Due to my 20 year history of working in the IC, I've seen hundreds of hours of drone footage and worked in command centers with drone footage playing 24/7.
The second I saw this drone footage, I asked myself "Why?". Why is there drone footage of specifically this event?
The protests were huge, occurring over large parts of the city, but the drone is watching Kyle in particular? Why Kyle instead of people actually causing violence, burning things, looting and destroying public property?
If the feds have a drone up, aren't they supposed to be gathering evidence to prosecute the actual bad guys?
Then it popped into my head "He was meant to die..." and this was going to be played repeatedly on the evening news for all patriots to see. They wanted us to see this guy get beat and shot to death protecting his city to put the fear into us not to be hero's.

Isn’t this a pretty common theme/tactic purported to be used by DS? Take Seth Rich’s murder, for example. IIRC the idea was that leaders would have multiple layers of hierarchy (perhaps many)—to obfuscate the source—ultimately the order to do the dirty work gets relayed to a no-name/no-life junky being paid by another no-namer. And this whole event stinks. There has to be a money trail, etc of what happened here. We need to track all these moving parts for a bigger picture. The focus has been on Kyle and that’s good he’s important but once he is safe we got to examine it all. And there are other organizations besides the Fed. We have to look at that angle too.

Looking at the very odd source of the video, a company called Urban Air that closed down a couple weeks after the riot. Is Urban air essentially a shell company to get the evidence into court without admitting federal involvement?
Then Sour Kraus gives up that the original video got air dropped to a Detective and that they could have easily found out where it came from if they wanted to.
I'm not sure the defense or the prosecution is really trying to win this case.

It's amazing the lies and deceptions that have, and continue to be, perpetrated on the American people. This is a logical, evidence-backed theory as to what may have happened. Given what we know, and what we've seen so far at the trial, I'm inclined to believe it.

One thing that seems very suspect is the drone footage(not the official FBI FLIR one).
It appears that some one just fired up a drone and took off right at the perfect moment in time to capture the intertaction in that parking lot. I say that because there does not appear to be any footage prior (ie: was just turned it on) and the drone appears to be starting at a low altitude rising to a higher altitude.
Either some one got really lucky with timing capturing this event or some one knew this was going to happen.
A little conspiracy-esque for my tastes but we DO know the Antifa rioters and commie dipshits like Rosenbaum and Bye-Cep are certainly not the brains behind the operation. Look at Portland. Most all of the arrestees look like total strung out tweakers, probably getting paid in free meth to riot.

Isn’t this a pretty common theme/tactic purported to be used by DS? Take Seth Rich’s murder, for example. IIRC the idea was that leaders would have multiple layers of hierarchy (perhaps many)—to obfuscate the source—ultimately the order to do the dirty work gets relayed to a no-name/no-life junky being paid by another no-namer. And this gets repeated until the leader(s) feel they are safely distanced and it’s practically impossible to implicate/connect them to the actual act carried out by the guy at the bottom of the chain?

Interresting theory but I don't think it's quite right. I've watched the entire trial non-stop and I think it was a setup, but his buddy system partner and those who left the other carsource were not part of the plan, those were just unfortunate curcumstances.
It looks more like the parties involved were always together throughout the night, and that they all, like a little gang, maybe targeted kyle on their own. They set up an ambush, used the "crazy guy" to go after him, and I suspect they were the ones with the drone and were attempting to record the event for their own selfish reasons, maybe to go viral and brag on them beating the kid and make themselves famous.
While I have no doubt there are higher levels of organization happening at these events, I think this was a result of a gang of thugs actually planning this attack on this kid. it's sheer coincidence that he lost his buddy as he ran right past him and just didn't see him while he was on his way to the carsource.

Wow it is what actually did end up happening. I was thinking during the trial that the guys who went after him totally misjudged him and saw him as an easy mark so it’s funny to think it might have been a set up where a lot of people misjudged him. We will know of him for years to come!

At first I was thinking that murdering a 17 year old kid would cause a lot of anger. But they could turn it to demoralizing by letting the murderers get let off scot free. Glad Kyle flipped the script, what an incredible kid!
Ridiculous. Kyle is just a kid. These mobs aren't operators connected to feds. They're a mix of mental detectives throwing tantrums and opportunists looting.
What happened? Kyle served his community with honor when a mob of morons showed up to burn, loot, and murder. The police stood down and the feds did surveillance. Their surveillance was attracted to the action and they watched the show. They gave their data to the prosecution who then used it to his advantage while defrauding the defense.
