Doesn’t it seem like the Trump Administration is executing a set of carefully planned deportations to provoke these court cases?

They grab Khalil at Columbia and the DS rushes to his defense. Then we learn he was an asset for the British at some point, possibly still could be. Plus, the Administration invokes a law that uses foreign policy goals as a standard for determining a person must be deported.

They grab Garcia and the lefties rush to his defense, characterizing him as a “Maryland Man,” who needs to be returned. Then the Trump Administration releases the receipts that he is a known member of MS13. Here, again, the Administration invokes the Alien Enemies Act as the basis for these deportations.

Somewhere during these cases President Trump makes a statement to the effect he has no respect for the lower courts, but he would respect a ruling by the Supreme Court.

This is frustrating, but it seems like another case of having to do things by the book. And, through extensive war gaming, President Trump’s core team believes SCOTUS will have to rule in favor of the Executive Branch. POTUS saying he would respect SCOTUS decisions is a trap of sorts to use against the DS when they try to delegitimize favorable rulings.

What we’re seeing now is the groundwork for mass deportations that can proceed unabated by lower court interference. The Administration is getting the ducks in a row to provoke a SCOTUS ruling that clarifies Immigration Enforcement and the adjudication of immigration status is solely the purview of the Executive Branch.

It’s also interesting the “by the book” post was a delta this week.

It would be more interesting if he announced that he actually invoked the Insurrection Act on January 7, 2021 and released a list of the enemy combatants involved in the insurrection.

If the Framer’s intended for Congress to also execute the laws it passes, they would have chosen a Parliamentary System. They didn’t, they established a strong Executive Branch to implement and enforce the law. That includes taxes and tariffs.

Translation: Total power = restoring the Constitution’s foundational principles.

They don’t honestly believe President Trump will usurp the powers of the Legislative and Judicial Branches. The DS fears he will gain total control over the Executive Branch and negate their decades of defying the President’s Constitutional authority.

What you’re saying about fertilizer is correct. Not using glyphosate doesn’t stop farmers from continuing to use fertilizers.

And, I agree it would be preferable to rebuild the soil. Unfortunately farmers have been steered into these practices by none other than the USDA.

I’ve said this before, I don’t think Rick Scott and Pam Bondi were responding to pressure from the usual suspects. I think they were trying to short circuit Eric Holder’s desire to challenge the State’s Hold Your Ground Law. Holder wanted to charge and try Zimmerman in a federal show trial to knock down stand your ground.

It absolutely had to suck for Zimmerman to go through that trial, but an acquittal had way more value than simply not being charged. Someone else could have charged him later within the statute of limitations. And, the acquittal undercut Holder’s desire to drum up federal charges against him.

My Dad passed down a love of farming. I’m fortunate to be just old enough to remember the last few full time farmers who still made a living off a single farm. My grandparents did. Primarily from a small dairy herd and tobacco.

As for weed control my overactive imagination has me thinking those big spraying machines could be retrofitted. Instead of a spraying booms they could be outfitted with a boom that holds several heavy duty stirrup hoes to clip off weeds between the rows. But, it’s probably just a crazy idea.

My personal observation is the residue isn’t active very long. After harvesting most fields around my area are quickly taken over by weeds or volunteer crops from dropped seeds.

This past year the farmers here had a lot of soybeans that didn’t get picked up by their combine. Once we got a couple rains the fields were blanketed with volunteer soybean plants, which to my understanding don’t possess the glyphosate resistance trait their parent plant had.

Here in the spring farm fields are blanketed with weeds. Some fields are solid yellow when the wild mustard blooms. Some fields are light purple when the dead nettles bloom.

The bigger issue will be weed control. Prior to widespread herbicide use farmers had implements to mechanically control weeds until crops were big enough to outcompete them. I’m not sure what it would take to get back to that old practice.

How can it be possible the only person with the authority to negotiate treaties doesn’t have the authority to use a tool like tariffs?

The President might not have the authority to establish tariff levels and limits, but it’s always the responsibility of the Executive Branch to actually implement the laws, regulations, and taxes authorized by Congress.

I came across this video about a couple in North Texas who have been applying Allan Savory’s methodology since the 1980’s. I thought you might be interested.

I think Loomer needs to dig deeper on Kanapathy. He’s been vetted before and served in the first Trump Administration. He’s a retired Marine Corps Lt. Colonel and has been involved in developing strategies to counter China’s influence.

So far, from what I’m reading, she’s way off base on this guy.

Edit: Here’s a link that provides more background on Kanapthy. He was an F/A 18 Weapons Systems Officer and Top Gun Instructor, among other things. I’ll post more if I have time.

I hope the entire Cabinet is full of actors with the discipline to follow a script Q and Q+ gave them. We don’t need DS sleeper who are constantly working to undermine POTUS. The last Cabinet had way too many of them.

It’s almost like someone knew the DS would scramble to defend this guy. Had to go back and read through the MS13 drops. Maybe DS henchmen are hard to come by these days? Or, like someone said earlier, he knows too much.

I learned the song in public elementary school. We sang that and God Bless America several times a week. And, of course, we recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

Good times, happy I grew up when we were taught to be proud of our country.

And who was the henchman the wealthy corporations sent to stab American workers in the back? Bill Clinton.

I don’t find this very credible, no amount of tariffs is going to mask the sudden appearance of $5 trillion. There are a few things I wonder about:

I wonder what the combined value is of companies that violated EO 13848-Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election?

I wonder what POTUS meant when said something to the effect that a portion of our debt might not be real, that it is fraudulent.

And, is it just me, or do these deals POTUS is cutting with these big law firms seem like a plea arrangement?

I worked with a guy in the 90’s and his son was constantly in trouble at school. I don’t know why, but thankfully he and his wife resisted Ritalin.

Fortunately the young man was referred to a school psychologist who actually helped and recommended a transfer to a magnate school of music. The change in environment had an incredible effect on the kid’s behavior and academic performance. Not only did he excel at music, but also in academic subjects he was previously failing.

A promotion from Lt. General to General is subject to the Senate’s advise and consent process. It would be part of the Congressional Record.

It’s likely possible a General could get a temporary promotion through a recess appointment, but eventually would still be subject to Senate confirmation.

Knowing this, it’s unlikely that General Flynn has been promoted. The Senate has not gone into recess, and the Dems would have gone scorched earth if Flynn was being suggested for promotion.

I thought it was common knowledge that China is heavily dependent on the U.S. market. Add in to the mix China is already such a significant presence in nearly every market they literally have no pedal to push.

China behaves like a large corporation that is content operating at near break even. If you take out 15% of its most profitable sales it will be immediately hit with unsustainable losses.

You couldn’t prove it in my part of the country. The stores I visited this week had full shelves and few customers.

The unfortunate answer to that question is these illegal aliens have to be afforded due process. I guess my lack of a law degree makes it impossible to understand why someone here illegally gets a day in court prior to deportation.

Things get further muddied by law firms who are trying to run an end around on the Immigration Courts by taking their cases to the Judicial Branch.

Looking at some recent cases I think what we’ve seen so far has just been a prelude with two primary objectives. The first is to establish the Executive Branch has the authority to establish a fast track deportation process. The second is to create the conditions to make massive self deportation an economic necessity.

If we want mass deportations, self deportation is hands down the fastest path. The Immigration Courts have something like a 2 million case backlog and, more than likely, leftist sympathies.
