I get that it's probably not good for ones health; I'm on your side here. But maybe I'm misinterpreting your post and some others that I see here on these forums.

It seems to me people are apprehensive of some kind of "switch on" moment ... but it already has been ... for years now. Telecoms have been installing these for quite some time; and they've been on, just not around airports.

5G has been rolled out across the nation already since 2019. A lot of places, even where I am in rural America, already have 5G signals that a 5G capable phone can pickup ... unless I'm missing something ?

So pfizers "drug" is a protease inhibitor. Protease inhibitors are never reccomended for people that use statins and/or blood thinners.

Protease inhibitors can be used for people who have HIV to prevent AIDS. Also emerging to be an anti-viral and anti-bacterial and other things. For HIV, it's not a cure, it only works to suppress; it's a life long temporary "cure".

Just about all protease inhibitors end with -evir or -avir. I don't know whats in "Paxlovid". I'd be willing to bet something in it or something that needs to be taken with it will end in a -vir.

Some other potential side effects of protease inhibitors include

  • Insulin resistance
  • Nausea and diarrhea
  • Development of gallstones or kidney stones
  • Changes in how things taste
  • Insomnia
  • Elevated numbers in liver function tests
  • Rash or dry skin
  • Elevated cholesterol
  • New or worsening cases of diabetes
  • New or worsening cases of hyperglycemia, or too much sugar in the blood
  • Spontaneous bleeding
  • Changes in body composition

Ivermectin also acts as a protease inhibitor and has similar concerns especially for people on blood thinners.

Good luck trying to sell HIV treatment to Americans who don't have HIV.

They want more kids to get headaches (symptoms) so the parents will take them to the hospital or primary care for either treatment and/or to get [probably not free] "covid tests". Both of which will tick another bean counter to support their narrative.

When masked the first thing that will happen to the humman body is the build up of CO2 which will cause dizziness, fog, and headaches. Next, the resting heart rate will increase as the body will involuntarily want to breath harder to maintain O2 levels and homeostasis.

In all likeliness when the 15th rolls arround the acting governor will extend the totally just temporary 2.0 one time only not-law, not-executive order, verbal only mask mandate again; and she will be praised.

ADSB Exchange tracker website is largely volunteer provided data. There are super-enthusiasts and have antenas located in optimal areas. Others may only have an antena in their window and only pickup signals in a very narrow line of sight. In general, lower flying crafts tend to not get picked up (as well) regardless of speed.

To fly in certain airspaces the craft must have an adsb radio turned on and of a certain version. Some general aviation crafts are still lagging behind installing adsb radios.

ADSB is replacing Radar. Quite literally if some one doesn't have an adsb radio they wont be able to be seen because there are too few radar stations / radar operators left to detect them.

All that being said, the Military has an exemption from the FAA adsb rule. By and large they comply, especially on crafts that frequent commercial airports or airfields. But they don't have to comply and often don't.

It's probably a combination of both. I'm leaning more towards the latter. There is a lack of snow plows or drivers nationwide but that's a tanget discussion. More importantly It's also people not knowing how to drive in inclement weather or just complacent.

I also live in a snowy area in the winter; tons of plows!. After a large snow fall it still takes time to clear it all. Meanwhile we are still expected to get to work and school. 1' of snow or 1/4" of ice where I live doesn't shut anything down whether the plows have it cleared or not.

You're absolutely right and I don't trust any of the 535 members of congress to do anything.

The historical trend overall seems to be increasingly partisan. But, one would like to think that an issue as serious as accepting a selected Vice President would keep them on party lines.

Regardless of how they want to elevate harris to Presidency, there would not be enough senators in the immediate future to tie break whatever nominee she would pick. The 25th Amendment states that a VP vacany must be voted on in the Senate, which would be 50-50 with no VP to tie break if harris were to be elevated to President.

They also need harris to remain VP just in case they need to tie break the BBB bill. I know Senator Manchin has "effectively" destroyed it but they are still going to vote on it and we don't know what will happen. Also senator schumer is threatening to do something to the filibuster if he doesn't get his "voting rights reform" so they'll need a tie breaker for that as well.

Unless there is a really nefarious plan to remove both harris and biden to trigger some kind of contingency that's on no ones radar then they need harris right where she's at until midterms. The midterms will determine if they could get away with any plan to shuffle the Presidency; they only need one more Senator.

tl;dr They need harris to stay in the VP slot as her vacancy from that slot would prevent tie breaking votes, weakening their grasp on the Senate.

He will look angrily confused and ramble on about "covid", cough a lot, blame republicants for not passing the build back better bill and wish every one a merry easter.

Yep, it sucks. They can't afford not to take the ticket. So here we are.

Hopefully events like this lead to conversations like ours here and create a spark in some one much smarter than myself to come up with a solution.

A Sheriff could refer charges to a state presecutor. A Sheriff would not / should not / can not file them in a criminal court. Perhaps a civil court, but not a criminal court.

