President Trump had a cryptic message for the White House pool reporters Thursday night during a photo op with military leaders.

"You guys know what this represents?" Trump asked reporters as he pointed around the room. "It's the calm before the storm."

Reporters asked the president what he meant, but Trump did not clarify his comments, saying only, "You'll find out."

The pic they used has been around since, at least, early 2014 according to tineye. So, the ccp just reused earlier American ingenuity, as always. 😺

Those 40 footers are about $5-6 grand each used. They make amazing workshops. If they're not watched over regularly, some enterprising person is going to steal them.

There was a recent article about a Democrat staffer impersonating FBI at a 2020 Trump rally.

Sterling Devion Carter, a 24-year-old staffer for Illinois Democrat Rep. Brad Schneider, impersonated an FBI agent during a rally held by President Donald Trump in Washington, D.C. on Nov. 14, 2020.

He successfully passed himself off as an agent for some time before Secret Service confronted him and he fled the scene. He was later tracked down and charged with impersonating a law enforcement officer, court documents show.

But the Democrat staffer never served a day in jail for that offense. In fact, federal prosecutors dropped the impersonation charge.

He got sentenced to 9 months in prison for a separate charge, giving himself an $80k raise without permission.

Could be comms that it's open season now for spooks to go after Trump.

Hayden is deeply entrenched in the IC swamp.
Retired USAF 4-star. Director of the NSA under Clinton and Bush, 1999-2005. Director of the CIA under Bush and Obama, 2006-2009.

He had a love for expanding domestic surveillance, and a low regard for the 4th Amendment's protections against unreasonable searches and seizures.

In 2017, he was rewarded for his cabal service by becoming the national security analyst for XiNN. God had other plans, and in 2018 he suffered a stroke that took away his voice. TV career over.

He currently works for the Chertoff Group, a company started by former Director of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff, who was recently in the news as the temporary head of Biden's Ministry of Information after Moaning Myrtle resigned, before it was all shut down.

Hayden is also on the board of directors for Caliburn International, a "military contractor that oversees operations for 'Homestead Temporary Shelter for Unaccompanied Children.'"

Edit: Michael Hayden is also one of the 50 IC people that signed the letter stating the Hunter laptop stuff is just elaborate Russian disinformation 3 weeks before the 2020 election.

Others are probably aware of this, but it was new to me.
The NYT published a bizarre article last June:

Fields of Watermelons Found On Mars, Police Say
Authorities say rise of fruit aliens is to blame for glut of outer space watermelons.

By Joe Schmoe
June 8, 2021, 2:19 p.m. ET

The FBI declined to comment onreports of watermelons raining down, but confirmed that kiwis have been intercepted. This story is terribly boring.

watermelon taste good, police say

The NYT said it was a test that was never meant to be published. I find it funny, so figured I'd share for others that weren't aware of it. 😺
