The problem is that much of this evidence came out two years ago, was presented to the courts, and the lawyers and courts sneered at all of it and basically said, "So what? Frankly we don't give a damn."
Their sneering was hidden behind several legal subterfuges, a popular one was the judicial judgement call that a plaintiff did not have standing. Another was that the filing was not timely.
Who went to jail for ten or twenty years?
Who was tried for sedition?
See anything on Fox about trials for treason?

So what must change to overhaul our electoral system? and what force will be REQUIRED to drive this great upheaval?

I don't see any guarantee on the outcome, on who's the victor or when. That's why it's a war and is taking a long time. Both sides are fairly evenly matched. If you got some secret guarantee I'm sure we'd all like some of it.

Trump's MO is to manipulate a situation so that he is in the middle of it as though he were the eye of the storm itself. Then he allows the storm to spend its energy.
In the present case I believe his announcement of his candidacy for '24, with only fleeting reference to the fraudulent elections, is a maneuver to preserve the appearance of neutrality for himself while some version of the storm rages all around him. In this way he remains "untainted" for election in '24.
After all he gave MAGA Patriots lots of very broad hints on TS in the two days prior to his announcement. Those shouldn't be ignored.
This announcement is the "false front" he has to assume to take leadership when the time comes.

My thoughts on the weak substance of the announcement is that "running in '24" is cover for him to retain the appearance of neutrality and uninvolvement in what is coming.
I still believe the '20 and '22 elections are going to be rectified, cleaned up, and that the military is going to be involved, probably sometime between now and January 20, 2023.
However, if this SCOTUS case is accepted and eventually decided in favor of common sense and Patriots then the role of the military will be more to suppress rioting.
A lot of them are living under death threats (Feinstein bracing Murkowski for example - and McTurtle's unexplained injuries also deaths of Gowdy's people).
I don't know what Trump could have on anyone that would be more serious that what the cabal has on them.

The great game of life is to understand that this parenthetical time each of us has is a manifestation of what it came from and of what it vanishes into.
What it came from and what it vanishes into did not begin and does not vanish.
How do we come to understand that we are this timelessness?