KineticMaid 7 points ago +7 / -0

I can agree to that. There is a difference between doing factual cold headlines vs sensational ones; the data doesn't lie. There will be more clicks with the sensational one. It's unfortunately a fact of life.

Only when users change their habits will the news companies change theirs. It's great people like us can call out their sparkly bullshit here but it falls mostly on deaf ears (or blind eyes I guess).

Hopefully what people get out of all these internet outages is :

Why is the entire internet seemingly reliant on one single service owned by a company that no one really loves (but is addicted to) created by a guy that converted his fortune (your money) into making a penis shaped rocket to give joy rides to rich people.

KineticMaid 27 points ago +31 / -4

Stop being lead astray with sensational headlines ! Sherifs can't file criminal charges against a person. They can only recommend or influence, but ultimately it is up to a prosecutor.

We all watched the Rittenhouse trial. Little Binger is an example of a (Wisconsin) prosecutor; let that percolate a bit.

If I'm not mistaken there was an aquifers overlay map some one posted here some time ago. A lot of the farmland gates was purchasing seemed to overlap quite well with water aquifers.

If he wanted to control the farms output he could buy influence in the Agricultural mega corps that own all the large scale commercial farms. What gates is doing is going after land more specifically which presumably comes with mineral/water rights.

I don't know for sure if that is or not - I live here and haven't even read it but it doesn't matter because it's ignored and enforced only when convenient to the State.

When The People allow The Government to make a law that acts as a loophole to the States Constitution then The Government will treat that as a defacto amendement. The law(s) in question are 1) Allowing illegals to obtain a drivers license and 2) Automatic voter registration when obtaining a drivers license.

It's literally known that things like this lead to voter fraud, and states keep proposing these laws and people keep voting them into passage.

5
KineticMaid 5 points ago +5 / -0

It started a few years ago here in NY when the State passed a law that allows illegal aliens to get a drivers license amid fears of automatic voter registration. (turns out - valid fears)

While disgusting and frankly immoral, this is only for state and local elections; not for federal elections.

Before you lop my head off, I share your frustration. Honestly, there really is no way to enforce this.

I know I'm mixing two things here but there are no Voter ID law in NYS. Also no one checks or verifies anything before voting. One way to register to vote requires having a state issued ID, and NYS (and other states) have a streamlined process for illegals to obtain a state issued drivers license. Don't let states pass/enact "Moter Voter ID laws" - it will be abused.

25th Amendment of the United States of America.

Section 2 : Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.

The "vote" in this case is only in the House and Senate, not the People.

An interesting note however, is if Haris leaves and Biden nominates a new VP canidate, the Senate (currently) would be 50-50 with no tie breaker.

One thing that seems very suspect is the drone footage(not the official FBI FLIR one).

It appears that some one just fired up a drone and took off right at the perfect moment in time to capture the intertaction in that parking lot. I say that because there does not appear to be any footage prior (ie: was just turned it on) and the drone appears to be starting at a low altitude rising to a higher altitude.

Either some one got really lucky with timing capturing this event or some one knew this was going to happen.

In regards to the 25th amendment, the president's VP pick requires a majority vote in both Houses of Congress. They (democrats) have the majority in the House of Representatives.

However, in the Senate there would be an even 50-50 (if every one stuck to party). The VP breaks the tie but if there is no VP to break the tie I don't think there is any provision for that.

tl:dr : a President can't just appoint a new VP. Congress must vote on it. But you're right that a President could nominate any one.

KineticMaid 3 points ago +3 / -0

I think there is some meat to the Ford theory. The VP steps down, the President picks a new VP, then the President steps down. Then the newly picked but unelected VP becomes President. Unless theres something to stop this , its a pretty sneaky loophole (i'm aware the new VP pick has to be voted on see below*)

I think they want a do over. They got in , got what they wanted , but it cost them politically. biden and harris are sinking the democrat party with their low approval ratings. So now they need a new figurehead.

The mechanics would be interesting especially in the Senate. If haris were to step down there would no longer be a tie breaker in the 50/50 senate. *: According to the 25th amendment, the new VP pick would have to be confirmed by a majority in both houses of congress.

Given enough resources anything can be hacked; even stuff "airgapped". (see: Stuxnet)

Vehicles these days are essentially computers. The ECM can literaly control all aspects of a vehicle (even steering! ie: auto parking)

Now, most cars these days come pre installed with satellite and mobile radios. It would be naive to think that a firewall or some proprietary CAN bus software/hardware would prevent a hack; remote or otherwise.

I wonder if the Governor of Oklahoma could dissolve the state's National Guard and allow them to form a militia.

The state (prosecution) is being sneaky by not including the optic that was originally on the gun. Claiming the box they use to transport the gun was "too small". I mean for frogs snacks goto any sporting goods store and buy a proper gun case.

While this might be innocent or inconsequential, it sends a subliminal message to the jurrors that a gun with no optic is fairly hard to aim (it's not impossible) and enforces the prosecution's stance that Kyle was reckless.

I can't believe no one objected or corrected that. The weapon allegedly used in a crime should be in the exact same configuration as it was during the act.
