My phone is having trouble pulling up the actual docs, so I'll have to check it out tonight, but hopefully it saved smaller family operations from having to do the costly yet pointless things that Big Ag / Food forced through to eliminate competition... Let real milk and local meat be sold freely! Also would be nice to allow horse meat again, so more people could afford to keep horses.

If you look back at the initiation of Common Core, teachers were putting out alerts right away about the sneaky and intrusive data collection from kids, through tests and surveys and teachers' inputs on their records.

The deeper I've gotten into IT and the more security people I've known, the less tech we have in and around our home. Always remember that, when testifying before Congress in the Capitol building with their laptops, the head of the FBI and Mark Zuckerberg each had no better protection on their laptops than to literally tape over the camera and mic. Seeing people have cameras and mics at their doors, listening devices in their homes talking to their kids, blows my mind.

You're going to put your kids among a bunch of shedders? And government indoctrination daycare centers are designed to destroy young minds, they were purposely developed from their beginning to prepare oversight and compliant factory workers that would be ready for the "inevitable" consolidation with communism. To replace family and church with government and state. I have no idea why on earth home school, which would allow you both to tailor his studies according to his talents and interests, only take about 4 hours/day freeing up lots of time and allowing independent projects and community experience, would be depressing. Freedom is only depressing if you're already mentally enslaved.

I seem to remember someone working 7 years for his bride, only to have her older sister foisted on him in a dirty trick, so he has to work another 7 years. I'm patient, because no matter what happens here, it's eternity that we must be most concerned with.

I agree, that number is insane. Honestly, how is that even possible? Is it, like, global for all of history? Every applicant and every reference they ever gave? Seriously how does that add up?

Play more country music but start putting in classical and opera, most of them hate that for some reason...

This is a bare bones minimum of where we should be in the civic processes, but a vital line to hold. Kek up the good work, pede.

Your NC neighbor here will happily kick in to Winsome Sears' campaign. We'd love to have you, but if you're happy and there's good chances things will improve, I agree with you, stay there. Only reason to move in that case is for family.

Or, sell at the inflated rate, move to where you want to be or where you get a job you like, and rent until you find a buyable place. If you're 60+, maybe consider doing your best to cash out, set up a temporary rental and want investment fund that you can, and start looking for cruise ships to live on...

You should hear some of the old jokes from South America; they knew the Nazis, including Hitler, had relocated to Argentina. Or, more properly days, had been relocated there, since they couldn't have lasted without ample collusion from the western powers. So imagine running jokes, like cliches, about little aryan kids popping up and running around different regions with little German accents. I think that movie The Boys From Brazil was an attempt to conflate the real accounts of German South Americans with strawman fantasy, to discredit in advance.

Many years ago, a colleague thought this and decided on Brazil. Where the majority of his money ever up going to bulletproof the cars, hire private security, and eventually a helicopter to safely travel. I won't even imagine today.

If you're a young solo guy, maybe. Unless you can definitely stay among the local elite, though, I wouldn't move my family abroad.

Well done, but I cannot stand looking at them anymore. Except when I need to lose my appetite.

Wut now? I need to know more! Is there anything the Smithsonian DIDN'T cover up?

Edit: my theory is that all the small newspaper offices that burn down, losing all their microfiche history, happen for reasons.
