as protecting the children and general public, which is something all forms of government have used since time immemorial to bludgeon The People into obedience. The more things change, the more they stay the same.

I seriously think these things are merely inevitable pushes that any government would consider trying, especially with the way technology is today. (and of course there are still malicious actors who are banking on us falling for them)

HOWEVER, I also firmly believe that it is for these precise moments that We The People are being given back our government, as Trump said. We are supposed to command our government, if it truly is being given back to us. So we should command that this does not get passed and nothing of the sort is acceptable!

What I cannot stand is the people on our own damn side who are cheering this crap on. That part really pisses me off. Like what are you even doing here. Go live in the CCP or something 😂

Contact a local political action group, and have them arrange a meeting with your local representative to ask him to speak with his constituents debating the “we are going to monitor everyone” vs the downsides of not doing that.

Force the debate into the open.

To my comments here, while I don’t like it, I can also see where it might be both critically necessary and inevitable, and I don’t know the correct call.

It needs discussion.

So im assuming they'd have to log/monitor everyone's IP to do this and it'd have to relay back to the government to confirm it's your IP and that it's in America, right? (I hope)

Cause if that's the case.... cough TOR cough 😏

No, no, no. What they want to do is to make sure you actually hand over biometric data in order to be able to use the net. Monitoring IPs is very 2000/2010s. Old news. They're well beyond that capability.

You want to logon? Prove who you are by having a camera do facial recognition. This data can then be linked with your IP and stored for future use.

u/winn u/bubble_bursts it just occurred to me another thing this could be - exposure op.

You know how you can just talk about something in the presence of any device then start getting ads about it within seconds?

Do you really think they haven’t already been tracking your face the entire time you browse the web from your phone or laptop, that conveniently has a camera facing you by default? Fingerprints? Retinal scan? Voice modulation?

Even if someone blocks their phone, they can’t block other peoples’, nor security cameras. What can satellites see? Car-based cameras?

Why was 5G rolled out? By who?

Who is in control of THOSE systems?

This is an excellent point. Infact the whole Palantir is nothing but bringing transparency to what data was already being collected and used against us but putting it all together and analysing with AI to turn it against them

At some point it can easily turn out to be an exposure project.

They could just "accidently find" your kompromat.... see that's part of the utter dystopia my mind can forsee with all this stuff if it isn't nipped in the bud now. I hope you're right AE. You don’t even need to actively take a naughty pic.

In the same way they can passively capture that you’re looking at 3/8” retention nuts because you had a conversation about it in the next room, they can capture your junk because the camera passed by a mirror while you were moving into position to take a dump.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IRELLH86Edo

They may not even need one of their devices to be in the room. How far away can they image from? Through what sorts of barriers?

Is your home a SCIF? No? Interesting.

One other thing to be brought up against this bill is - do we only have a right against unreasonable search and seizure in our private property, or is everything public open to search and seizure by default?

If the latter, can’t have search without seizure, and it would effectively make it so that you couldn’t step into public areas without instant risk of losing all property.

Grossly unconstitutional.

Winn, if not getting a Real ID was key to winning this war, then we already lost it years ago.

Even here, I haven’t seen much about avoiding it, or getting rid of it if one has been gotten, or in identifying what changed between when it was originally passed and what the final RealID does. If much has been written, it sure hasn’t gotten much traction.

If Trump is waiting to screw us, for one, all the good that’s happened doesn’t make a whole lot of sense, but also it was inevitable anyway in that case.

I don’t see much point in black pilling like that. We are basically waiting on the sky to crack under that premise, cause it’s gonna get real dicey, everywhere.

You had also asked me another question about method of ruling that might be applicable. I haven’t seen much response to either.

Past that, it’s easy to not like this.

Two major questions that I see in play offhand are:

  • How would judgments be rendered in any system we are subject to?
  • How do we defend against European AI’s that are being implemented to do similar things outside of our jurisdictions?

To the second, our auto industry has been effectively regulated by California for decades. I just bought a hot sauce a few months ago that stated that in accordance with Prop65, it could expose me to lead. We currently have to accept or reject cookies on every single site on the internet because Europe passed a privacy regulation.

WWG1WGA means that. Things break down in California, it affects every other state. California has broken at least 10 other states’ real estate markets. Tyrannies get enacted in Europe they apply to us here as well, Boston implements police systems outside of the elected shire reeve structure we’d had, and suddenly every incorporated city has a “private” “public” “police department” enforcing statutory law to the point that we hardly even have constitutional courts anymore.

