The Indian postmen and women just stuffed a bunch of other people’s mails in random boxes on our street and we have to sort them out between ourselves. I spoke to another postman, a good friend, and he said everyday people call in to complain and all they got are warnings. Nobody was ever fired because the Indians are the boss’ relatives or same clan. I wonder if they let this happen to cheat in local elections as well. Something very fishy is going on.

You need to find out who the Manager of Post Office Operations (MPOO) for the area that serves you is. Then go and find out where the MPOOs office is and visit him or her. Explain in detail what your problem is and let the MPOO know that you expect better service from the USPS. To find out who the MPOO is simply go to a neighboring post office and ask one of those employees.
Call the Inspector General too. Top mail boss!

The USPS gets the watery shits when a congressional aide calls with some questions about the bad customer service a constituent is getting.
Perhaps contact USPS Police about missing mail and they will investigate.
That is why MAGA folks need to keep an eye on who gets a hiring manager job. Whether it’s Indian, Chinese, Mexican, etc., it doesn’t take long before it’s monolithic.
True that. This is why Americans are being pushed out of these jobs. Once one or two foreign born get into positions with some clout, like you said, it becomes monolithic. I have seen it more than once.
My local post office is staffed by local rednecks and hillbillies like me, and they’re still completely incompetent. If my mail doesn’t wind up at the wrong address, or just laying in the ditch near the mailbox at least once a week, it’s a miracle. The Indians may be worse, but I think it’s just the government in general.
Government workers. I don't have any use for most of them. Many of those jobs require almost an act from Congress to fire someone once they're vested. So there is virtually no accountability. I worked in the public as well as the private sector. What a difference between the two. Most of the permanent government workers were simply cruising to retirement and exerted little to no effort to do anything. It made getting a job done very difficult - no one cared.

Civil Servant Exam???? Nope, all folks need now-a-days is a pulse. I remember scoring a 100% on my Civil Servan Entry Exam forty years ago and I had to wait a couple of years to get hired on because I only selected small post offices with no turn over. Had I tried for a larger mail distribution facility I would have been hired within weeks. Today the Postal Service is so desperate for employees folks just need to walk into the Postmasters office and ask for a job. If you can pass a background check and a piss test you can easily get a job, as long as one is available.
All post offices have managers, I believe, but when the boss is also a family member, then it causes problems. I guess/imagine you aren't home when the mail is delivered? But, and I know this is not your responsibility, but you should be there when the mail is delivered and tell them: this and this is not mine-do not place it in my mailbox. Another way might be to write or call the postmaster for your district or state. GOOD LUCK sincere hope you can straighten this out, and quickly. It would frustrate and disgust me.

Oh don't get me started. I run a pretty small side business and routinely ship things via USPS. I live in the southeast, and most of my customers reside there as well, so you'd think that shipping would be pretty simple. No, not when my packages are making their way all the way out as far as Colorado, before coming back to a delivery point in my state!
I tracked a package that went from Nevada to Alaska before it made its way to Washington state where I live. At least it somehow showed up on time.
I consistently request packages be shipped via UPS vs USPS due to constant delivery issues.

I don’t know about Indian workers here but we have very bad customer service. It’s black & white locals. I guess they are citizens, who the hell knows today.
These are my on going problems. The regular lady that delivers is just lazy. If I get packages she leaves the letter type mail with the packages. I’ve complained numerous times and she still does it. I’m not concerned about junk mail but if we have a check or bank card missing that’s a problem. Just one reason to always keep an eye on what’s being delivered.
This is just one of many incidents, this one is the worse I’ve had to date. When I didn’t get a package a few weeks ago I emailed the above address & I got no reply. But the package was delivered a few days later. Last month I ordered a liquid cleaner, I’ve ordered this several times and other liquids with out a problem. I found a black garbage bag stuffed in my mailbox. It was the bottle, box it was shipped in and the at least half of the cleaning liquid in the bag. Box soaked beyond use. Thankfully this came from Amazon, because they refund for the post office stupidity. I think USPS has a contract with Amazon to deliver priority especially for Prime. So if it’s lost or damaged usps pays Amazon. I can’t imagine a grown person thinking that was acceptable. Also this had to have happened at the beginning in the transit because the liquid reeked of very old trash.
Last December we received an entire family’s Christmas pj pants from Target. We figured out where they lived and dropped them at their house. Sadly everyone isn’t that considerate. Mexicans moved into the house on our side of the road several years ago. Before them it was my house as a kid & it was sold to a lady that became like a second mom. I’m not used to these type of neighbors. It doesn’t matter what nationality or color some people don’t have morals. This family has been delivered several packages that should have come to my family. You basically know because FedEx & ups take a picture. I’m always seeing people post a photo of their package (at wrong house) in local groups, trying to locate the package. Basically everyone has bad service. But USPS is the bottom of barrel and should be shutdown or owned privately. IDK what the answer is but the system is broken.
If I order from small businesses I ask for usps alternatives.

Your welcome. I hope you get this resolved. USPS is the worst. My husband ordered a cb antenna. It’s been all over the place. We went to a post office twenty minutes away because it ended up there. The lady I had it this morning and sent it back to Raleigh. If it came back she would drive it our PO, because she now knows he’s looking for it. So, why not do that in the first place?🤦🏻♀️ Obviously if you order something you want it.

Same here. Bottom of the barrel. Heck when we first got married, 1988, my husband tried for years to get on with UPS. Back then you had to work part time separating packages at night and then maybe get hired full time. Today they take anyone. FedEx is nothing but DEI hire. I see a lot of complaints in local facebook groups about FedEx, thankfully I don’t have an issue. But we have big address numbers on our house and box.

Yep, no excuses! I’m surprised hubby didn’t get them glow in the dark. We have the worst issues with post office. Yet, the average person delivering for Aldi, Walmart & FedEx can find us.
