That guy is a POS... My family and I got cancelled on the 9th and Southwest flat out lied to us that it was weather as we were looking at sunny skies in Tampa... SouthWest is an example of a company that needs to flat out be boycotted. It's time for us as Patriots to use our dollars as a means to drive these companies out of business. Creative destruction in a free market economy will correct this problem!