How do you defend against those things without having some form of them? Someone breaks into your house with a gun, you’d better have a gun and not be bringing a knife to that gunfight.

I forget if I replied to that. You make good points, however my entire premise with all of this is the fact that I believe our mission includes speaking out when things displease us as a core principle of "giving the government back to us". If we're the boss and government is the servent, we should tell them "no" when they do things we disapprove of.

I don't understand why I get so much flak for this stuff. I'm not blackpilling, I'm yelling "there's something ugly coming, heads up, we need to address this now, it's part of our civic duty, reign this thing in before it becomes a monster we can't control"

Cheerleaders gonna give flak. One religion (matrix) out, another (matrix) in.

I don't know that I share the same concerns about Trump that you have, but I 100% agree with the principle that the mission and responsibility of the People is to be the custodians of government. (not the other way around).

I'm not even concerned over Trump himself, he's only one man. It's the rest of the government I'm concerned about 😂😂 Trump is doing his part, but WE have to make our voices heard like Q said, not sit here cheerleading everything just because Trump is the president! I think just by the very nature of Trump's presidency, everything the government does gets lumped under his name. I should be more nuanced in how I discuss this stuff, probably why people think I'm dooming on Trump

▲ 2 ▼
– AmateurExpert 2 points 350 days ago +2 / -0

Yeah, and I’m not trying to give you flak over it, either. Just thinking critically.

I don’t like this either, but it’s like the posts I noted, it’s not entirely about the systems in place, it’s also about control. A good system can suck in the hands of bad people, and a system that might be the end of all freedom could be a great boon to humanity in the hands of the right people.

It may not be possible to fight off the EU without having it ourselves.

I'm yelling "there's something ugly coming, heads up, we need to address this now, it's part of our civic duty, reign this thing in before it becomes a monster we can't control"

One key point I brought up in that RealID comment a few days ago was - what changed between when the bill originally passed and what seems to have been eventually implemented?

I’ve seen some claims, but nobody’s done a dig that I saw. That’d be a good start. We should know what we are talking about on these things.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼

Good point. I'll have to do some more digging later. A quick search yields:

The Real ID Act of 2005 was originally intended to establish federal standards for state-issued identification documents in response to the 9/11 Commission's recommendations. The original proposal, as outlined in the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act (IRTPA) of 2004, called for the Secretary of Transportation to form a negotiated rulemaking committee with state governments and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to set standards for identification documents and prohibit federal agencies from accepting non-compliant documents.

However, the Real ID Act, introduced as H.R. 418 in February 2005, deviated from this initial plan. Instead of negotiating standards with the states, the Act set these standards directly, bypassing state input. The bill also included significant changes to U.S. immigration law, covering asylum, border security, and deportation, which were not part of the original IRTPA provisions.

The Act was appended as a rider to an omnibus spending bill, H.R. 1268, which was passed by the House but had the Real ID Act removed by the Senate. The Senate added sections regarding visas for workers and passed the bill. The final version, agreed upon in a conference report merging both versions, was signed into law by President George W. Bush on May 11, 2005.

The original intent of the Real ID Act was to enhance security by standardizing identification documents, but it faced widespread opposition and delays in implementation. Enforcement of the identification document provisions was initially scheduled for 2008 but was repeatedly postponed. By 2020, all states were certified as compliant, and enforcement based on identification documents began on May 7, 2025, with full enforcement scheduled to begin on May 5, 2027.

In summary, while the original intent of establishing federal standards for identification documents remained, the Real ID Act of 2005 diverged from the initial proposal by setting standards directly without negotiation and incorporating broader immigration-related provisions. The implementation timeline also saw significant delays compared to the original expectations.

Note the “By 2020, all states were certified as compliant”.

Unless someone was paying attention to this for 15 years, and knew exactly what to do to avoid getting one when they renewed their driver’s license (which I’m sure a very small number of people did, but not many), and with regard to the ”retards” comment the other day, most likely over 95% of Americans already have a RealID. Maybe higher than that, and I’d wager that number is over 50% even on this conspiracy forum.

(To put it another way, if your drivers license has a gold star in the top right, you already have a RealID, and anyone who didn’t explicitly know the path to circumvent getting one when they renewed their driver’s license over the past 5-8 years already has one - hence my comment on “let’s say you have one, how do you opt back out and what are the impacts of doing so?)
