Having said that, my placeholder opinion is that Charlie is dead and that Tyler pulled the trigger. I think that things are similar to the assassination attempt on Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania. That is that the powers that be created a situation on the ground for the attempt to happen through security lapses and incognito grooming of the assassins. There were too many shady things caught on camera during the assassination that appeared to intentionally muddy the waters.
