I’d personally just outlaw the procedure entirely, throw anyone who preforms in a deep dark hole, annd toss any elected official who tries to legalize it in as well and tell any court that objected to go fuck themselves. But I’ve been told that’s not very Constitutional and pro-individual liberty of me.
